Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service- thank you Jasmine and team!

Negative experience: 70 dollars was paid for the bouquet with vase, however flowers stems are too short and the vase is not made to hold the flowers. Not worth the price.

Negative experience: I requested a birthday bouquet for my sister February 2026. She lives in Fort Collins CO. They left the flowers on the porch to freeze but the worst is the bouquet was primarily daisies it had plenty of greenery with one rose one hydrangeas bloom. I did contact them and they refunded the delivery but still charged me $100.00 for the lousy flowers. Never again will l order from Palmer Flowers !!

Negative experience: I received a bouquet for my birthday from my son, it was 4 days ago, they were beautiful, but the roses never bloomed they only look dried out. I’m so disappointed After talking to Jasmine, they sent me a new beautiful arrangement, I’m so happy with your customer service. Negative experience: Edit: I didn’t buy any because there were no flowers to buy. This place used to be amazing. But now the selection is few and far between. Last time i went in there were no flowers or bouquets in the fridge. If you want fake plants and flowers i guess it’s a good place to go though.

Fantastic experience: Every major occasion in my family has been celebrated with Palmer's for over 20 years. Susan designed arrangements for my bridal shower, wedding, baby shower and my sister's wedding. The pictures were so brilliant with the incredible palet and textures custom designed for us! If it needs to be stunning, it needs to be Palmers!

Fantastic experience: My go-to for best service. The bouquets are always beautiful and pricing is great. Same day delivery sometimes for last minute needs!

Negative experience: worst experience. flowers were completely not what I wanted for our wedding (I have email confirmation back and forth stating exactly what should be included in bouquets). Over $2,000 for roses that are already wiltering ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING and not what I wanted. Told me they could incorporate tulips in my bouquet. Called me AFTER i made my final payment to say they will be fake. Take your money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I love this flower shop. I come here very often and they always have the best selection and most courteous staff. Jasmyne is awesome and very knowledgeable. My only complaint, they don’t have a tip jar.

Fantastic experience: On Friday I received an incredibly beautiful floral arrangement and I just want to compliment whoever made it. It's huge....white lilies, white roses, evergreen bough's, white frosted accents, curvy sticks. There are at least 10 lily buds and each day, as they open, it just gets more and more spectacular! It's perfect for a January bouquet. Thank you to whoever created this arrangement!

Fantastic experience: We hired Palmer for our wedding and could not be more pleased! Our florals and greenery turned out EXACTLY as we had imagined and were absolutely stunning. We were a little worried about availability of seasonal blooms in the winter, but there was no need for concern whatsoever, we got everything we wanted and more!!! They also got our color palette spot on and it looked just like our inspiration photos. The way they came and set up our florals was perfection, I saw them briefly when I went to take photos and the care and precision that went into each arrangement was definitely noticed! Plus it was amazing having them come directly to the venue to ensure they looked perfect and arrived safely. They were so beautiful that we are having the bouquet and boutonniere preserved and cannot wait to have them for years to come! Communication was very easy and we were able to make changes as needed with ease, and they were very careful to include flowers we loved and to NOT include anything we were allergic to, haha. For what we got, we felt the cost was very reasonable! Would recommend over and over.

Negative experience: I asked them to make something for me as a gift, and gave them a price I was willing to pay. They were quite dishonest about the things they put together. I don’t mind paying for labor, but their “itemized” list, which I requested, was not even made. Be careful.

Fantastic experience: I placed an order via phone to Palmer Florist in Fort Collins as I now live out of state. They were very professional, discussed my needs with them and they were very accommodating. The flower delivery was timely and the colorful boquet was as requested and met the birthday need for my family member. I appreciated the ease in ordering long distance over the phone. Fantastic experience: I came in to pick a basket for my mother's birthday. I have never really been one to just pick something premade so I walked back to the greenhouse section. I AM SO VERY HAPPY with the choices available! I was helped by Olivia and Sierra and thru helped me find the right plants and put it together for me. After picking up the worst corsages I’ve ever seen from elsewhere, I called them at 2:00 on the DAY OF PROM, and they made me three corsages on the spot within 2 hours. The corsages are beautiful and I couldn’t believe the excellent customer service. They got us out of a real bind. I will be getting all future corsages here!!

