Flowers by Susan - Port St. Lucie Flower Delivery

Negative experience: I’ve been going and purchasing flowers from Susan’s for years and noticed a decrease in the flower quality, I was hoping they would get better but unfortunately they are getting worse. The flowers I have been receiving have been dead/dying same day of being purchased. Very over priced for the quality of flowers you receive, and false advertising for buy 1 get 1 free.

Fantastic experience: Flowers by Susan supplied the flowers for my son's wedding and they were incredible. Tami our floral designer worked with us from start to delivery. We had a very good experience. Tami's designs exceeded our expectations and all for a very good price. I highly recommend using them.

Fantastic experience: WOW! The kindest, most prompt high quality florist you can ask for. I am in Massachusetts and needed flowers delivered today. My first choice bouquet was the Zen (stunning), it arrived within a few hours and was 10x’s better than the website picture. The first pic below is from the site (beautiful right?) and the 2nd is what actually arrived. BLOWN AWAY! Thank you ..oh, and Mia was the sweetest girl to deal with. My faith in good customer service and a high quality business has been restored. Thank you again.

Positive experience: Flowers are amazing love the layout of the store, but the customer service could be a lot better more professional in my opinion, especially when $130 is being spent.

Negative experience: My step children and grandchildren spend money to send me a birthday bouquet every year. This is not the 1st time I have received flowers that do not last from Monday 1-5 to Friday 1-9 (4 days) from Flowers By Susan. I will tell them not to waste their money anymore. Publix even guarantees their flowers for at least 7 days. Photos added. Pic 1 - Delivery day 1-5-26, Pic 2 1-9-26 whats left falling apart, Pic 3 -1-9-26 - What I threw in the garbage because they were dead. FYI Water was added daily as per instructions.

Fantastic experience: Not the first time I received flowers by this florist, although my first time reviewing them. Most orders were placed by family members from out of town. The last arrangement received was beautiful and very colorful! Flowers were very fresh and could be smelled throughout the living area of the house. I was very surprised that the arrangement lasted for almost three weeks. It is the first time their flowers have lasted that long. Always have been very pleased with their work, but the last arrangement knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend this florist with a ten ! If that is possible.

Negative experience: So rude. I tried them for my wedding in 2023 and they were way over priced and not as talented as the florist I ended up using. Just called today and wanted to place an order for a corsage and they said tomorrow would be best and hung up. Never calling them again. Rude.

Fantastic experience: Live out of state and picked "Flowers by Susan" off the Internet. Very professional and nice customer service! Arrangement was beautiful for my granddaughter's birthday! Highly recommend!

My fiancé calles from miami to order my beautiful roses every single time he's ordered from her a couple of times and they're always beautiful.She does a wonderful job. Fantastic experience: Super grateful for them having premade corsages for my son’s girlfriend for homecoming. I was able to get it the same day! They came in handle in a pinch! I called and they checked and were able to tell me what they had available and it was quick for me to go get it and be on my way. Thank you for being providing such great service especially last minute! It was my first time visiting and it won’t be my last! (I saw sunflowers everywhere and those are my favorite flowers).

Negative experience: Awful experience. My flowers never got delivered and I had to fight to get a refund. They say they’re a local company but they couldn’t even find the one hospital in Port St Lucie. They made a bad situation much worse. Appallingly bad customer service. I got disconnected 3 times. Do not use this florist.

Fantastic experience: I always worry sending flowers from a distance. Not with Flowers by Susan! I think they hit a home run! This message is from the recipient of the flowers. "My doorbell rang and there stood a delivery person with the most beautiful flower arrangement. They made my heart sing!"

Fantastic experience: Excellent job on the get-well arrangement. Beautiful flowers, cute stuff animal. Delivered the very next day. Also, placed an order for flowers to be delivered to another state. They were able to wire the flower order. The flower shop in NC did not make the arrangement on what I ordered. I reached back to Susan’s Flower Shop letting them know the arrangement was not what I ordered. Within 2 days, they called me and refunded the money for the out of state flower arrangement. Thank you. Flowers by Susan has beautiful flowers, and the customer service is excellent. Goes above and beyond for their customers.

Negative experience: Ordered Valentines flowers to be delivered to my SO on Valentine’s Day. At 6:15 I received a call that the flowers were not being delivered because 2 drivers did not show up for work. They had plenty of time to call me and give me the opportunity to come and pick them up. They knew early in the day they were short two drivers. Instead they waited till 6:15. They offered no way to solve the problem. I called on Saturday and the manager told me that over 45 other people did not get their flowers either. Is this a way to run a business that counts on people to show love on certain days?

My experience ordering Dutch iris online has been quite disappointing and always had something else subbed in. Matched something found online for just $10 more and I knew it would be correct and support local business. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Flowers by Susan provides beautiful flowers as well as excellent customer service. I ordered flowers this week to be delivered to a rehab facility, which they delivered on time, however, the Flowers never made it to the correct room. When I called them, they did their best to track down the flowers, but went ahead and prepared another beautiful arrangement and sent it at no charge. I will definitely be using Flowers by Susan again. Wonderful company Thank you so much.!

Fantastic experience: I did not know any florists in the Port St. Lucie area so I googled Best Florist in PSL and Flowers By Susan came up. I spoke to Amanda who helped me select a fruit basket and tulips. The basket was really filled up and the tulips looked like a painting. Both items were delivered when they were needed and they sent me a pic before delivery. It's so refreshing dealing with an honest florist and I totally recommend this company !

