Negative experience: Sent the wrong flowers twice. It seems like a scam when you order the premium from their website and the send the standard. I called and they claimed to have sent someone else’s flowers to us. Mistakes happen so no big deal. Until they arrived with the replacement and it was smaller and looked nothing like what is shown on the website. When I called, the man from customer service laughed and could not have cared less. If was my mistake to order from them, which I will never do again. I recommend that everyone find another florist In your response, you blame me. Your website shows measurements of each bouquet. You sent me twice the standard size according to the measurements on YOUR website. The size of the cube has nothing to do with this. I guess this is your way of blaming the customer, which is why your customer service rep laughed in my face when I inquired why the bouquet did. Or match the website. I learned a lesson. I will never use this company again. I highly recommend no one use them either.

Fantastic experience: Peter Gregory did a great job on two corsages for me for the father daughter dance. I thought the price was fair and the quality was excellent!

Negative experience: Beautiful arrangement but less than a week later lilies, snap dragons and a couple daisies and roses are dead or dying. My first arrangement from them in November lasted 3 weeks. So I'm disappointed. The pictures show the arrangement from less than a well ago and now. I purchased the premium arrangement. I called the retailer and they said the Roses and lilies don't last more than a week so it is their expected outcome. Most of the lily bulbs never opened; however, a friend brought lilies from Kroger and they last a long time. Very disappointed and felt no better after talking to the retailer. In communicating with the representative at the florist, they just weren't concerned about the condition after a week. Explained I need to ask for long lasting flowers next time.

Positive experience: Always puts out good product. The online pic looked larger than what I got but the recipient was grateful. It was for a sympathy issue. If it can make someone smile then you did your job.

I wish I would have had the hindsight to get a photo of it. We ordered a large cross with Gerber Daisies, yellow and white. The piece was reasonably priced and delivered to the funeral home. It came with a tripod stand so it wouldn’t be awkwardly placed on a shelf. The entire experience we had with Peter Gregory Florist was unmatched. Thank you so much. We are grateful.

They were so awesome and Alora even communicated with me via text message. The arrangement consisted of peonies, hydrangeas, and roses in the colors pink and blue just as requested. The morning of the event, the florist allowed me to show up before business hours, so that I could make the party on time and even helped bring the arrangement to the car. Negative experience: Placed an order for an odd number of roses, 23 or 25. They stated that they sell by the dozen, which I said "okay, but I want an odd number so either add or remove one please." They asked if I wanted baby's-breath which I said no thank you. They called the day before the scheduled pick-up to confirm, and when I mentioned my request for an Odd number, the woman said she would make a note in their system to ensure that part. The order I received had 2 dozen roses, and baby's-breath. They look nice, but fairly disappointing that even after calling and confirming the two requests, both were forgotten.

Negative experience: My Mom passed away and there were 3 flower arrangements delivered. They were terrible, one was so bad it didn't even look like the arrangement on their website. The other 2 the flowers were almost dead. Don't use them. Adrian Durban is so much better.

Positive experience: Beware if using funeral home to place your order! I paid over $100 for a floral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home. When I arrived and saw my bouquet, I was outraged at the tiny, pathetic bunch of sad flowers in a tiny clear jar.