Negative experience: This is a picture of my Valentine flowers three days after receiving them the flowers look spent when they arrived edges were all curled. Now they are all drooped over even though I follow directions watered them every day added the powder that came with them. I’m sure my partner spent around $100 on this arrangement because I know what your prices are. I would think a bouquet would last more than three days before completely drooping, if the flowers were fresh to begin with. Usually a fresh rose bouquet arrives with the roses, barely opened. These were wide open, and the edges were already curling up when it was delivered. I really think he should get some kind of refund. He’s too nice of a guy to say anything about it but it’s just not fair. He feels bad because they droop so soon and I feel bad that he spent so much money on an inferior arrangement.

Fantastic experience: Best customer service, I had called 6 other flower shops for calla lilies, and they were the only ones who offered to order them for me. The best part the order was delivered to them later that day, allowing me to surprise my wife with her favorite flowers for our 6 year anniversary.

Positive experience: I paid $160 for a dozen roses and a few carnations. Got a picture from my friend the day I sent them. I was thinking something really nice. Very sad and disappointed. I was really expecting a little more for that much money. Maybe things just cost more now.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had an extremely disappointing service during our wedding, and they only fulfilled half of the contract but charged us full price!!! We were scrambling to make our wedding perfect when this company failed to come through. Who wants to have that extra burden of stress on their own wedding day? There was so many things they promised that they fell through on. No flowers for the flower girl, not bouquets for the reception dinner, and the list goes on. We will never use this company again, and will never recommend. Extremely disappointing!

Negative experience: I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter’s graduation from college. I had no experience with them since I was arriving out of town. When I went to pick up the bouquet they couldn’t find my order at first. I waited and they located it but it was all boxed up so I couldn’t look at it. When I arrived at my Airbnb I opened the box to refrigerate the flowers until the next day I was extremely disappointed the flowers looked like wildflowers they picked from a field and we’re not even fresh they were wilted. I was disappointed at what my $40.00 bought. I was embarrassed to give those to my daughter on her special day and ended up buying fresh beautiful roses from the grocery store for the same price. What a disappointment but lesson learned I realized I wasn’t specific on what I wanted just something colorful but did not expect the low class of flowers I received.

Fantastic experience: Due to the very cold weather I had an issue with an anniversary bouquet that I purchased for my parents. Palmer flowers stepped up and took care of the situation. I love buying local!

Fantastic experience: My family and I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement for a friend who was experiencing a loss in their family and because I was ordering online from a different state I was a bit hesitant to order because at times what is delivered doesn’t match up to whats pictured on the website. On the day that I placed the order I had called before placing the order to confirm the type of flowers the arrangements would consist of and if any modifications would be necessary and the representative explained and I expected just what she said, that it would be as close to the arrangement pictured on the website. When our friends in Colorado sent us the photo of what they had received I was very impressed. This arrangement, Mountain Memories, was beyond what I expected. It was gorgeous and the attention to detail was top notch!! It was such a perfect arrangement for this particular situation and our friends expressed how it has blessed them, brought them peace and is helping them through this healing process during this time of loss. Thank You Palmer Flowers in Greeley for executing a gorgeous, exquisite piece for our friends. You are now my go to florists in Northern Colorado. Keep up the excellent work!!

Negative experience: I ordered flowers on a Wednesday to be delivered on a Friday. The person receiving apparently never heard from the florist, was surprised when we checked of they got the flowers. That seemed odd. The follow up was they called the florist a few times to have flowers dropped off. I didn’t hear from Palmer Florists at all either that they were not able to deliver on time. Delivered on… Monday. Called over weekend and asked for a call back and information on when would be delivered. Didn’t get a return call. Communication was overall lacking. No reason given for late delivery either.

Fantastic experience: Palmer Flowers, and specifically Landynne, was a dream to work with!! Landynne went above and beyond our wildest dreams for our daughter's wedding yesterday. She was so thoughtful and took time to really listen to exactly what we wanted and add tons of great ideas and artistry. When she arrived at the wedding and I saw my daughter's bouquet I literally almost cried. They were so stunning they took my breath away. Positive experience: Update- Just spoke with the owner Michelle and was more than touched by her heartfelt response. Thank you for making things right and correcting an employee's error. 2:30 8/24/22 Last Friday 8/19/22 (around 4 pm) my daughter went to Palmer Flowers in Fort Collins to get flowers for her newly deceased husbands funeral. She was confident she would be treated with respect as Palmer had been our family's florist for over 20 years participating with weddings, school dances, birthdays and other special occasions. What she experience was truly heartbreaking. The older lady (short red hair, no eyebrows) who "helped" her was rude and condescending did not greet her when she arrived and even flipped the book at her when she had specific questions on the possibilities of designs to decorate around an urn. When asked if Palmer could possibly do a tropical theme for the funeral, this "customer service" representative said what they wanted was impossible. I called and spoke to an employee the following day at 11:30 and asked to speak with a manager about this poor treatment and was guaranteed I would receive a call back on Monday. Today is 8/24/22 and I have still not received a call back. This review is a last resort but vital as I would never want another person to be traumatized during a time like this. This woman needs to work at a different profession and not sully the reputation of Palmer Flowers.

