We’ve trusted Flowers by Chris (now 2.0) for years with our office holiday décor and have always been thrilled with their work, but this year was truly incredible! The arrangements are stunning. The spray I originally envisioned for our internal space was moved front-and-center, creating a beautiful focal point at our reception for everyone to admire. I wanted something rustic yet elegant and FBC delivered blending poinsettias, fresh greens, and silks perfectly. Duke, you’ve really outdone yourself this year! These photos don’t even capture the full impact -- the main arrangement is massive with coordinating smaller displays throughout the office.

Fantastic experience: I really like this place. I've visited s few times a year since I moved to Baltimore years ago. They have nice bouquets, but even if I walk in and say "I have a $50 budget, what's can you help me make a custom bouquet?" they seem to get almost excited, and we make a nice bouquet together that, and im not exaggerating here, a nice bouquet that ill easily be complimented on usually at least twice on my mile walk home. My spouse also request to come here on her birthday every year. The shop is small but you won't be disappointed. And if you are, youre probably a communist.

When my friend hadn’t received her delivery they were kind enough to send me the confirmation delivery photo but then they also re-delivered the flowers! Negative experience: Horrific Florist. If you could even call them that. Someone sent me flowers. Flowers by Chris was supposed to send an arrangement valued at around $70 which is what my fiance paid for. It was called "pure happiness." Instead I recieved an assortment of foraged and wilted weeds and buds. Then when I called to get a resolution I was told I "just wanted to make a lot of trouble over nothing and that is what was paid for." Poor quality and terrible customer service ruined the gesture. What a nasty experience to have to deal with sarcastic old trashy people at this so called florist. Disgusting customer relations. Shouldn't be in business anymore, and the florist never even offered to make it right in any way.

Negative experience: She never received the roses. No one called her first like they were suppose to. I received an email saying they were delivered. So where are they. I would advise everyone to never use this florist.

Fantastic experience: I found out last minute that my mother-in-law was having surgery. Even though it was after the same-day delivery window, Flowers by Chris delivered them that day. She commented how beautiful the bouquet was and that it made her day. I have been using Flowers by Chris for several years and they NEVER disappoint!

Positive experience: We ordered online the order with the additional costs was almost $140.00. The arrangement, as per the description on line was supposed to be 20 inches tall, which was important to us! Instead it was 14 inches tall and not as full as the deluxe version we payed extra for. Very disappointed. The arrangement was ok but not worth 140.! The delivery person was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I originally ordered a dozen of white roses. I got a call right away to let me know that they were out of white roses so i just took the red ones. When i got there to pick up everything was already ready & he was super sweet. He also added in 3 more roses with the dozen making it 15. The roses was so beautiful i wish i could have kept them for myself but it was a gift for a bridal shower. Definitely recommend getting flowers from here if you want some really beautiful flowers. Negative experience: Owner confirmed a community donation with me for a nonprofit. He then gave me the run around to pick it up. Lied about not receiving multiple emails. I ended up buying the said “donation” myself which is ok but a simple no from owner at the original proposal would have saved myself and my team time and efforts. I do not respect people who lie to others.

Fantastic experience: Staff is so friendly and compassionate. The young lady I spoke to shared her condolences and was easy to work with. My order was a set of sympathy flowers for a funeral and she was able to create vision in a short turn around time. I can’t speak to the aesthetic flowers as I had them delivered and I was unable to attend the service but the arrangement sample online is gorgeous. Will order from here again solely because of the service !

Negative experience: I have used flowers by Chris many times with excellent results. This time a mistake was made with the delivery address but if they followed the instructions to leave with the front desk of a condominium with the correct apartment number the driver would have relealised the town house they at left the was not correct. Their attitude is your mistake tough I know we didn’t follow full instructions but it can’t be our fault. I’ve lost a little they have lost all my future orders.

Fantastic experience: When I informed the shop that the recipient of my order had not received her flowers they quickly discovered what had caused the issue and offered to make and send another arrangement. This shop was great to work with. The flowers arrived a little over an hour after I called, and the arrangement was beautiful! 10/10.

Positive experience: The flowers were lovely and I thank you for the delivery. I feel compelled to convey my disappointment in being charged a service fee of $9.99 because I am a new customer (in addition to the delivery charge of $17.95) - which I only became aware of as I checked out on the last screen of my online order. Apparently, this fee is not charged to repeat customers. While many businesses give discounts to new customers, this florist seems to penalize new online (and other?) customers with this service charge. Regrettably, this non-welcoming and inexplicable policy may not be an incentive to use this florist again.
