Negative experience: Pretty snotty and rude on the phone when I requested a simple order as soon as I mentioned my budget - they didnt want to give me the time of day. Called another local florist instead (Naturally Craft'd) and they were kind & transaction was a breeze. Just because someone doesnt have a lot to spend doesnt mean that you shouldnt be kind to them... ESPECIALLY when it's a sympathy order

Negative experience: Ordered $150 flower arrangement a week before Valentine’s Day for delivery Thursday, the day before. Flowers arrived wilted and looking droopy and were in the trash by Sunday. First time customer, but will not use again. 2/21/25 Called and spoke to the owner Greg who could not have been nicer. Apologized for the condition of what was received and offered credit for my purchase. Will give them another try since customer service and satisfaction seems to be their priority. Thank you Greg.

Fantastic experience: I visited the recipient this afternoon so saw the arrangement. Just stunning. I wouldn’t have recognized it, but Scottish thistle was in the bouquet. Her husband was Scottish so that little surprise touch made it even more special. Just lovely.

The recipient (whose number they had for delivery) unexpectedly ended up staying in the hospital several days past the original delivery date, and the store called to let me know and held the flowers for nearly a week after speaking to the recipient. Couldn't ask for better advice than that! Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: Eric and his staff at Garden District were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING when I called requesting an arrangement to be delivered the next day (Saturday) for a close friend that had just lost her brother very unexpectedly. While crying, I explained that she loves hydrangeas, wanted to send something tasteful, not huge and gaudy, just something that is beautiful, and might lift her spirits. The woman that discussed the order with me could tell that I was distraught and she was also kind enough to assist me with the sentiments that I wanted to communicate on the card. I ordered a wreath for a friend whose husband had died. I saw the wreath today at the memorial service and was appalled at the small size of the wreath after paying $235 including a delivery fee. Needless to say we were embarrassed with the results. I am happy to report that I received a phone call and a partial credit for the item listed above .
