Negative experience: The flower birthday cake isn't available to purchase

Fantastic experience: Ordered via phone and person was very courteous and helpful. Flowers were just as advertised and delivered on time!

Fantastic experience: We called from TN to order flowers for Valentine's Day for my daughter. The florist did a wonderful job. My daughter was so surprised. Thank you 3 Oaks for making our Valentine's Day extra special.

Negative experience: I called 2 days ago inquiring about sunflowers. They were for my grandparents whom have all passed away and it has been years since I have visit their graves as I live and work overseas. (This is to give context because I mentioned this to the florist in hopes of getting helped.) I was told that flowers weren't in season ( which is understandable) but they also didnt have any substitutes or recommendations. To whomever I spoke with that day I find you repulsive and unprofessional. You shouldn't work in a flower shop if you don't like selling flowers. I ended up getting way better service from Sightler's on Meeting St. The florist there has a great personality and helped me with my order by phone and in person. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes.

Negative experience: Came into the shop, there was no ramp for handicap individuals. Then the employee looked at me and my family then totally ignored us coming in. My family turned around so I took the initiative to actually come in the store then he went ghost until I acknowledge myself. When he came out he brushes me off quickly.
