Fantastic experience: Wanted to surprise a person who had given me excellent service. I had an old address and the shop took it in stride. After we got it straightened out everyone was happy.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I ordered sympathy flowers with a specific note to leave them at the door of the home BECAUSE they were at the wake and I wanted her to come home to them. They did not do what I asked ...then waited until 10 am the next day to call me claiming they left me a VM. I have no VM. I am horrified and FYI owner lady I am also a florist.....it was 28 degrees out the flowers absolutely could have been left on the porch....WHY I TOLD YOU TO DO SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: This was my 1st for a funeral arrangement. The flowers were even more beautiful than I expected! I called the day before the funeral to make sure they could fulfill the order in time, which they did! I would definitely order here again. Sorry I didn’t take a picture.

Occasion was for graduation and they included a beautiful gold printed ribbon, “Congratulations on your graduation.” Tissue paper, plastic, ribbons, there was attention to the details. Daughter was ecstatic. Will order from here again.

Fantastic experience: They delivered early in the day (I had ordered 2 days before) on my mom's birthday. And they even accommodated my request for a specific seasonal flower that happens to be her favorite, but was not featured on the website anywhere. I found the website easy to use. And I got automated updates on my order, both when payment was received and when the order was actually delivered. This is my first time ordering flowers online, so I don't know what the expectations are, but it would have been really nice to receive a non-automated email from someone, just so that I knew who to contact if there were any issues, and to give it a more personal touch. My only other wishlist item would be to have been sent a photo of the bouquet that was actually delivered, because it helps me imagine what it looks like next to my loved one, without having to ask someone there to send a pic to me.

Fantastic experience: This was the second delivery in Two months for a beautiful water globe with an Eternal rose placed inside As a Sympathy Gift. A special keepsake that will last longer than traditional flowers. Both times, Fruits N Flower’s have done fantastic work. I’d choose them again Should need be.
