Fantastic experience: I was desperate for a corsage last minute after finding out the one I ordered online was going to be delayed. I called hoping they could just throw something together. The lady I spoke with was so kind, she said they had a couple extra and asked what the colors would be. I said light pink and black, but I’d do really any color if we could add in a black bow or if it was white. She said well you’re in luck, the extra we have is light pink and black, what are the odds of that. I picked it up and it was perfect. Such a nice quality. Flowers an always has the most beautiful arrangements and superb customer service.

Fantastic experience: Went there to order flowers for my mom's funeral. The lady helping me was very helpful and sympathetic. All I could manage to tell her was that she liked purple. She saw I was struggling and assured me she'd take care of it. This was the arrangement we picked up, it was absolutely beautiful and we received many compliments on it! The flowers lasted for quite awhile after the service and we were very pleased with everything.
Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed. We have got grave blankets the past two years and they have been beautiful. We ordered this year again and picked them up today we are extremely disappointed. We got two 5foot ones and two 3foot ones. They literally have about 10 bulbs in the color I requested but nothing else no ribbon no ornaments. Me and my siblings put them on graves today but we are going to have to go an add ornaments to them. Very disappointed.
Negative experience: They give you coupon cards but then make it nearly impossible to use them.
Fantastic experience: My experience at Flowerama was great! I went there with my mom to get some flowers. The customer service was really good and they made sure that we were getting what we came for. The employee at the register (I think his name was Jonathan) was so attentive and he helped me and my mom to find what we were looking for. I love the flower that I got there! It is so beautiful!
Positive experience: The staff is wonderful, helpful and efficient. The products, however, are overpriced! The flowers that are advertised on the sign that get your attention and bring you in were all in horrible condition. Dead or dying. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Walk in for a dozen roses and baby breath in a vase. Take 5 minutes tops. They didn't have time. Bought the components and did it myself. Not impressed.
Negative experience: I ordered funeral flowers at a cost of $80.00 to be delivered to Donavan Funeral home & was reassured they would be delivered at 9:30 for 10AM viewing. 9:57 I got a call from Florist asking about time of service. I said they were supposed to be delivered at 9:30. They finally arrived at 10:15 & put in a flower room. The funeral people never checked the room. Couldn't even find anyone & had to call Donovan to get help. The flowers were finally brought in at 11:30, & only because I searched for them. Needless to say, I am really disappointed in the service I received & I was still charged full price. The funeral home said they didn't check the room because it was after the viewing & because they arrived late.
Fantastic experience: My husband bought me a beautiful bouquet of red roses on Friday before Mother's Day they lasted almost 3 weeks!!
Fantastic experience: I received an arrangement of 12 light pink roses and purple mix on Mother's Day, mid day. The next day when walking past it to "smell the roses", the pungent, almost rotten smell came from the bouquet. Roses were drooping and brown on the edges. I called the florist and had pictures to send. She said not necessary, asked if I'd like hot pink roses or red. They were delivered next day. I've had them 6 days as I'm writing this. Not one sign of previous problems and it looks almost as fresh as when they were delivered. This place knows how to treat customers!
Positive experience: The people here are great, the flowers very nice, but…….. Delivery is a mess, 3 times now I’ve had flowers delivered to an aged family member with instructions to use the side door and be patient, it takes her some time to answer, each time they knock then put the flowers on the front porch where nobody can see them. The front porch hasn’t been used in over 20 years. Luckily I’ve been able to get other family members to hunt them down, but sadly, enough is enough. Gotta find a company that actually cares. Update, they made it right! Redelivered, apologized and gave her candy. My sincerest thanks, since really, the arrangements are beautiful and the folks I’ve spoken with have been great.

Fantastic experience: We bought a couple of arrangements here for my Mothers funeral service this past weekend and they were just gorgeous. One of our selections had an Angel statue in the middle with white flowers all around and it was very well done. Her grandchildren also bought an arrangement with a beautiful vase filled with a nice selection of super fresh flowers. Our salesperson was super helpful and nice. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Ordered an arrangement online for my daughter. Order arrived on time but in a different container (which is why I ordered the arrangement. Contacted store and was transferred to, I assume, the manager and was told "the flowers were beautiful when they went out" (which I told her I had no issues with the flowers - although they were different than the photo online), my issue was with the container. Instead of the "antiqued milk jug container" they were delivered in a blue glass vase. She stated "we do not carry that container and the blue vase was actually an upgrade". I then asked if she were able to get the container pictured on the website and she stated "no, there is nothing I can do about it". I will NOT be ordering from this shop again due to the unwillingness and rudeness of the "manager" *** Update - spoke with the district manager and she was very apologetic and helpful....she is trying to locate the container and have it delivered to my daughter. I appreciate the response and willingness to try to help!

