Fantastic experience: Every time I've been in the ladies have been nothing but nice, courteous, and professional. On my most recent visit I needed an order done even though I had kept putting it off and waited to the very last minute they got it done and delivered on time for me.

Positive experience: Flowers were not as represented. Substituted with daisy. Delivery time couldn't be accommodated, I guess. When she would be home to receive. Grateful someone was home. It was a pretty arrangement, and flowers seemed to be fresh. I'm not sure what is the design of the mug. My son did not send me that angle. These were for my granddaughter.

Negative experience: I tried to order flowers for my cousins because they had just lost their other sister. Well me living almost 7 hours away I picked the closest flower shop to them. I placed my order got a confirmation number etc. realized they never got the flowers I called the flower shop the person who answered was rude and kept arguing with me saying the system has been down all day there is no way I placed an order. I said ma’am I got an email confirmation and I have my order# she said okay well give it to me. I did and she laughed saying well I don’t know where you got that from we didn’t get your order. How in the heck is your system down but online you can still place and order make that make sense. Mind you I confirmed it was the correct flower shop and then while I was on the phone said yeah we can’t fulfill your order. What a frustrating experience maybe they need to make sure online coordinates with your system being down. I don’t recommend!!! They even had the audacity to have their system send me a review link! ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Reed's made a beautiful arrangement from the grandkids for my dad's funeral this week!! I mentioned I wanted green & yellow like a John Deere tractor.....well they went above & beyond and added green tractors and green deer to the ribbon! I was blown away by that extra touch! It looked perfect behind my dad's table & picture at the church. Their prices were far more reasonable than any other florist I called! Highly recommend

Realizing that not only are they closed on Sundays but due to limited hours Saturdays, they wouldn't be able to get them out HOWEVER after speaking with them and explaining the situation and who it was for, they did an absolutely AMAZING job taking care of me. Insanely sweet, patient and kind! I was not to be there in person as I reside in MN so they took customer service to the next level and sent me a video of the arrangement they had put together ❤️ Seriously........1,000 stars out of 5!!!!
