Negative experience: spoke to the owner and she was curt and literally told me to don't be stupid and look up her website. this is after she told me that the kids would rather go someplace else for their flowers. well I can see why!!!!
Ms Felicia I spoke with you in reference to you selling advertising for a local school, I told you we were not interested you stated well you hoped no student should purchase flowers from the shop. if you're going to write a review, please say the truth. After calling the school the school stated they didn't know of your company that you were a scam. Shame on you for writing a bad review and second trying to scam a small business you have been reported to the police.
Negative experience: What ever you do DO NOT order from this sorry excuse of a flower shop. Ordered flowers for delivery I told them I did not want roses and they sent nothing but roses. They are already at full bloom and will not last but a few days. Some of the flowers are already starting to wilt. So much greenery aswell. They were rude over the phone. When the flowers were delivered they were set at the curb in the mud aswell as all of the personal information was displayed towards the road for all to see. Very rude and unprofessional. What ever you do DO NOT order from this sorry excuse of a flower shop.
I am so very sorry this happened please call the shop and a new arrangement will be sent out immediately. we will also give you a full refund.

Positive experience: I would have loved to give this florist 5 stars! I ordered online for a hospital order on a Friday afternoon. I understand why it wasn't delivered Friday or Saturday. But I had to call Monday afternoon and ask them to deliver it ASAP or the patient would be going home. They apologized and delivered it right away. However, it was also supposed to be a plant with balloons and a get well message to cheer the patient up. When it arrived at the room, it was sadly lacking in any cheer. The plant was healthy enough, but no ribbon, no balloons or anything else on the plant.
Negative experience: Do not order online from this store. I placed an order online and was confirmed and confirmed that it was going to be delivered today. This afternoon around 3 pm I called to verify the flowers I ordered were delivered, they were not. At first the lady told me they didnt have my order. Which was odd. She then told me she would have to call me back after I gave her the name of the order. She called me back a few mi uses later telling me the flowers were already on the van headed out for delivery. It is now 6 pm well after they have closed and the flowers never got delivered. So now I will have to wait until they open tomorrow to speak to the owner

Negative experience: Very unprofessional! Didn’t get the flowers or a refund and got talked to like a dog. She kept calling just to say horrible things and taunt about not getting a refund or the flowers. Not to mention that’s theft.
Positive experience: The arrangement is bought my friend was beautiful but they did not write what I requested on the card. A little disappointed.
Negative experience: I ordered a corsage for my son’s date to prom. They did not have the correct pick up date. Thank goodness they “had it ready” already. Looked cute in the box. My son put it on his date’s wrist and the flowers are just flopping ALL over the place. There was metal wire sticking out poking her in the wrist; it WAS going to end up cutting her. I ended up having to cut the whole thing apart and now his date has a pearl bracelet and her flowers sticking OUT OF THE TOP of her bra. I am so embarrassed and embarrassed for my son that his date’s corsage fell apart before they even hit the dance floor. I will NEVER suggest this florist to anyone.
Fantastic experience: The nice older gentleman made me a fresh bouquet that, a week later, smells phenomenal and the girlfriend is still talking about.
Negative experience: I called and ordered over the phone for pickup. The lady I spoke with said she would throw in some chocolate for free. I went in the next day and no one knew about my order or any chocolate. I had to wait for them to make my order and they didn't know about any free chocolate. I will not order from this shabby place again. They don't communicate between locations but are quick to take your credit card over the phone and make empty promises.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience. We initially went with an online order through some company and they delayed our delivery at the last minute. River Walk stepped right in and helped us make this day special for my son's girlfriend. Thank you for helping him share his love. This will be the first call I make when I need flowers delivered again!
Negative experience: I called on the Wednesday before Mothers Day. I ordered 150$ in flowers. I asked for delivery on Thursday. The flowers were not delivered. I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited until the following Monday to call them. I was hoping they had just gotten busy and delivered my flowers late. I spoke with Sadie on Monday. Sadie was quite contrary when I explained the situation. She told me she would check the delivery logs. Sadie stated it would take an hour. I called back in 2 hours and she still was contrary. She asked me to call the recipient of ordered flowers. I already knew the flowers hadn't been delivered. I however called. Sadie also called recipient and had to leave a message. When I called back to inform her that the flowers had not arrived she became very compliant. Sadie promised to have flowers delivered on Tuesday and a bonus bouquet on Saturday along with candy. Sadie stated she was out of healthy flowers. The recipient then received the flowers on Monday instead of Tuesday after Sadie stating she only had dead flowers until Tuesday. Arrangements were made for the bonus bouquet to be delivered on Monday. No bouquet. Also from the description of the flowers from the recipient it was not the original order. I'm assuming because I was out of town I wouldn't find out they were not delivered. I don't recommend them River Walk for any occasion.
Positive experience: I'm from out of state and was ordering flowers for my mother in law. I was initially very frustrated by a lack of confirmation and a late delivery without any notification. I get that stuff happens and they made it right, so that works for me.
Fantastic experience: I went online to search for a local florist because I was trying to help small local businesses. I placed an order and awaited delivery. When they arrived, it was truly disappointing, How awful the arrangement looked. The next day I called the shop. Personally to discuss my issues. I spoke with a very, very kind woman named Sadie. Who informed me that even though I was trying to order direct from them. Somehow, it was routed through a second party issue. I told her how disappointed I was because this was a given to my ailing mother. Share immediately. Did everything possible to make it right? Including sending out a second bouquet. That was absolutely gorgeous and brought a huge smile to my mom's face. I would recommend using riverwalk flores to anyone in the pueblo area looking for flower delivery. Just make sure you go to their direct site rather than getting routed through a second party. I don't have the words to tell Sadie how much I appreciate what she did to make things right other than thank you, thank you, thank you.

