Fantastic experience: The flower arrangement is beautiful, done as it’s shown on website photo, I find this important since customers rely on the visuals provided online. Also it was delivered as promised. I will order from you again.

Negative experience: The flowers I ordered were really beautiful, but started dying after 5 days. It was really frustrating, hundreds of dollars spent. What is more frustrating that after researching what might’ve happened, that the water may have been contaminated by having the rose leaves submerged in the water. The whole arrangement came in a large vase already filled with water.

The staff handled the situation professionally and worked with me on a one-time solution so the recipient still received the arrangement the next day. Amazing customer service, I will order from them again! I ordered flowers to be delivered to someone special. The delivery was completed while the recipient was out, and the driver left the arrangement at the front door and provided photo confirmation. Unfortunately, by the time the recipient arrived home about 15 minutes later, the flowers had been stolen. I reached out to the shop to let them know what had happened. The staff were kind, understanding, and took the time to review the situation. After checking with their manager, they contacted me to offer a one-time courtesy re-delivery of the same arrangement. They emphasized that we should coordinate a specific delivery time to help prevent the issue from happening again. To be extra safe, I chose to pick up the replacement in-store instead. Although the surprise was spoiled by a flower thief, I truly appreciated the way the team handled a difficult situation. Their friendlyness, and efforts to come up with an effective solution, left a positive impression on me. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be ordering from them again!

Fantastic experience: This is a cozy store in the midst of Gainesville--but with a plethora of selection and space to accommodate a steady stream of customers daily. They can accommodate a small bouquet to funeral wreath to a large wedding arrangement. For the price, they found the absolute BEST arrangement for Vakentine's Day! The staff is fantastic, and they have just about any accessory you could need (including a wide variety of cuddly stuffed animals!). They have been the best for not only myself but my friends as well. Highly recommended for any needs!

Fantastic experience: When you order flowers, they send you a photo of your actual bouquet the day before delivery. You’ll also receive a text and email notification when it’s delivered, and the recipient even gets a phone call. Their communication is top notch and the service is incredibly convenient. The flowers looked exactly like they did on the website. No surprises.

Fantastic experience: We found the Plant Shoppe on the internet. They had good reviews and a good selection of birthday bouquets. We picked one for our granddaughter and less than 2-hrs. later on a holiday the flowers and balloon were delivered. Their communication was flawless...they acknowledged the order, we got a call letting us know they did not have the balloon we had picked but had already sent us a picture of the replacement, we then got a text that the order was out for delivery and a final text that the flowers had been delivered. Our granddaughter loved them and we couldn't be happier to have found this florist. They have earned our future business.

Insanely beautiful, the picture doesn’t do it justice. It was for someone that recently lost their mother, and I can’t even begin to explain how much joy this brought not only the recipient, but their family as well. The recipient and the recipient’s sister sent me messages about how well they feel the bouquet captured their mom, and how it reminded them of a wild flower field they grew up near. I did research and chose a florist in Gainesville whom I have never interacted with nor could I check out their work before my Wedding day as I don’t live near enough to Gainesville! I trusted Betsy with my vision and asked her to create three floral arrangements for my ceremony decorations (2 in front of either end of the pews and 1 large one for the base of my cross and it was reused for my sweetheart table). I also sent her photos of my Ling’s moment fake bouquets that I bought online to save money and she perfectly matched the floral bouquets with her expertise! The floral arrangements she made for my wedding were BEAUTIFUL! And she let me see them the day before the wedding when I went to pay for it hahah. Negative experience: The shop is super cute and most of the staff are nice. I tried to get my wedding flowers here - it is a very small ceremony and I was trying to get 3 pieces (1 bridal bouquet @ $150, 2 floor pieces @ $200, total = $600) Unfortunately since I said it was for a wedding I had to go through their wedding coordinator who was absolutely horrible. I begin the process of getting the flowers 2 months prior to my wedding, the coordinator responded to my emails approximately every 2 weeks, even when I sent follow up emails. She missed our in person meeting because she was sick and said she missed the email I sent confirming the time (which I had sent a second follow up email to confirm). I was excited to get my flowers and super sad it didn't work out. But for $600 I would hope I would get some form of consistent communication, or be handed off to someone who could reliably communicate with me.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we had a bad experience. The finished product looked nothing like the pictures we discussed. The flowers and greenery purchased for the tables at our wedding were sparse, yet paid a high price expecting lush greenery for the tables and full bridesmaids bouquets. We went with this florist because of the high google reviews. We were extremely disappointed with the poor workmanship. Overall, we could have gone outside to the bushes and cut some stems to throw on the tables and it would have looked similar. It was just frustrating because we paid premium price. I recommend purchasing greenery on Etsy and doing it yourself. You will save lots of money, along with delivery fees and set up fees.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this florist. First I called and then made this order online at about 5pm the day before I needed it by 11 when my flight arrived. I learned my order was ready so i stopped on the way from the airport to pick it up around 10. They were early! When placing the order, there was a price difference. I simply made a note in my order. They immediately called and thank me as they weren't aware. Then they gave me options. The pick up was easy and peompt. The arrangement was just as pictured and probably even more gorgeous,there are somedetails you miss when looking at the photo but even those were side to the star, who doesn't love an iris? Such a sophisticated arrangement.

Fantastic experience: I had the wonderful opportunity to interview Mrs. Gardner, the owner of the Plant Shoppe Florist, as part of a school project at the University of Florida. She is a very kind person who took the time to give me an interview despite her busy schedule. I found her to be a very strong business women, who runs a store with a lot of care to quality. I ended up buying a flower arrangement from her, which ended up being very beautiful and very much enjoyed by its recipient. She took very good care of me when I came to order a arrangement and walked me through the process of creating it when I was at a loss of ideas. All in all, you will not regret coming to this florist to get your flowers if you are a person seeking quality for a good price. I will hopefully be back soon to grab some more beautiful flowers!
