Fantastic experience: I ordered online from Tennessee to my friend in the hospital in Savannah. She did not get them the day I asked but she got them and loved them. Customer service was on it. Thank you

Positive experience: I just received these flowers for Valentine’s Day from my boyfriend. However they aren’t as pictured. The flowers do not look Fresh as there are signs of brown on the roses and one of the leaves looks like a caterpillar or a bug got to it. Also the bow was not in the picture and just looks like it was placed there as a filler. Edit : My boyfriend ended up calling the store and told them about my experience and they created a new arrangement which was supposed to be like what I originally was to get. The owner of the store personally oversaw the bouquet being made. She also was great at communicating back and forth trying to make things right. And the new flowers were delivered an hour after they had their conversation. They wrote a lovely message apologizing for the first order.

Fantastic experience: My father in law passed away and I had to order a couple floral sprays for the service. After googling I decided on The Flower Boutique. I found the sprays I needed, ordered them and hoped that they would at least look like the pictures on the website. You never know if they will or not. I was not disappointed. The sprays delivered were absolutely stunning and perfect. They were better than the pictures on the website. I will definitely be using The Flower Boutique as my go to for any additional floral items I needed. And would recommend them to anyone looking for a florist that will deliver exactly what you order and want.

Negative experience: Succulent arrangement looks awful. Took a chance with this place, but just go to urban poppy and save yourself a headache. 2 stars just because it arrived on time.

Negative experience: Spent quite a bit for two dozen long stem Yellow roses. Here are photos of what we ordered and then ultimately what we received. Many Roses were shriveled and dry, water was dirty, there was an over abundance of greenery. Might as well have been a plant with flowers versus a floral arrangement. The vase itself was also a used one (see paint swirls at the bottom of vase). The entire arrangement was disappointing considering what we spent. Only positive was that it was delivered timely.

Fantastic experience: After a HORRIBLE experience with Avas flowers(who said they were local but aren't) we ordered gorgeous flowers from here for same day delivery my mother in laws birthday. We discussed the arrangement by phone since I live in Texas and would not be able to come to the shop before the service. The ladies I spoke with were kind and helpful. Negative experience: Recently ordered a flower arrangement online through a third-party and ultimately, this florist received my order to fill. Let's just say the arrangement was not up to par. I contacted the florist to discuss how the arrangement did not come close to what I ordered. The florist attempted to justify the appearance of the arrangement as the flowers were not fully bloomed. This was very disappointing to give to someone.

We procrastinated on ordering flowers for Valentine’s Day until the night before, after the shop was already closed. We took a chance of ordering online and to our surprise the flowers were delivered by 9:30am on Valentine’s Day. We were impressed to say the least. Negative experience: I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my children at the loss of my beloved pet. The flowers were delivered at about 4:45 on Monday. They have been in the air conditioning and have been given fresh water. They are all dying and several did not open at all. I sent an email and received no response. Very disappointed in this.

Negative experience: The designer, Tina is the worst designer. She does not care about her customers. And she does not care about the arrangement that she sends out the door that's why there's only one star now their best designer has left, and the only designer you're gonna get is trashy Tina, so if you want to waste your money on arrangements with trashy tina help yourself but if you want your money's worth, please. I beg you go somewhere else.

I called for a last minute (specific flowers) delivery to Tybee and Beth was helpful, kind and went beyond to facilitate a beautifully designed arrangement for delivery. Fantastic experience: The flower boutique absolutely saved my wedding day! I had originally ordered my flowers from a different florist, and that was a fiasco. I called the flower boutique & asked if they could keep them cool until the wedding the next day, and they happily accommodated me. Very kind as it wasn’t their bouquet of flowers! They were also able to switch out the pink roses I didn’t want in my bouquet for the peach roses I’d asked for. I couldn’t be more grateful for them!

Fantastic experience: Last week I received a beautiful arrangement of Blue hydrangeas, white roses and white Alstromeria. Ten days later the Hydrangea and Alstromeria are still beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Everything about The Flower Boutique screams perfection! From ordering, to beautiful flowers, added personal touches, excellent arrangements and on-time delivery with each order, it really is a wonderful florist. My last five orders have been stunning. The detail and elegance of the bouquet/flowers were unique and beautiful on every single order. When my daughter and my wife received them, they've been very happy and delighted. The delivery driver(s) has been wonderful as well, on one occasion the boutique owner herself delivered the flowers to my daughter adding that personal touch that she will always remember. I really appreciate this local shop and I wish I could give them more stars! They have always gone above and beyond on every one of my orders.

Negative experience: My son ordered my flowers thru twleflora and they had the flower boutique make the arrangement. Ugliest arrangement I have ever had plus it was delivered 2 days late. The arrangement was supposed to be peach and cream . I received yellow and purple. Not happy

Negative experience: Ordered a wedding bouquet and scheduled pickup for today at 3pm. When we arrived, store was closed and no one would answer the phone. Internet says closes at 4pm on Saturdays but door was locked and lights were off. Also cannot leave a message when you call as it says the mailbox is full.

Fantastic experience: I made reservations for the flowers to be given to my mom for mother's day at the last minute. They worked hard to get it earlier the same day I called. You are the greatest to my mother Florence Youmans.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional - specifically the manager. I put in an order late in the day which ended up having my credit card information wrong. They called me and asked to update it and I didn't have my card with me. I called back within 10 minutes and was told to wait for another employee to help me. I proceeded to wait without them putting themselves on mute for about 10 minutes which consisted of rude and loud conversations about how understaffed they were and how frustrated they were. I tried calling back and the number was busy so I called an hour later and overheard another rude conversation about how I waited too long to call back. I would have completely understood since I put in an order late in the day for them to just say they were unable to fulfill the order for same day, but they were unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Such poor customer service, especially from the manager. They should consider getting hold music and talking nicer about customers and also being nicer to their staff. I was so put off about how the manager talked to staff.

