Fantastic experience: Eastlake Floral Design was amazing to work with. My husband was having a rough day so I thought, let's order flowers. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, they had kept it within my budget, and had it delivered same day even with me putting the order in at 11am. I am just blown away by the amazing customer service.

So explain my predicament and was able to schedule a delivery instead. Got a text message from my girlfriend freaking out (in a good way) about the flowers. She loves them, Eastlake Floral Design clearly knows what they’re doing. Delivery was smooth, bouquet looked great (from the pics she sent) Solid work—thanks for making me look good. From Hawaii where we take our flowers seriously, Mahalo and Aloha Eastlake! I'm only calling you now. Update 2024: Sorry to report even though the flower arrangements are lovely, if something goes wrong, you are left hanging. I've been a faithful customer from far away. I sent flowers to my 8 1/2 month expectant daughter. I made an address error one digit off. I discovered it the next day and promptly contacted Eastlake to no avail. Nothing to be done to get those flowers to my daughter even though the address was 1.1 miles away from the shop, 4 MINUTES. Owner contacted to no avail. Over $100 down the drain and no way to contact the house that received them. Very disappointed no effort to help me from 3,000 miles away. No wonder gift cards are gaining popularity... Remember the years of customer service? Long gone...sigh. ~no aloha :(
