I popped in for some “just because I worked too late” flowers, and Allison (the owner) was excellent. She gave great suggestions, stayed within my budget, and even added a fun seasonal pumpkin to the arrangement. The flowers were fresh, cheerful, and exactly the pick-me-up I needed. Fantastic experience: Found this florist online after multiple disappointing experiences with both local and national florists. Simply put, I have found the BEST and will never go anywhere else! I have ordered birthday and Mother’s Day arrangements and both were beautiful! They are Very Reasonably priced for the quality and care put into each arrangement. The birthday flowers originally were going to have birds of paradise as the ‘focal flower’. However, a few days before my mother’s birthday I received a call from the florist letting me know that the birds of paradise arrived looking poorly and she had already checked with other distributors with the same results. She worked with me over a 2 day period to design a beautiful arrangement that still had the ‘tropical feel’ of my original selection. That level of customer service combined with the beautiful arrangements is exactly why I will be a loyal patron. (the incl. photos don’t come close to showing the size and beauty of this arrangement)

Negative experience: Please consider not using an answering service, when I call and the person ask the number I called to reach the florist and the shop name, it takes the "local" business aspect away. Wanted to talk to someone directly.

I ordered from Lutz after 1-800-flowers canceled my order made on Friday due to flowers not being available and then when asked if I could just have something else delivered in time, they told me it wouldn't be until Tuesday. Fantastic experience: I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery kind of last minute, and they were still able to accept my order. Their prices are very affordable, and the online ordering system was very easy to use. The arrangement was delivered this morning to my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loved them. She sent me photos and the arrangement looked even better than what was advertised. I ordered a glass hummingbird to add with the arrangement, and they perfectly incorporated it into the arrangement instead of leaving it separate. I had a personal note added to the flowers for her, and it looks like they even hand write the notes. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I placed my order on Sunday afternoon and requested a Monday am delivery if possible. This morning at 9:25 am, I received a email from Lutz stating the flowers had been delivered!! My sister sent me a picture of a beautiful bright arrangement and she was thrilled . I highly recommend this florist !!!
