Fantastic experience: Olson's created a wonderful arrangement gift of high quality fresh peach colored roses, accessorized with lilies, greens, and a pretty glass vase delivered professionally by their friendly driver. Highly recommend! Recent 2026 business gift needed and Olson Florist saved the day with a charming balloon bouquet combined with a sculpture piece. Their store variety and super professional staff created for me a unique gift and custom delivery which I appreciated and will keep in mind as a favorite merchant.

Positive experience: Great customer service on phone, did an amazing job of arranging flowers. Only thing was not getting the person name that is was being delivered to and on card spelt name wrong and was late getting delivered from the communication that I was made. Fantastic experience: I placed a late afternoon flower order for my sweet daughter with Olson Florist. I live in Atlanta, GA and my daughter lives in Salem, OR. Everything from initial phone call to delivery was awesome. The lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I really wanted Tulips and they had three colors for me to choose from. (I chose pink and yellow) It was getting late in the day and I asked for same day delivery....and they made it happen. I received an order confirmation after I got off the phone and an email confirmation once they had dropped off my order. What an awesome experience from start to finish..my daughter sent me pix and she was SO happy...which made her Mama happy! They were exactly what I wanted and exactly what was delivered. I have had terrible experience in the past with "BIG" company flower shops who charge more but deliver less and look nothing like the pix. Olson Florist saved the day and helped make my daughter smile. Thank you from Atlanta, GA! Five stars all the way around! Fantastic experience: Olson Florist has been a great Salem resource for flowers and arrangements for so long, it's wonderful that they are still taking great lengths to deliver the freshest.

Negative experience: Though I have previously enjoyed their flowers I will no longer support a business who's owner openly discusses inhumane treatment of the unhoused population. Their owner admitting in a Salem Reporter article that they toss them out on the street and dump feeces and urine on them while they sleep. Nothing beautiful about that. Nothing humane about that. You will never have my business again.

Negative experience: I’m thoroughly appalled by the owner’s aggressive and hateful interactions with homeless folks in our community. While I certainly sympathize with having waste adjacent to personal property, assaulting homeless people with potentially hazardous fecal matter and vomit while they sleep is dehumanizing and just disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing florals done by Olson's at a recent wedding I documented! Ken and the team designed and executed the entire wedding florals in such a beautiful way; the sanctuary was gorgeous, the lobby and reception areas were stunning, and the bridal party bouquets were some of the best I have seen! I had wondered what was going to happen to all the flowers after the wedding and they repurposed them into bouquets for the guests! That was a special treat as we left for the evening! I don't know how often they do flowers for weddings, but I would highly recommend them for anything flower related, just by seeing all the amazing flowers at this wedding!