Fantastic experience: Forgot it was sweetest day. Was there waiting when they opened. Staff was very helpful. They were extremely busy but still took the time to make sure that everything was perfect. Right down to the little chocolates. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Negative experience: Showed up with my 82yo mother after 9am on Sunday and worker wouldnt up door so we could pay for cemetery silk flower arrangement because another worker called off.

Negative experience: I ordered a bridal bouquet from Flowerama for my wedding. I explained in detail what kinds of flowers and colors I wanted. Even showed pictures and left one of my centerpiece flowers to help them remember the main color (blush pink). I was assured several times that they could give me exactly what I'd asked for. However, when my bouquet was handed to me the morning with the wedding, to my horror... it was BRIGHT ORANGE and so was my fiance's boutonniere! It was a nightmare! It was too late to go back flowerama and ask for a new bouquet or even a refund... My amazing brother and his wife ran to Giant eagle and purchased three bouquets and one of my dear friends put them together. So, I still had a beautiful bouquet at my wedding, even though it wasn't the one I paid for. Moral of the story, when you get married, make sure you have people around you who love you and will jump in and problem solve when things go wrong!!

I realize that there is no way to fix this at this point, however we do strive for customer satisfaction and she would like to speak with you. Negative experience: I purchased a potted lavender plant for my wife while she was in the hospital. It looked a little wilted so the girl at flowerama said she was gonna add some water. Well by what little time it took me to get to the hospital it was completely wilted! I took it back the next day and the clerk said well it’s been over watered! She rudely exchanged for another which was still partially wilted and we came home planted it in the yard. Well sure looks like it’s dying to me. I will never purchase ANYTHING from flowerama again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing ladies! We had a snafu with our Prom corsage and while they were not able to get fresh flowers in the time we had left, they were able to CUSTOMIZE a silk corsage with boutonnière and save my daughter’s senior prom!!! Thank you ladies so much! You guys are awesome!

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day through From You Flowers. They then sent the order to Flowerama. I have several issues with the product that I received. I did contact From You Flowers to address the situation, however I felt like it was necessary to warn others. The bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered. Mine was supposed to be pink and white and consist of roses, mini carnations and green poms. What was received was 7 roses, a bunch of green filler, daisies, I think it was maybe one little section of mini carnations and some other flower that was not supposed to be in it. The bouquet wasn't even that big considering I ordered the largest bouquet size. Now if that wasn't bad enough, part of the flowers were wilting already when it was delivered and some have died already, two days after delivery.
Negative experience: My sister spend. $87. for a bouquet , and it was terrible just four flowers and leaf that looks like a $10 arrangement, and they said that the prices went up.

Negative experience: We just had a terrible experience. Ordered a nice bouquet of sympathy flowers and a pound of deluxe chocolates on Thursday. Supposed to be delivered on Friday. Apparently delivery was cancelled due to ice/snow. Fine, but we are out of town and didn't know this. We never received a notification the delivery would not be made. The people receiving delivery waited all day for flowers and chocolates that didn't come. The flower delivery was made the next day. We found out that the chocolates were never received. We called today and Flowerama couldn't be bothered to get the chocolates out today (even though deliver to address is less than a mile away). They offered to refund the amount for the chocolates. We told the recipients they were getting chocolates today. No apology from Flowerama, no offer to discount or throw in chocolates. This is after several phone calls the past few days. This is a perfect business model if you want to ensure people never do business with you again.

