Negative experience: I ordered flowers for my mom in an Assisted Care home, last week. I flew from Virginia to LA to visit and no flowers. I called. A well spoken young man at SunFlorist assured me they were delivered. I really looked around the home yesterday…NO FLOWERS DELIVERED, but the payment cleared my bank!

Fantastic experience: 5/5 stars on customer service. Don’t go through Postmates or any apps like those but rather directly through the company. I made that mistake and they went above and beyond in fixing Postmate’s screw up even when they didn’t have too. Will be getting the floral arrangements directly from them rather than a middle man from now one.

Fantastic experience: This review is late. But, I am leaving it nonetheless. My experience with 1800SUNFLORIST was spectacular. I worked with Allan who made the process effortless. He even went so far as to ensure I had the correct address when I entered the incorrect one. They executed same day delivery and did so in a timely manner. Professionalism is definetely one of the qualities that comes to mine when I think of this establishment. Not to mention my girlfriend loved the flowers. Thanks Allan.

I contacted Sunflorist in Palmdale Ca. and I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am with their kindness, understanding and compassion about my situation. I am a first time Nana and wanted to send the very best arrangement and balloons to my very first grandchild. I reside in North Carolina and called their establishment right at closing. I offered to call back the next day but Mike insisted on helping me. He listened, looked at pictures I sent him of what I had ordered from the other business but did not receive. He offered suggestions and truly listened to me. He then, the following day, sent pictures prior to delivery to confirm my expectations where met.Talk about above and beyond. I cannot express how blessed I am to have found such a caring business. As soon as they were delivered Allen sent a text informing me. Within moments I had a message with a picture of my new granddaughter next to the most beautiful bouquet and balloons. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be using them in the future. After all my granddaughter deserves beautiful flowers all year long.

Fantastic experience: Rarely do you see this level of customer service. I worked with Angie to order an arrangement for my Mother-In-Law’s 80th birthday. She took so much time and attention to detail on the bouquet. Her kindness and patience exceeded all expectations and she even made several changes to the bow to secure my satisfaction. She is an asset to the Palmdale Sunflowers location. The flowers were fresh and artfully arranged. Through no fault of her own, the color was not the lavender color we’d requested. It is now my understanding, that in the future, rarer color selections need to be ordered a week out. We will use Sun Flowers again.
