Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for my daughter's 24th birthday. They were absolutely beautiful. My first time ordering from Ed Smith Flowers and it definitely won't be my last. So very pleased. Excellent customer service.

Negative experience: I ordered my wife the flowers on the left and she received the flowers on the right....such a huge difference and this is not what I paid $80 for....just really sucks when this happens

Via email, my order was immediately confirmed when placed, when the flowers were out for delivery and when delivered. Ed Smith Flowers even sent me a picture of the flower arrangement! And they actually created the arrangement I selected - no last minute substitutions. My uncle was the recipient and he was thrilled to receive the flowers and showed them off to the hospital staff and visitors! Negative experience: I ordered "Fall designers choice" for a Thanksgiving dinner. What my friends received was a red, white & blue tall arrangement that was NOTHING like Thanksgiving, Fall or anything I was expecting. Ed Smith is off my list.

This would not stop me from ordering from them--I would just be more diligent. Ty My fault I didn't realize this was the size of a little kids Nerf football and looked cheap. I chose this over less expensive flowers. I guess $80 lesson learned

They communicated with me quickly about my order and let me know when it was delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Very disappointed…I ordered a (Deluxe $89 arrangement) definitely not what was received. Not worth $40… I’d post a pic if I could. Yes, a replacement arrangement was offered. However, her birthday was yesterday. I was offered a credit for some of the arrangement, and I accepted, but I also feel that you should do your job correctly to begin with. Again, I wish I could post a picture to show you how horrible this arrangement looked. I was not consulted with the quantity. I read the description. I understood what I was ordering. There were no 20 stems of flowers in there. Sarah, who answered the phone did not go over anything with me. She had to put me on hold to go ask questions. I placed my order at approx. 9 AM. This did not disrupt your day in anyway. I ordered the Daisies...I don't see 20 stems in there!!!! Maybe my "arrangement" went to the wrong customer! Thank you for the partial refund - I hope to be receiving it soon.
