Negative experience: Placed an order with Dodgie on a Tuesday for delivery on Thursday. No deliver on Thursday. I called and had to leave a message on Alan's voicemail Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Finally got a hold of them on Monday and they said they misplaced it. They are refunding me today. Why take an order if you aren't going to deliver it?

Fantastic experience: Alan’s Florist was a great place for us to get some quick flowers that are already prepared. We stopped to get some flowers for our friend who has been feeling down and we were provided with great customer service.

Fantastic experience: Great Flowers for a Special Night I bought flowers here for my first date with my girlfriend, and they were perfect. The bouquet looked amazing fresh, colorful, and nicely put together. She loved them and it really helped make the night special. The florist was super friendly and helpful. He asked what I needed and helped me pick something that looked great but wasn’t too much. You can tell he cares about what he does. If you need flowers for someone special, this is a great place to go. I’ll definitely be back

Negative experience: A horrible experience, the flowers were half dead, stuffed in a small vase, with other dead flowers with added small greenery . My son ordered his grandmother roses which were in the same state. Waste of money, disrespectful and sad. Never use this florist just give money to loved one. Very rude people as well.

Negative experience: I paid almost $200 for an arrangement for an occasion. I called several hours later to check on the order and they told me that they could not find it. They said that they would call me back when they found it, which they didn't. I had to go back and forth with them AND get other people involved just to get the order done. When the order was finally finished, it looked like they had picked out some of the worst flowers on purpose. I was embarrassed by the delivery. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Alan's is one of the most trusted florists in San Bernardino. They have been here since, I believe the 1960's. As a satisfied customer, I know they will serve any of your flower needs. Just ask and they can make it happen!

Negative experience: Company STEALS THEY STOLE MY CARD INFO WHEN I PAID OVER THE PHONE AND BE CAREFUL AND I CALLED THEM OUT ON THE PHONE THEY HUNG UP AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER

Fantastic experience: The flowers for our loved one's memorial service were stunning! The designer created arrangements that were even better than what we hoped for. And the arrangements were ready to go on time, too. If you are looking for gorgeous flowers for any occasion, this is the place!

Negative experience: It says open 24 hours and that was a LIE! Change ur store hours. Wasted my time driving here just to see a huge closed sign. Misleading store times.

Fantastic experience: Great flower selection. They have a big variety to choose from and this to place your flowers in. You get the instant smell of flowers and roses as you walk in. They have gift bags, stuffed animals, cards, bouquets, and arrangements in different types of vases, baskets, and carriers. Two huge cool climate controlled refrigerator type rooms full of beautiful, fresh flowers to catch your eye. You are sure to find something your loved one will like from this shop. Thanks to the staff, they were extremely helpful. They take cash and card. Parking can be a bit difficult, enter and exit with caution.
