11 months ago Negative experience: Do NOT trust this service for anything other than disappointment. Delivered a “missed you” tag to my garage and didn’t even knock at the door. I sincerely believe NO delivery was attempted. No ability to even leave a voicemail. Extremely unprofessional.

She assured me she would make sure the flower arrangement was just right. This was important to me, as I was calling from out of state and was concerned about substitutions. She has a security gate so he called and we were able to get him the code and he returned a second time to deliver those flowers. He was responsible and courteous despite the hassle. Also, the lady that took my order was cheerful and very competent and helpful. She did not make me feel as though she was in a hurry to get my order placed. I decided to go in to the store so I could view the flowers in person and ask if I could create a personalized bouquet. They were extremely accommodating, very friendly, and even warned me that some of the types of flowers could be in different colors due to what they had in stock. They let me choose what I wanted! To my surprise she was not home, so Cathy called and left her a message. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Jan made sure the recipient of my flowers was home when they were delivered. She didn't want them to wilt in the heat. So she took the time to contact me to get the recipient's phone number so she could call the recipient who happened to be out of town so they would have been completely ruined by the time the recipient returned. Instead Jan made arrangements to deliver when the recipient would be back home. I have not seen this kind of customer service in a very long time. Thank you Jan.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: My family has ordered from Flowers By Patti for years and hasn’t had a bad experience yet. They reached out on Mothers Day to see if we were trying to put our order in for that day, as it was a Sunday and we were unable to place an order for Mothers Day the previous evening before. They made sure that if we needed our order for the holiday we would have it, and I think that is special and above the top service. The arrangement itself was gorgeous and the recipient loved it and the container the flowers came in. Overall great experience.

2 years ago Negative experience: Around the first of February my wife called Patti’s for flowers for her sister, to be delivered to the hospital. A photo was sent, which looks nice. The purchase was for a dozen carnation flowers. We got the call four days later that my sister in-law, who we bought the flowers is dying. My wife flew out to see her. The flowers were only ten in quantity. We thought a dozen was always twelve or thirteen, not 10. It’s disappointing that agencies like this are chinchy. Mar. 7th Thank you for contacting us. My wife had never given a business review of any sort, good or bad, before. But she was disappointed and felt cheated. She is not comfortable talking with you. She just wanted to get it off her chest and will not do business with you in the future.

2 years ago Positive experience: Called for specific flowers for a funeral. Was treated politely and respectfully (as the bereaved). She did the best to accommodate my requests regarding meaning and type of flowers. When I arrived at the mortuary, I saw the arrangement. The flowers were fresh, included much of what I'd asked for, but as with everything else, the price of flowers must have gone up, as I was disappointed in the size of the bouquet. However, because of the customer service at a horrible time in my life, their reliability, and the quality of the product, I recommend and would reorder from this business.
