Fantastic experience: Jackson at the phone and Justin the designer were both SO patient as we worked out the details of the arrangements that I was wanting to have put together. What they envisioned and created was absolutely beautiful. Not only that , but they were SO nice! What a rewarding and delightful experience it turned out to be. I was ordering from afar and wound up having to trust their judgement. I have never been more pleased. If I were local, they would be my absolute go to florist!!!

Fantastic experience: 16 Feb 2026- Camille Ozores Sango Village Florist went above and beyond. First, my family lost my Dad, and Justin and his staff created the most unique and beautiful pall for his casket. The colors were absolutely beautiful. Secondly, they took a last minute request during the Valentine's Day rush to deliver a special fern to my Mom. They even added some touches to make sure it was extra special. The staff sent photos prior to delivery to ensure that we were happy with the arrangement. My mother was very happy. Thank you Sango Florist!

Fantastic experience: I live in Pa, I needed balloons delivered in Clarksville TN today I tried five balloon companies no help. Lucky I tried this balloon company they went out of there way to help me. They made a beautiful balloon arrangement had it delivered three hours later. The delivery driver texted me confirming they were delivered. It made my granddaughter so happy and it made my day also. Now that's what I call great service, great company, great people. They went out of their way to make this happen. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service from start to finish. Very kind person picks up the phone and is very patient with any request you may have. Prices are transparent and card isn’t run until you approve the bouquet they create (they send you pictures!!) You get a tracking link for delivery and know what’s happening every step of the way. I wish I was a local to utilize them more :)

I called them for a same day delivery order at 10AM and received pictures of a beautiful bouquet and vase which was then delivered in less that 5 hours. Amazing! The flowers she created for my wedding were absolutely gorgeous — everything I had dreamed of and more. She brought the whole vision to life with such elegance, creativity, and care. A few days before the wedding, we ran into an issue with the arch I had purchased — but Brittany didn’t hesitate to step in. She came to my house two days before the wedding, helped troubleshoot, and worked with me to fix the problem with plenty of time to spare. Her flexibility and calm, can-do attitude turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a total win. I can’t thank her enough for being such a steady, positive presence through the entire process. Day of delivery he texted me pictures of the arrangement for approval/modification before he delivered it. I was driving and couldn't respond, so about 10 minutes later he called to follow-up. He promptly delivered the arrangement and it was perfect. Not knowing it he included two of my wife's favorite flowers in it and the message was exactly as I requested. They answered my questions, let me pick out flowers by sight (because I don't know any names other than rose and carnation...LOL) and they were just super friendly. My wedding was May 11th, same weekend as Mother's Day, BUSY FLOWER TIME. No worries...they had everything ready and let me tell you...THE FLOWERS WERE GORGEOUS!!!