Negative experience: Amazing artistry, great quality products, and beautiful retail spaces! On the flip side… The owners are nothing less than degrading, manipulative, and inhumane beings. Very little tolerance or understanding, one of the most uncomfortable and anxiety riddled experiences.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal experience with Palmer Flowers for my wedding. Everyone kept commenting on how gorgeous the arrangements looked and smelled. My husband and I wanted to do a Llama collar arrangement and they were up for the task! We paid to have delivery and set up and it was well worth it. All we had to do was drop off all the rented materials back to Palmer after our event. They did a terrific job making my dream come true.

Fantastic experience: Landynne and her team at Palmers Flowers absolutely blew it out of the water! From the start, we were impressed with their professionalism, eye for detail, and beautiful creations. We had a great time sharing our wedding visions and watching them bring the magic to life! My bouquet, the boutonnieres, the Arch Sprays, flower girl basket daisies, and the centerpiece flower vase arrangements were so carefully crafted to highlight the wooden slabs and table signs I created. Everything was gorgeous and well-executed. I would recommend them again and again; I am so in love with their creations; I am currently getting them resin cast to enjoy for the rest of our lives! Fantastic experience: The young lady who arranged my dish garden, for a lady about to celebrate her 101 birthday, explained the necessary steps for caring for each plant. She assisted me with the selection and she arranged the dish garden. She was so pleasant, patient and extremely talented. However, if you want to take advantage of her exceptional talent, you better hurry in because she is moving to Wyoming. The rest of the store is fabulous. It has the largest choice of live, faux and dried flowers I have ever seen in just one store.

Positive experience: Nice store. Nice things. I bought a sprig of Baby's Breath for $2.39. I needed it to finish off a corsage. For your common bouquet I imagine this place is too pricey.

Fantastic experience: Our wedding flowers exceeded my wildest dreams and expectations. Landynne was so great to work with and was really helpful through the whole process of selecting my dream flowers!! To start, she pulled inspiration pictures from my Pinterest and then gave me a great initial proposal filled with those pictures, descriptions of what flowers would be in each thing, and different levels of prices for each category so we could adjust depending on our budget and desire for each thing. On our wedding day, they showed up and set up on time and really efficiently. The flowers were GORGEOUS. My dream bouquet was PERFECT and smelled amazing. I cried when I saw all of the flowers. I was excited for them ahead of time but they were even better than I imagined the day of. Flowers are hard for weddings since you pay a large amount and don’t see them until your wedding day but Palmer Flowers is so trustworthy and well established. If you use them for your wedding day just get excited to see the most beautiful flowers of your life at your wedding. Landynne worked with our budget, altered the proposal when we needed, and was really awesome to work with! My only wish is that we could have put down the deposit to hold our date before we had officially finalized the flower proposal since it was a little stressful we didn’t have anything officially written down and tied to our wedding day until a few weeks before. They wanted everything in the proposal to be exact - down to the correct number of centerpieces (which we didn’t know 8 months before our wedding). Not that they would have given away our date but it would have made us feel better, especially since we started figuring in out the initial proposal during their busy season so the turn around time for email response was about 2 weeks. Again, at that time we weren’t in a rush but flowers were so hard to guarantee at the time so being able to hold our date would have given us a bit more peace! Fantastic experience: As a private member organization, we wanted to take our holiday décor to the next level. We contacted Palmer Flowers and with in days, their professional and friendly staff were on site to evaluate our needs. They were considerate of our mature campus and moderate budget. Their experienced staff set up and arranged every piece of décor. We are ecstatic at the results! Our members comment daily on the beautiful décor. As the season closes we are sad to see our holiday items come down. But we know Palmer's staff will return to pack each item lovingly and store for the next holiday season. Choosing Palmer Flowers was a great decision.