I didn't see anything that was premade that was what I was looking for, so the owner volunteered to custom make an arrangement for me. It turned out great, and within budget.They also have a loyalty/rewards program for purchases.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I have used Flowerama for three years. We have a fun, silly tradition regarding roses, the color, and the amount we buy. They always have a beautiful selection and their Blue Mountain card collection always has a perfect one in the mix! Yes, Acme is right down the road and it’s be more convenient to get flowers while grocery shopping. BUT these flowers last! They are fresh and very rarely do I see any browning on the edges. My mom ordered me flowers from a different florist and when they arrived, half the flowers were already wilting. I’ve never had this issue with Flowerama! The associates are helpful and fun to talk to. My husband and I love bringing them business not just because they’re the local flower shop, but because quality is what we’ve been delivered time and time again! I’ve overheard conversations from the staff to each other or other clients and they’re always respectful. When a loss brings someone through the door, they aren’t like other florists I’ve visited that try to push the biggest, most expensive product on you. They actually listen to your wants, needs, and price range and do so respectfully. I’ll never forget watching them help an older woman pick out a potted plant for a close friend who’d suffered a loss—the associate was very sweet and compassionate. I’m glad they’re only a few minutes down the road, but I’d honestly drive half an hour to receive the service and products they offer! And if you’re like my husband and I, buying flowers frequently, be sure to get a reward punch card!
Fantastic experience: My florist for my wedding backed out four days before my wedding day due to a medical emergency and flowerama saved the day! I could not of been happier with how my bouquets turned out! They are the absolute best! I got SO many compliments on all of the flowers!

Fantastic experience: Sadly I have had several deaths in the last few years. I have gotten all the flowers here for the funerals. They are always so kind, the flowers are responsibly priced, and very fresh. They have bouquets on hand if needed. Very nice selection.
Negative experience: I thought they had beautiful arrangements and a nice selection so I decided to buy my daughters table centerpieces from here for her wedding. First I showed the manager what I wanted. She wouldn't even come out from behind the counter to look. I had a burgundy bouquet of romantic carnations. I asked her to order me twelve and I placed my order and left. After I left I realized she said red. I called back and asked if red was the burgundy bouquet they had out front. She said I can't get those, I can get red. I told her that would not work this was for my daughter's wedding. We finally decided she could get a blush color. I said as long as it is not pink! Pink will not work. We go to pick up our order on the day of the wedding and what do they have, but PINK carnations. I was so upset and asked to talk to the owner and they would not get her on the phone bc it was her day off. While we were outside the girl worker talked to owner and the owner offered a 10% discount. I was insulted. They ruined my daughters wedding and it was only worth $23! I will never buy from here again!
Negative experience: I realize that everywhere is under staffed. However I placed my order 2 weeks prior and paid for it at time of placement. They didn't even know if one of the two of my orders was made. I even went and hour and a half after my pickup time. They couldn't find my other order then made it while I waited. Then the lady got loud with me when it was time to check out at the counter with it. Then I opened the box and it was the wrong colors so I had to wait again for it to be made right. I didn't appreciate the workers tone with me when they made the mistake twice. I asked for a full refund and was given it. While I appreciated the refund it would have been nice to have had a better experience.
Negative experience: Not happy at all with the corsage they did for Homecoming. Ordered white flowers with rose gold ribbon, when we pick it up, it was completely wrong. It had browning white flowers, and a gold sparkly ribbon. I asked very nicely to have them fix it and they informed me they don't carry rose gold. They said they would fix it and put some pink flowers, white flowers and white ribbon. We went back 2 hours later and the flowers are not pink and white, just white and they are still browning on the edges. I will not be using them again and definitely do not recommend using them for special occasions.

Negative experience: I came in and asked for a funeral arrangement book. First they could not find it. Then was asked what for. I said my mom passed. Their answer was the designer was on vacation. I said good bye will go elsewhere. I tried calling to complain about their attitude and got a stupid voice-mail. Never was I so hurt.

Fantastic experience: I called the weekend of Mother’s Day with2 locations I needed deliveries and I was so grateful they were able to take my orders! Not only take the orders, the lady was so nice and really helped me choose which flowers to get, I was so happy and delivery was the next day! Thank you for being so nice and helpful! Negative experience: Went to pick up my order that was placed a week prior and this was what I recieved. Yes it was a very busy time for them but this is very disappointing. Upon placing my order a telephone number was left I'm a very understanding person and would of been will to take another option. I am a very repeat customer to this place and they were not willing to make it right. This should of never left looking like this it was embarrassing to give away as a gift they basically said this is it. Poor customer service as far as I'm concerned

Fantastic experience: I stopped in for a mother's day bouquet. The lady working today was fantastic, I wish I had gotten her name. She helped me piece together my mom's favorite flowers perfectly. I couldn't resist buying the most perfect hot air balloon spinner as well. I've been paying close attention year, after year. I bought the one with sugar skulls. I LOVE IT!

I did order the smaller version but hoped it had more color and I specifically ordered it for the emoji balloon and got a happy birthday balloon instead. Slight disappointment but still very nice
