Negative experience: We were dissatisfied. We did not even know you missed delivery until Curtis rep called to tell us. Then we provided email on that day and it still was not delivered to family until delivery person realized that the address was correct. Not one person called Saturday or Sunday. Then Monday get a call and they are trying to deliver a beautiful arrangement to my dead aunt. Not where I gave the second address. I would not recommend Curtis to anyone that is looking for something on time.

I cannot remember the clerks name( believe it started with the letter D) but she was very helpful with my order. The results of my order were perfect. The “New mom” was very pleased and said the arrangement was beautiful ( as I felt the same). She also said the baby bear was such a perfect addition to it. Fantastic experience: I ordered Sapphire Skies bouquet with white and blue flowers. See photos. The one delivered had mostly white flowers. It was still beautiful, but would have liked more blue ones in it like the photo on web site. They went an extra mile though, as no one was home when first delivery attempt was made. They went back the next day at no extra charge and made the delivery. My sister loved them. Highly recommend. Will use them again when needed.

This is the second year I visited Curtis. The Curtis staff was helpful but not pushy. They arranged delivery later in the day. I'll visit Curtis again for my floral needs.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased flowers for my brother’s funeral. The flowers were exceptionally beautiful and even more so with the help of the sales lady. I wanted something that honored his military service and his family. She was able to add flowers and a red white and blue ribbons to a beautiful lantern for this special arrangement! Nothing cookie cutter about their arrangements with very fresh flowers and professional staff!

Fantastic experience: Curtis Flowers did the arrangements for my mother’s funeral and they were beautiful! They are also very accommodating, for example, I paid for a flower bouquet to be delivered to a friend in the hospital only to my surprise my friend couldn’t receive real flowers. Curtis Flowers made a bouquet of artificial flowers and delivered at no extra expense. Great company!

Positive experience: Had to get a casket spray for my mom. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful. Flowers showed up and were beautiful. My one and only complaint is the prices that shown up online when you Google are not the prices. They are more.

Negative experience: The delivery was a day and a half late with no explanation and the arrangement was awful. Providing a photo of what was received versus what was ordered. When I called the store they argued with me. This was an $83 mistake. I do not recommend.

Jill worked with my brother and I to come up with a casket arrangement for our mom's funeral. We were not finding what we were looking for in the sample books, so we picked out the colors that we wanted and she brought out some flowers and greenery for us to pick from. She assured us that her staff was very good and that we would be pleased. We were very pleased, it was very pretty and we got many compliments on the arrangement. Fantastic experience: Iam giving Curtis Flowers 5 Stars even though... I did not see the flowers that were sent in behalf of my family. I wish a picture could have been taken before shipment and sent to me so I could have seen it, I was not able to attend the service. With that being said my review is based on past experiences with Curtis Flowers. My parents used Curtis Flowers for their needs and they arranged my wedding bouquets when I was married back on 1974. A long standing tradition in our family. Thank you Curtis Flowers!
