Fantastic experience: Placed order on Valentine's day, was ready to be picked up within a reasonable time. Wife is still loving the flowers a week later. Photo is flowers after 1 week.

Negative experience: I have used or had account with them for years, but because of this I am probably going to shop around in the future. To start with was lied to by receiving an email saying it had been delivered to the person it was meant for, it had not been, the driver never went to the apartment door, they delivered to the office. They said it was not a deliverable address, but found the office with no problem. Since I didn't get an email till the end of the day, that office had closed, flowers sat there the rest of the night and all day Sunday, and then had to be picked Monday, which were for Valentines Day(which was now ruined) and also for her birthday, which was the next day. I paid $240, for somewhat wilted (1 broken stem rose) and gave a tip plus a delivery fee. Very unhappy and really upset with how I had to make up for the hassle it had caused me in this situation, the person was waiting all day for it and they didn't even go to her door, she had to go get them herself 2 days later. Would have been so much easier had the driver just went to the apt door, which actually is pretty close to the office, sad.

Positive experience: The corsage and boutonniere were fresh and beautifully arranged as requested. It would have been helpful to know the size of rose used in the corsage at time of order, as I would have gotten the bigger one if I had know the roses were small in size.

Fantastic experience: I got a boutonniere and corsage from them, and they were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to designing these! Unlike other shops, and this is big, the flowers survived the night. I've had boutonnieres come off the wristlet in a matter of hours. But these survived intact!

Fantastic experience: Dandelions Flowers & Gifts were a last minute purchase for us. My son needed a corsage last minute for his date and they managed to fit us in. They made the process easy, asked all the right questions to see exactly what we needed, informed us of the timing and their hours, and the arrangement was perfect and exactly what he wanted. The only downside was it was pouring rain and parking is limited, it was a quick in and out. We will definitely use them in the future for all our floral needs. Everyone was so friendly and the shop is cute and welcoming. Definitely 5-star service.
