Positive experience: The plants were beautiful and delivered perfectly. The only problem was I asked for a birthday balloon and got a flower balloon and it was deflated the next morning.

Positive experience: One bouquet was lovely and the other was not. There was no call prior to delivery. This was requested since the recipient is disabled and has had things stolen when delivered.

Negative experience: I usually don't give such negative feedback but my experience has not been a pleasant one. Actually very embarrassing. I ordered a lavender spray for a dear friend. The picture was of a beautiful very full arrangement. When I spoke to the man that took my order said he was out of one certain flower but he would use something else and make it work. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral I could not believe it!!! I was so embarrassed! It had some red roses and white carnations! NOT ONE THING WAS WHAT I ORDERED. NOTHING WAS PURPLE OR LAVENDER!!!

Fantastic experience: Eddie was amazing - I ran in last minute (about 30 minutes before they close, the day before a holiday they would be closed for) needing a big beautiful bouquet for my best friends wedding, as someone had fallen on (and ruined) the main bouquet on the sweetheart table. I assumed the answer would be no, but Eddie said “no problem, give me just a minute” and went directly to the back and got to work. I used a reference from their online store and asked for them to incorporate sunflowers, and they did. It was delivered early in the day for my cousin’s birthday and she loved it. Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet of 24 roses for $181, expecting something beautiful and long-lasting, but I was really disappointed. The flowers looked nice at first, but they started wilting within just three days. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and care. Definitely not worth the money.

The flowers had arrived and they were so beautiful. Hearing the joy in her voice as she told me how amazing the flowers are. Because I live in Virginia, I must rely on local Wilmington businesses if I want to do something special for my parents and Eddie’s Floral Gallery did that and more.

Negative experience: One DOES NOT look like the other....I ordered the first pic....second one was delivered. Although it was not cheap at all I didn't mind spending $75 but I certainly expected to have what I ordered delivered!

I have always been impressed by what this little shop creates and their service but today they out did themselves. I sent in an order for Mother's Day and as I was looking at the confirmation page on the website I noticed that I did not include a card. At that very moment my phone rang and it was the folks from Eddie's that realized my mistake and wanted to know if I meant to send a card. Now, that is service! D

Negative experience: I ordered these flowers for my sister’s birthday, expecting a big, beautiful bouquet like the one shown in the photo. I even paid extra for the premium upgrade to ensure it would be full and impressive. Unfortunately, what my sister received was a thin, sparse arrangement that looked nothing like what was advertised. It was incredibly disappointing, especially for such a special occasion. Be very cautious when ordering, what you see is not what you get. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Negative experience: I received a two dozen red rose arrangement. It was left outside my door (I live in an apartment community). The roses do not appear fresh. I have never seen purple daisies added to a red rose only vase arrangement. I think it takes away from the elegance of the roses. I do not feel the colors blend well. One can imagine the cost for this arrangement. I am extremely disappointed. My husband is out of town and sent as a surprise, as he knows red roses are my favorite flower. I have not even sent him a picture. I am purchasing some white baby’s breath to replace the purple, as taking the daises out left empty spaces. ***UPDATE: The second two pics is how my arrangement looks several days later. My home is kept at 70 degrees or lower and the arrangement did not sit in a sunny area.
