They are lovely to work with, very creative and if I gave them a percentage rating of approval it would be 98% or higher. The one or two times things haven’t been perfect they fixed the issue immediately with integrity and professionalism. Highly recommend them.

When I learned that transplant patients cannot receive flowers (for protection of their immune systems), they cancelled the order with no problem. They are hands on and very understanding.

Negative experience: As other reviewers have stated, this experience was completely unacceptable and unprofessional from start to finish. We ordered the premium arrangement for over $118, along with a card and small balloon, for a close family member who had just been diagnosed with cancer and was recovering from major surgery. This was not a casual purchase and required care and professionalism. Before delivery, we were contacted and told that two other people had already purchased the same arrangement and that the advertised vase we had already paid for would therefore not be available. We were then told the arrangement would instead be delivered in a bear mug. I explicitly said no. Substituting items after payment, especially under those circumstances, is unacceptable. Despite this, the arrangement that arrived was shockingly inadequate. There were fewer than eight flowers total, which is clearly visible in the photo. This was not a minor variation or a staged photo difference. The arrangement did not resemble the premium option in size, fullness, or presentation and did not even meet the standard shown for the basic version advertised online. The lack of effort was obvious and embarrassing. This was not a simple oversight. It reflects poor inventory control, disregard for customer consent, and a failure to deliver what was purchased. Customers should never be told that an item they paid for is unavailable because it was sold to someone else, nor should they be pressured into accepting substitutions they did not agree to. For the price charged, this should have been a full, thoughtfully prepared arrangement delivered exactly as advertised. Instead, it looked like something that could have been assembled for twenty dollars at a grocery store. Given the circumstances, this experience was deeply disappointing and entirely unprofessional, and we would strongly caution others against using this business for important or sensitive occasions. I would also encourage the business to post their own photos of these arrangements, because this is clearly, as read in these reviews, not the first time you've done this to paying customers. -The stock photo shown is of the basic arrangement shown from the website, not the premium.

Fantastic experience: Two weeks ago, a coworker was getting treatment at Mayo, and we contacted Rennings to send an arrangement. The phone call I received to clarify the order and suggest a replacement (my friend was on a floor that couldn't accept florals) was so warm, kind, caring and intuitively professional - I was floored. The young woman who called me used my friend's name, really offered both empathy and some wonderful suggestions, and I was struck by her sincerity. It was clear that she cared about her customers and wanted to deliver more than just florals or a gift basket. I was concerned about florists navigating the massive Mayo system, but she was knowledgeable and prepared. I cannot express my appreciation enough. Wonderful service.

We worked with Tiffany and she really took our color inspiration to heart and made it into something breathtaking. Her advice was spot on and I enjoyed collaborating with her throughout the entire process. The bouquets were works of art and one of the most commonly remarked upon aspects of our whole wedding! Communication was prompt and Rennings adapted to a change in our delivery plan with so much grace. We opted to pick up the flowers instead of having them delivered due to a timing issue and they applied the cost of the delivery fee to the bridal bouquet since we had already paid for it. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated, which shows why they’re such a great business. Highly recommend!
