Fantastic experience: Called same day for a fresh flower delivery. They were able to accommodate the ask exceeded expectations on the delivery time. I will definitely be back and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

Negative experience: I hate even writing this review. I emailed them, gave them time to respond and got nothing back. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Valentines day. I paid for the premium Valentines flowers. My wife received 7 Roses, 3 SUNFLOWERS (WHO PUTS SUNFLOWERS in a VALENTINES BOUQUET). She hates yellow flowers and nobody wants to pay for PREMIUM bouquets and get Sunflowers and 7 Roses. It was like they just had whatever was left laying around and put in a vase. I always support local businesses, but that will be my last time with this business on Main St. Also, I called to ask for delivery, its 1 mile from my house, they charged $15 and kept me on hold for 10 minutes, I had to call back to ask about delivery again. Totally unacceptable, and when paying for the delivery charge, the woman on the phone was going to put my credit card info on a piece of random paper....I said no. She also lost my address info and had to call me back. AWFUL experience, and I gave them a grace period to respond back, they did not.

Positive experience: I've always been pleased, but my Valentines order was a total fail. Didn't get delivered Friday, and when dropped off on steps Saturday, no chocolates. Judy is sweet, & I'll likely give them another shot.

Negative experience: Let me start by saying I really like to keep my business local, whenever possible. Unfortunately, some local businesses are not reliable. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife, over a week ago, to be delivered today to her office. I called 3 times to try to verify the delivery, and they had not even made my bouquet yet. Their solution to the issue of the delivery being late was, "We can just deliver it to your house if we can't get them there before 3pm." I wasn't happy with the answer, but I payed over $100 for these flowers, so I do want them delivered. It is now 8:20pm, and we still have no flowers. I will be asking for a full refund. Take your business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Flowers were exactly what I ordered and there were healthy and beautiful, only thing I didn’t get was the balloon I had purchased as well. All In all 5 star experience!

Fantastic experience: Ordered an arrangement after-hours on a Tuesday. It was prepared and delivered before lunch the following Wednesday morning. A+ from me!

Negative experience: I was hoping that placing my order three weeks before Valentine’s Day and the destination being 9 minutes away would mean that my order would not be delivered until the very last minute, but that was not the case here. I understand that Valentine’s Day was sure to be busy, but the lack of communication was upsetting. I get an email 8:00 AM local time saying that my delivery is on the truck. I hear nothing for 6 hours only to find out that it’s still at the florist, but is being delivered soon. I get two more calls within an hour of each other asking to confirm the address and if the recipient would still be there, as it was a work place. I was anxious that they would not get there before she left and the flowers would sit there for the weekend. They managed to have them delivered 13 minutes before closing. The only upside was that the flowers were even more beautiful than advertised.

Negative experience: I ordered a flower arrangement for my mom and while the flowers were beautiful and fresh, I was disappointed that the balloons I paid extra for were missing. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was expecting the full order, especially since the balloons were an important part of the gift. I reached out to the shop, and while they were polite, I’m sad my mom didn’t receive the balloons. If you’re ordering from here, double-check that all extras are included. Great flowers, but attention to detail needs improvement.

Positive experience: The flowers were absolutely beautiful, however, we paid extra for them to be delivered before 3 pm and that did not happen. Then had to be delivered to a completely separate address than the original intended location. They were also missing the balloons, bear and card that we paid extra for. Not impressed with their lack of attention to detail.

We ended up getting a floral arrangement that I saw in the shop that was actually silk flowers and had them to make it with all REAL flowers and greenery.