Fantastic experience: They worked with me to create an arrangement of pet safe flowers for Valentine's days with a specified set of colors. They were transparent when placing the order, letting me know they had the flowers I wanted in stock but might not if we waited until Valentine's day, so we arranged to have them arrive one day early. Timely delivery. They called to let me know they had arrived. Quite happy with the results. I'd recommend them for your flower needs. The staff is courteous and receptive to custom requests.

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend loved these, “Teleflora’s Sweet Thoughts”! Obviously pricy but you get the nice vase and, of course, flowers. Beautifully set up. Wished they lived forever haha. Nice to hand deliver on promised day, couldn’t be happier. Is it the exact same as the online photo? No, but giving them only 3 days would make that unfair and there is a disclosure for delivery day delays if you want it exactly the way it is. If anything, call.

Negative experience: My father paid about $85 for a Thomas Kinkade Christmas arrangement with red and white flowers with a house as the centerpiece. I will post the pictures. First off, my father was scammed. The arrangement I got has white and blue flowers, no house, and not nearly the $100 he paid (including taxes and delivery). The flowers were left at the door but stated they were hand delivered. I can look pass that, but what I can't look pass is the fact that you have the exact arrangement on your website for sale, and you try to pass off some spring flowers. Shame on you!! I would never recommend this place. My father deserves a refund and an apology.

Negative experience: This is the second time my son ordered me some flowers and "THIS COMPANY" who was entrusted and responsible for the order that came in via FTD to deliver the flower to me. Well my birthday was Saturday 10 July but was told that my flowers my son ordered would be delivered to me on Wednesday 14 Jul four days after my birthday which would have been fine. But to NOT receive them at all and not even a call to inform my son of a delay or me is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I demand that you give my son a refund he saved this money from his allowance to buy this for me he is only 11yrs old.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I paid for deluxe and got mediocre. The arrangement was about half the size it should have been. I paid about half the price for an original arrangement to a shop in Mamou Louisiana and my sister got a huge full arrangement of flowers. Definitely going to just go get flowers at a local grocery store and make my own arrangement. Wish I could post pictures of what was supposed to be and what was delivered

Negative experience: I ordered a small pothos plant for a friend that lost her dad. What was delivered was a peace lilly that filled her whole front door and nearly as tall as she is. She had nowhere to place something that large. The shop offered for my friend to bring it back ! Really, if dealing with funeral arrangements isn't enough let's add returning a product that is incorrect. The company blamed it on me saying their policy is to substitute something similar if they do not have what is ordered. This is NOT similar and I should have been phoned to prevent this mess.

Fantastic experience: I stopped into The Flower Boutique on my way to visit and decorate my grandmothers grave sight for Christmas this year. On a whim I decided instead of fake flowers I wanted to purchase some real with beautiful lillies (her favorite flower). Boy was I pleasantly surprised by the employees here. They were all wonderful, accommodating and so so kind. Dee especially was wonderful! She went out of her way to help me create a spur of the moment bouquet to go along with the Christmas arrangement i had purchased. She turned such a simple idea into a masterpiece! I can’t say enough good things, I can’t wait to come back and give them my business! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: I have used The Flower Boutique multiple times and they are fantastic! The flowers are beautiful and they last forever. The service is perfect, very timely, especially when I order late(!). They manage to get everything together and delivered in perfect shape, on time. The staff is professional and extremely helpful. Negative experience: The flowers person was stuck at the gate. I went to meet the young lady, she had the flowers. However, it was short a few more items of what I ordered for my wife's Birthday Party. The flowers were good for a bit, however, they died nearly that week. We also found tape that was around the top of the jar to possibly keep water from getting out? As you see, we found a huge water bug .......PSST, its a cockroach. WHERE DID THAT GET IN THERE?? We don't have nay cockroach infested areas around. I do thank you both for getting a nice plush animals and more chocolates for her birthday. However, those flowers should have food attached and not have flowers that are about to die go out. From the looks of it, the cockroach died from the water. Either way, this is unexceptional. Fantastic experience: I ordered an online floral arrangement for a friend's birthday. They did a wonderful job and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous!

Negative experience: I paid for a listing that showed 12+ pink roses, for my mother. She only received about 7 and they were already wilted. I understand product substitutions because of the holiday or whatever, but at the very least they could make sure the flowers looks nice. And if they don’t look so good, they could at least put the prettier ones in the front. I’m just disappointed, and don’t think I’ll buy from them again.

Fantastic experience: Just bought some Lillie’s from there today. I have to say they did amazing job making an arrangement for a just cause bouquet. The price was ridiculous good! They even give you transport box to around the vase to take it home. I will for sure be going back here for flower purchases!! Definitely recommend if you want flowers at a great price and great customer service!

Negative experience: I was super surprised to have flowers delivered from my parents after getting engaged. However, the flowers were already looked like they were dying the minute I received them. Within 48 hours, they were completely dead. I didn’t have the heart to tell my parents so I’m leaving this review instead. Wouldn’t recommend this place, ever.

Fantastic experience: My sister made an order for our 93 year old mother that were delivered the last week. These flowers came out soo extremely beautiful! We were all very impressed! The colors--so vibrant and full of depth! I was there when the flowers arrived and we spoke with the delivery driver, Stacy. She is a very sweet and incredibly kind young lady! She did not hesitate at all to help mother read the card and since the vase was so heavy, she helped Mother find the perfect spot in the front hall.
