Fantastic experience: We live in Minnesota, sending flowers to a dear family friend in Tucson who is elderly. We didn't have her phone number to provide, just address, so I had to provide my own phone number with the order. The Casas Adobes delivery driver texted me after delivering the flowers to report they had hand-delivered the fllowers, telling us also of our dear one's appreciation. This is a flower shop that goes above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: Nailed it. I needed a showstopper gift, and I asked for a tropical arrangement. Same day delivery, the most diverse and vibrant flowers I have seen in Tucson. I tried to get a picture, but I didn’t want to appear self congratulatory (had it delivered as a host gift for an event I attended). Protea, orchids, things I don’t even know the names of.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE; After my review about the recent poor quality of my Mother's Day flowers, Casas Adobes Flowers reached out to me. I provided pictures and they agreed what I received was less than stellar. They brought me a new, FRESH flower bouquet today. It is absolutely beautiful! Quality customer service by listening to customers and then doing the right thing. Thank you! Received a bouquet on Saturday for mother's day Sunday. Watered them right away after receiving per directions. Sunday about half the bouquet is dead! It came with small roses that were already old and bad. The little daisy things are completely gone. Do NOT recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a Mother's Day bouquet the day before, it was delivered by noon and was more beautiful that I expected, I am very pleased and impressed with this business.

Negative experience: This cost over $100 in total. One succulent was dying (notice the brown edges). The pot looks like a grey turd. When I called to resolve this, whomever answered the phone was kind and helpful. They then however transferred me to the owner, Sarah. She was rude and defensive and would not tell me how they planned to fix the problem.

Negative experience: TL;DR: A meaningful, heartfelt gesture was undermined by this flower shop’s poor communication and follow-through. A year ago, I lost my dad to aggressive brain cancer. As you can imagine, the anniversary of his passing is a really emotional day for our family. I live in Houston, and my mom is in Tucson. To honor my dad’s memory and bring my mom some comfort, I decided to send her the same flowers—yellow roses—that he always used to give her on special occasions. Wanting to support a local business and make sure the delivery felt personal, I chose Casas Adobes based on a Google search. They had a bouquet that looked perfect, and I placed the order online the week before to ensure everything would be ready and delivered on time. The morning of the delivery, I hadn’t received any confirmation, so I called to double-check. The shop told me their system was down due to a cut line but reassured me that the flowers would still be delivered that day. They said if no one was home, they would either call or leave a hang tag—so I felt confident things were under control. By late afternoon, I still hadn’t heard anything. I called again and was told the flowers were “out for delivery,” but with their system still down, they couldn’t verify anything specific. At 6:30 PM (Houston time), I finally got an email saying the delivery was complete. I waited for a message or call from my mom, but… nothing. Around 9 PM, I checked in with her myself. She hadn’t received anything—no flowers, no call, no tag. I left a voicemail with the shop explaining how deeply disappointing this was, especially given the emotional weight of the day. The next day, they called back and said they had tried to deliver on the correct day, but no one was home—and admitted they hadn’t left a tag or called like they said they would. Their apology felt more like an afterthought than anything sincere, and while they did offer to redeliver, the moment had already passed. A day late might be okay for most things—but this wasn’t just about flowers. It was about showing love and remembrance on a hard day. I still have yet to see the actual flowers, so this rating is for experience only. I really wanted this to be a positive experience—for my mom, and for me. But instead, it left me feeling more heartbroken. I hate to say it, but I won’t be ordering from this shop again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service with beautiful fresh flowers. My significant other mentioned he got my graduation bouquet from here and it was absolutely gorgeous. He let the staff know that I have cats and the flowers had to be nontoxic and they came through with a stunning bouquet. Came in today for a singular sunflower that I needed and the staff offered some filler that weren't necessary but appreciated. Also offered to wrap it in cellophane to make the presentation look nice.

Fantastic experience: This flower shop is wonderful! I am a geezer -- meaning elderly but enthusiastic person -- and ordered flowers for my cousin, who recently moved to a new senior living center a few miles away from the flower shop. We experienced a comedy of errors by giving the flower shop the wrong address, among other things, but they stuck with us and got the flowers to my cousin in great shape. She is very happy to have them, and described them as gorgeous. When I spoke with the manager of the shop, Lindsey, first thing this morning, she was amazingly friendly, understanding, and helpful. I live north of Seattle, a long distance from Arizona, and it was great to be able to order a splendid flower arrangement to help my cousin celebrate her new home, in spite of the challenges we gave Lindsey and her fabulous flower shop. Negative experience: I paid $150 for a tiny tropical arrangement that did not even last a week. Sent an email to customer service who apologized and offered me a 50% off coupon for a future purchase - so, 50% off something awful is still something awful. Why would I do that?

Yesterday, he had his final day of radiation so I wanted to surprise him and brighten his day. My grandpa is not a flowers man and he is a diabetic so I was lost as to what to do as we are in different states so I called Casas and immediately got an answer from a friendly and helpful woman who walked me through the options with patience and understanding. The team created a beautiful basket and put a lot of time, care and customization into it. They then delivered it the same day, perfectly, to my Grandpa and he absolutely loved it. This has given a really hard time for our family have a special little lift. Although lovely, there were a couple of quality issues so I called the shop and my comments were graciously received with apologies by the young lady who took my call. The store manager responded immediatly and the next day they delivered the most beautiful floral bouquet I've ever rec'd.....As a first time customer I could not be more satisfied and impressed by the turn around service and effort to please. Positive experience: My husband and I ordered flowers ahead of time for his moms birthday today, since we are out of town and cannot be there with her; and we are actually pretty upset with how sad the florals look. My mother owns a flower shop in IL so I am super familiar with having to use what you have in stock to be as similar to the photo as possible, but unfortunately this is really underwhelming and has hardly any contrast of colors in flowers like the example.
