Unfortunately, our family experienced a loss and needed to order flowers during a very difficult time. We looked at several florists, comparing arrangements, colors, prices, etc., but after reading the WONDERFUL reviews for Tiny’s Flowers, we decided to give her shop a chance — and we are so incredibly happy we did! When we called to place the order, we had the BLESSING of speaking with Tiny herself! Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd time… Unfortunately, I had 2 aunts pass 2 years apart from each other. I went to Tinys Flowers in Lansing on Torrence. I knew what colors I wanted in a floral arrangement for the funeral. She not only had the colors (maroon & yellow or gold) available but she arranged it beautifully. It happened to be fall so she recommended adding a little fall foliage. It turned out nice and I will be using her again in the future. I loved it. Thank you Tiny!

Fantastic experience: Oh my when I say they did an amazing job it was absolutely beautiful.. to catch her last minute and she got it done..very professional and kind good people all around.. if you haven’t tried them please do.

Negative experience: Horrible business to deal with. I ordered flowers through 1800flowers and they sent the order to this place. I was given a notification that they attempted to deliver yet that was a LIE. I was at my shop all day long, bay doors open, trucks out front and office doors wide open yet they felt a reason to lie about not being able to deliver. So I called 1800flowers and they reached out to this place, they said they didn't realize it was a business and they could try tomorrow but oddly enough my mother's bday was not the next day so I said "no, they need to be delivered today, I paid for today and I want them". Well, the guy got back on the phone and explained that the store was flat out refusing my order at this point. Crazy right? I guess that's how you run a successful business in that community. I will forever tell people about this place and to avoid it at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place SUCKS.

Negative experience: Delivered a day late. Roses are already starting to brown. I’m disappointed. Other reviews are 3-4 star… not sure I believe them. Bouquet was supposed to be delivered yesterday morning. Driver argued with me and said we were closed by the time they got here. We close at 5pm... Disappointing all around.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother's memorial/Celebration of Life. Miss Tiny did a wonderful job! The arrangement was beautiful. But that's not the reason for this 5 Star review. When I picked up the arrangement I was an emotional wreck. Miss Tiny offered me a hug, let me cry on her shoulder, prayed for me, and lifted my chin before I walked out of the door. She is a blessing! Truly a lovely human. Negative experience: I ordered online for flowers to be delivered, and I never got them. There was an issue with my address online, so I called the store to confirm the address with the store. They said they understood and had the right address but never received anything. Edit: They can respond to negative comments but can't deliver flowers to the right address even when it was confirmed over the phone. Yes, I ordered online as I stated and had a similar issue with a different flower shop. The different is that they messaged me to have the right address,confirmed on the phone, and still delivered it the same day.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Ordered the day before on their website. By noon they weren't delivered. I reached out via their website. 5 minutes later received call advising me they were out of roses they agreed to make another arrangement. This was going to my wife's school that's 3 minutes .7 miles away from them. I advised them that she would be leaving in 2 hours. Well no flowers showed up and they didn't even attempt to deliver them. I understand Valentine's day is a very busy day for them but you shouldn't take orders if you can't handle them.

Distance not withstanding...Tiny's Flowers had the arrangement there the samie day...even though my order was placed well into the afternoon. They are creative in ways I could never imagine.... always adding a touch --a butterfly --a bow or a banner....that personalizes the flowers for each recipient or the occasion.