Fantastic experience: Can't thank you enough for your customer service. I am in a 12 hour difference time zone and ordered my girlfriend a flower arrangement delivery online for her birthday. They were so responsive and communicative with emailing back and forth. I had accidentally placed a double order by accident and they were so quick to reverse it without any hassle. I even emailed them on the day to see if they could deliver 3 hours early than originally requested before my girlfriend was going out for the day, and they got the arrangement delivered within an hour of me sending the email request. Very great customer service and the arrangement was stunning. Will be ordering again in the future :)

Negative experience: Price is always , 2 dozen for 21. Can't beat that but service in arranging was lackluster. I'm a regular customer you could say. I was taken back by not clipping end of roses. No card holder given when she could see I was looking at card. I been going there for 6 years.... But I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Tami did an amazing job with my flowers for my wedding today. I had this big beautiful bouquet with the prettiest sunflowers that my Husband kept taking to pose with for pictures . I kept getting so many compliments on the beautiful centerpieces, there was not one centerpiece left at the end of my reception. The guests were more than happy to take them home. Delivery was on time, price was very reasonable, beautiful set up and high quality flowers.

Fantastic experience: I'm no Florist by no means. But such a friendly and helpful staff that gave me enough confidence to try and put something together for my friends that restly lost their son. Negative experience: I ordered the flowers a week ago and they promised it will be delivered early morning on Mother’s Day. I paid a lot of money and I ordered with them before. Never again will order from this flower shop. The lady who answered the phone is so rude.

Negative experience: I stopped in today to get some flowers for tomorrow's mother's day, and the store only had "3" floral arrangements that looked mediocrefor $100 each. The rest were just roses by themselves, so I asked 2 of the 10 workers they had on the store to make me an arrangement and both told me that they were not allowed to make floral arrangements at this time :/ I then left the store, went to another flower store were they only had 2 workers that both went above and beyond to help me with the floral arrangement that I wanted. Flowers by Susan lost my business and I hope they see this review to maybe change their ways before they loose more customers.

I sent my husband with some instructions to get a bouquet and it was a miscommunication, so we got something different from what we expected. However, I went back and they kindly fixed the bouquet. They were very patient and understanding with the description of what we needed. I can’t be more happier with the results of my “Susan Flowers’ Style” presentational bouquet, plus (although I asked for the difference in price) they didn’t want to charge me anything extra. This is a well established business in the area that knows what they are doing, that’s why Susan Flowers is my first and only choice every time I need a flower arrangement.

We chose the larger size arrangement and were so pleased at how beautiful the delivered arrangement looked. (Our friends sent us a phone pic). We live in Philly so finding a Floral Business hundreds of miles from home is always a gamble. Please be aware that the recipient loved the flowers as did we. I am not familiar with the Port St. Lucie area, but took my chance at ordering with flowers by Susan. The person who took my order was exceedingly pleasant. I received an email confirmation when my colleague received the arrangement, which was stunning! They quickly helped me to obtain a receipt and overall provided excellent customer service! When she turned 1 there was the pandemic and no one was visiting so I decided to have pink roses sent to the baby for her first birthday. I googled florists near her. Flowers by Susan popped up. I called and had the flowers delivered. They were gorgeous!!! I did the same for her second birthday. Again, gorgeous! This year I received a beautiful reminder in the mail from the florist stating its Bellas birthday again!! I called and ordered the dozen pink roses again. Such a wonderful thing to do! Great customer service! As long as Susan is in business I will be sending a dozen pink roses to my sweet Bella every year!!

Positive experience: At least in my case I received the notification that the order was received but the notification for the day it was delivered don't take it the wrong way but sometimes you want to send something to someone who likes their work and not necessarily having a lot of contact with the person so a notification that the product was delivered like Amazon does helps a bit. Positive experience: Excellent page I love your flower decoration but a detail that I would like to see improved is some notification that the arrangement or gift was delivered because if the person who sent the order does not communicate one does not know from the florist that the arrangement was delivered or the gift; That's why I give it 4 stars but otherwise everything is perfect and I love the arrangements, they are beautiful.

My problem is that the arrangement was extremely small at the cost I paid. I expected a nice large arrangement and got a small underwhelming one. I would've paid whatever it took to surprise her but I've ordered many flowers for her and this is by far the smallest.

Fantastic experience: I live in California...My Dad and Step Mom live in Port St. Lucie, so I have used Flowers by Susan for the past 2 years to send flowers for different occasions. The arrangements are always gorgeous. This past week, I ordered flowers for my step mom's BD with plenty of days for delivery, and 4 days before the day, she passed away, I cancel the order with no issues and a day before the funeral, on Sunday, when they are closed, I placed an order for flowers for the funeral on Monday..and they delivered it by 4pm, and the arrangement was gorgeous. Fantastic experience: I live in the metro-Atlanta area and wanted to get some flowers for my boyfriend’s mom for Mother’s Day. I checked a few places, but they didn’t seem to have much of a variety. Flowers by Susan had a wonderful selection and I loved the options to “upgrade” your arrangement if you wanted to make a little bit fancier. The flowers were delivered to my boyfriend’s mom on time the Friday before Mother’s Day and she LOVED them! Fantastic experience: I live in Pennsylvania and for last 14 yrs since i live here I've always order flowers for my mom and u guys are always there and on time and with good prices kee p doing a great job and service
