Fantastic experience: Naomi at DBG designed a beautiful bouquet.that included roses, lilies & hydrangeas. My daughter ordered these flowers from Boston for Valentine’s Day. The delivery person was also lovely & called to say she was coming, rang the door bell & waited for me to answer. I know that’s what they should fo but I’ve had delivery people leave the flowers on the porch in freezing temps & they died. Thanks Naomi! You made my day!! Pics of 1st day & 4 days later…sign of very fresh flowers

Negative experience: I ordered flowers through online service which connected me to this local flower shop. The arrangement purchased was valued $100. The pictures are what I received. The flowers were under the water too short for the vase and all the stems were cut very short. I was extremely disappointed. I called and thankfully received another order which was lovely however came quite late the next day. the lady at the flower shop was very rude on the phone. I would not recommend this flower shop due to poor customer service, especially with so many other wonderful shops within the city of Milwaukee.

Fantastic experience: The flowers I received are so fresh and beautiful. I love that my arrangement has some buds that will open in the days to come. My delivery driver, Victor, really went the extra mile to make sure my flowers wouldn’t sit out in the cold. I’m so impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend DBG!

Negative experience: This company is terrible. An out-of-state relative ordered flowers for a member of our household and was promised only that they would be delivered on a particular day without any time window. While no one was home, the company texted the member of our household asking if anyone would be home in 15 minutes. The person was driving and first noticed the text a few minutes later. Then there was an attempted delivery, with a picture and text coming from the same cellphone number, before the first one was responded to. The member of our household immediately texted back but received nor reply. So she called the number and no one answered so she left a message. The company never called back. Two days later I called the company to explain the problem. The phone connection was poor. Everything echoed repeatedly so I asked the person to call me right back. She didn't. Ten minutes later I called again and got a different person and a good phone connection. Finally, I was able to describe the problem. It took the second person a long time to locate the order. But once he found it, he made a new delivery promise for the following day by 10:00 AM. However, that also didn't happen. The flowers were not delivered and there was no contact from the company about it. Update: The delivery was finally made at about noon and thankfully I was home to accept it.

Negative experience: I asked for my flowers to be handed to my person they were not. I was not happy about that. Whoever delivered them must've couldn't read

Negative experience: Ordered an arrangement for my wife for her 63rd birthday. Half the flowers were wilted and looked like garbage. With the amount of money I paid for this arrangement, it would have been nice to have a vibrant display for at least a day.

Negative experience: This is a 1-800-FLOWERS retailer. Our funeral order was confirmed as delivered the 29th of May, but no flowers were present at the funeral home for the morning visitation of my nephew on the 30th. DBG Flowers delivered the flowers in the middle of the visitation. Our family was very upset, disappointed, and embarrassed. My auntie paid a good bit of money for the flowers, which were gorgeous, and the store representative said it was one of their largest orders. Why couldn't they have delivered on time? The explanation was very weak and blamed the driver. Shameful. Disrespectful. Do not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Horrific. Truly awful. Were ordered for my nephew's funeral. Beautiful flowers, but they didn't deliver the flowers when they claimed they did, they delivered them halfway through the funeral, refused to give a discount or refund or even apologize, and then tried to blame their mistake on others. If anyone who worked at this shop ever had an intelligent thought, I'm sure it died alone and afraid.

Negative experience: Do not order from here. They have no idea what they are doing. I am pretty sure this company is a scam. . I ordered flowers after callling and confirming before that they could deliver same day in MI, ordered- paid- was charged immediately. Two days later no flowers still. I contacted the recipient and there are no flowers- they have cameras and no one ever attempted delivery. I called the company, spoke with Daryl, had no idea what was going on- said my order number lead to four different orders. Highly concerning. He said the notes on the order said they were attempted to be delivered but he didnt know what the driver did with them. There was no manager to speak to, the background noise of this call on Daryls end was insane- he apologized for the loudness but I heard full on conversations like "we received some text messages with explatives can we forward your way." So it sounds like there are many unhappy customers. The reviews are not accurate- this has to be a scam place. There are no flowers still- Daryl said they would be delivered tomorrow. Let's see. Please do not use this company

Negative experience: I wasn’t happy at all with this! The thoughts on how dead the sunflowers were and the fact that no one edits messages is disappointing!!! I did not feel special at all receiving these on a very crummy week/day! Thank God I wasn’t looking for hope from these!!!! I spoke to representative Rose moments ago and she promised a replacement to be delivered tomorrow. I pray the replacement looks better than this or I will have the Customer demand a refund. I’m so pissed off by this!!!!!! 3/9/25-10:35am Flowers were delivered with no call letting me know they were on the porch. No protective packaging just bare to the elements (48 degrees outside this morning). I thought the replacement was thoughtful to the creator (thank you for the cute bear) but the delivery person didn’t give a toot. My advice would be get better delivery services. Your website mentions, “Your hard earned money should get your long lasting flowers”. The delivery service is a free service offered. The Customer should be appreciated throughout the entire experience. In your words, PERIOD! I’m going to enjoy the replacement but beg my loved one to just give me the cash instead. ❤️ My emotions can’t handle this kind of service again!!!!