Negative experience: I called to see if they had more of an item that I had purchased for my tree , gave the bar code number , price, description , everything . They had 4 ! Was thrilled . Takes me an hour to get there and nope wasn’t what I asked for ! Would not of been a problem but front counter gal was RUDE! “ We’ll that’s what they gave me “ no sorry no nothing, so driving another hour home . . Customer service goes a long way !!

Negative experience: I recently bought a boutonniere from Palmer flowers. The photo online showed three roses. However, when I picked it up today the boutonniere only had one rose on it. I had go back and ask why the order wasn’t the way I bought it. They told me that “we ran out and only have one flower to put on” then proceed to say “sorry”. They didn’t do anything to fix the problem, they didn’t reimburse me, they didn’t help me whatsoever. I spend $18 on ONE rose. Not to mention, I made this order a week ago. If they had just let me know that they couldn’t complete my order, I could’ve went to any other flower store in my town. I know this is a small order, however I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my grandma for the passing of her brother 3 weeks ago. She has texted me every week since then to tell me how beautiful the flowers are and how they still look as great as the day they were delivered. Incredible quality, I am extremely happy with Palmer Loveland. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: What beautiful arrangements! They have a dedicated team that works hard to make wedding visions come to life. I had a remote wedding and they arrived on time to set up the ceremony space and get the bouquets and boutineers to all the right people. The arrangements lasted the whole day and then some. The artistry exceeded my expectations and really pulled together the colors of my wedding.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Palmer Flowers & Landynne enough. When I first spoke with Landynne I gave her a general idea of what I wanted & told her to really create whatever she felt would look best given the information I provided. She completely blew my expectations out of the water I loved my florals so much. Aside from being amazing florist, Landynne and her team (Brianna and Vanessa) were incredibly kind and worked their butts off. They set up the outdoor florals in stages so flowers wouldn't wilt & have their process perfected. One of our major vendors did not show up and they stayed way past their scheduled time to help out our wedding planner, pick up desserts, fold napkins, etc. If you are deciding between florist - pick Palmer Flowers, I truly think they are the best out there :)

Negative experience: After placing a $75 order through Teleflora I called Palmer Florist to ask a specific question about delivery time. I was told that they declined the order because it was not enough money for them. I specifically chose this local florist because of location and thought I was helping them out. I guess that after the Teleflora cut the $55 plus going to them to deliver around the corner was not enough for them!!! never use tis florist again! Follow up to owners reply. I spoke with one of your sales associates and was told simply that they declined the order because it as not enough$. No apology nothing! They acted like my order was nothing to them.

Negative experience: Didn’t realize what a ridiculous request it was to get a quick bouquet made until I walked into this place. Was told 2 hours minimum, should have ordered it days ago. What about the romantics who just don’t plan that far ahead? Lillies and Lace hooked me up instead.

Fantastic experience: Palmer House went WAAAY above and beyond expectations for me this week. When a delivery was missed by the hospital staff before the patient was released, Palmer House made a new arrangement, and delivered it free of charge to the re-hab place where the patient was sent. Wow. Unbelievable customer support! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I ordered 2 dozen red roses to be delivered to my home for mom. Absolutely beautiful. Well worth the money. Very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic shop! Lots of variety with both plants and flowers, fresh and artificial. Beautiful floral designs, very much worth the price. My go-to florist without a doubt.

Negative experience: I asked for a custom arrangement at a $70 price point, 5 days in advance of delivery. They were unable to deliver because the recipient wasn't home at the time they stopped by so I called and provided explicit consent to drop them off at the door without someone signing. Two more days and 6 phone calls later they FINALLY arrived. By that point the flowers were old and I was very annoyed by them hounding me and my mother when I let them know 4 times minimum to just leave them at the door and I would accept any risk for the potentially failed delivery. On top of all of that the arrangement had maybe 5 stems of actual flowers and was predominantly green filler. Theres NO WAY that it's worth $70. This place is a rip off, they're extremely annoying, and they have terrible customer service. Do not spend money with them.

Negative experience: I ordered a bouquet yesterday to have delivered to my sister and I can not express enough how disappointed I am! She was supposed to recieve Hunnie Pie. A beautiful , cheerful vase of flowers and instead she was given something that looks like it belonged at in a museum for dead, dreadful flowers!! Your service was truly awful! I would hope for a refund or your company needs to redeliver to her with the correct bouquet!!