Negative experience: My husband ordered 1 dozen long-stemmed roses for our 26th wedding anniversary 3/6/25. He paid $116.24 via credit card. Charges were confirmed. He was guaranteed the flowers would be delivered to my office before the end of the business day. By 5pm, no flowers yet, so husband had to break the surprise by telling me a delivery was still coming. Excitedly, I chose to stay at the office to wait a bit longer. 1-1/2 hours later, still waiting for the flowers. By 6:30pm, I needed to leave. We had evening plans for our anniversary. At 9pm we received an email that the flowers were finally delivered. The building would be locked and the temps were below freezing so we cut our evening plans short and drove 20 minutes back to the office. To our surprise... No flowers. We searched our building and the one next door... still No flowers. Very upset at this point. Did not want our 26th anniversary to be focused around a flower delivery. Drove back home. Husband got a hold of them the next morning. Was promised a new delivery. Stated they could not find our address, but when confirmed, it was accurate. The flowers were delivered the following day, but to add further frustration, they were not the $116 ones my husband ordered and paid for. Their order reflected $64.99 for short-stemmed roses which were nearing their maturity with browning along the edges. The display was embarrassing. Oh.. and yet they charged and withdrew $116.24 from our credit card. Now 2 days later, still have not heard from them. Every phone call goes to voicemail. The only resolution I am looking for is a new delivery of the 12 LONG-STEMMED ROSES that my husband ordered and paid for in celebration of our 26 years together in marriage. If an order of 12 long-stemmed roses is too challenging for you, please let us know so we can take our business elsewhere.

Negative experience: The flowers sent to my sister’s funeral were lovely, though the card was not signed. We tried numerous time to reach DBG via phone and email in the last week without reply. We left contact information and order number. This was a simple request and they ignored us. There are many more responsive businesses to choose from. The funeral director told us this is normal operating procedure for DBG.

Positive experience: My daughter received an arrangement in a vase from her boyfriend for Valentine's Day. It was delivered the day before and left on our porch in below freezing temperatures. It is beautiful but the delivery is making them die quicker. You don't leave flowers outside when they can freeze.

Negative experience: I would never give them business!! They should be off the 1-800-flowers too! By boyfriend ordered a bouquet for me with instructions that it MUST be before 3:00pm and they were never delivered. He called and told them to deliver on a different day, they said ok. At 5:30 pm he received a text they were delivered! He drove out to my work, because it was a Friday and closed, they were NOT delivered! He called, they said due to weather they were not delivered. The weather was fine! It gets better… the next day, he was charged again!!! $214 for a $107 bouquet that we never received!! He’s beyond MAD!!

Negative experience: I’ve reached out to this company via phone calls, two voicemails, email and Facebook messenger since Friday morning (it’s now Monday night) in which they saw the messages. I feel bad someone was gracious enough to send these flowers after the sudden passing of my dad and I can’t even talk to a human to be able to pick them up or reschedule delivery. After reading previous messages , other people have dealt with the same issues. Truly disappointing.

Negative experience: My friend ordered flowers to be sent to my home with same day delivery to help me through a very difficult day. Not only did the flowers come the next day, but the delivery person decided to leave them at a different house while I wasn’t home. The date listed was wrong and the address noted doesn’t exist but I assumed that they meant my neighbor’s house. I’ve attempted to retrieve the flowers without any luck, and have called the florist without any response. This is truly disappointing as my friend paid for flowers that weren’t received.

Negative experience: The flowers were old, petals brown and yellow, and falling off the stem when delivered. Robert Clarke sends me flowers every Christmas and for my birthday in June. The flowers were ordered on 10/14/24. He was disappointed the flowers did not arrive on the 23rd. Promised the flower arrangement would be delivered on the 24th. Nothing. The 26th this arrangement was delivered, the picture speaks for itself. .

Fantastic experience: I received a beautiful basket of flowers in the arrangement of a puppy. It was still as lively at 2 weeks as when it first arrived. I highly recommend this florist.

Negative experience: I would like to say they were beautiful and arrived on time...but I NEVER received any flowers. Then she was told they'd be delivered the following day, first thing in the morning. So at 5pm when she asked me of I liked the gift and special note, I did not know what she was talking about, for I did not receive any flowers. So I would say you get a ZERO for satisfaction on that order. Update: They replied asking for more details and wanted to correct their mistake. Must not of liked my reply, for they have yet to return an email, text, phone call or delivery! Maybe they should advertise for new employees.