Negative experience: I called after hours (unknowingly) because my email said my flowers had been delivered an hour and half prior but we never got them. I call the number on her business page and the woman who answers says “ how am i supposed to know it’s 7:30 at night!” And hangs up on me. And continues to ignore my call, i can’t leave a voicemail because the inbox is full. So yes ,I called until she picked up to ask her why she thinks it’s okay to speak to her customers who just spent over $80.00 on flowers that way, i just wanted to know what happened. Communication goes a very long way. It would have been fine if they were even delivered in the morning. I told her I have a business and would never do that. She proceeds to be hateful and I told her I was going to leave a bad review. She says if you do that. I’ll leave you 500. So there is that. The flowers got delivered about 10 minutes after the call and were pretty, but I will never give her my business again, wow. Just wanted to get my mom flowers for my grandpas 9 year anniversary while supporting a local business. What a shame.

Negative experience: Ordered a gift basket for valentines day, and submitted the order over a week in advance. Vday comes around and it never gets delivered (and I am out of state so I was trying to call that day to confirm delivery, but no answer and voicemail full). Called all the next day and no answer again until the end of the day-lady who answered was nice, apologetic, and said they would deliver the next day with a dozen roses. So generous! Next day comes and person getting delivery has to go out of town for the evening, leaving in afternoon. I again try to call all day long to cancel/rearrange delivery-or ask if can come earlier in day-but again no answer and voicemail full. So it all got delivered and the temp was 10 degrees and although flowers beautiful when person came home, they were dead and black by morning as they had been left outside the home in cold for hours. This was all really disappointing-especially since through it all I never got a call about not delivering for vday, or about leaving items in the frigid cold. In addition I had ordered a $7 or $8 mylar balloon as there is a little one who LOVES balloons in the home and it never came. So all in all a really time consuming and disappointing experience. 2 stars instead of 1 as there was an attempt to rectify, it just failed.

Negative experience: I was left a phone message on 12/22/22 that due to the cold front coming in, they wouldn't be able to deliver flowers ordered for me from a friend in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I called the next day to make sure they were going to refund the order to my friend and was told they would deliver Friday or Saturday, depending on when it warmed up. They never showed up. A week later, my friend notified her florist in Calgary, who called and was told they'd delivered to me. When she said she'd talked to me and no I hadn't received the flowers, she was then told they would deliver them that day , Tuesday, Jan 3rd. No flowers still. I think we've all been very patient with your shop, now please either refund my friend's account or make a delivery. I'll next be talking to the BBB.

Fantastic experience: Calling from Lubbock Texas and ordering a gift basket of goodies for my parents 65th wedding anniversary was a great experience. When I figured out my folks were leaving to go to a nice restaurant for dinner before their basket was delivered, the owner was kind enough to have it delivered to the restaurant!! My parents loved the surprise, the presentation of the gift and everything about it's contents. Thank you River Walk Florist for making this a fun anniversary for my folks!

Negative experience: I live in California it was my moms birthday today and I call this flower shop to find a nice arragement for my mother so this lady name Sadie was the one helping me out I ask her if she can please send me a picture to my cell just to see if I can see the arragement before I pay for it to see if I liked it she took like 2 hours to send me a picture I didn’t really thought the arragememt was really worth the price so I just thought I can ask my brother to just buy my mom some flowers from A different flower shop for a better price and eve more nice but this ladie Sadie decide to just deliver the flowers to my mom with out me even have given her my credit card information so I had no idea that my mom had recieve the arragement so Sadie started calling me to charge me for the flowers I was like what is going on lady I never told you to deliver the flowers who would do some thing Like this to deliver flowers with out the customer paying for it I think no body but this lady did it and call me to charge me for some thing I didn’t even wanted so she tells me if I don’t pay for them she will send someone to pick them up I said ok u know what it’s ok i can’t talk on the phone at this moment because iam at work but I will pay for them but why did u deliver flowers with out customers concern and she just got mad because she know she messed up so I told my mom give those flowers back my mom already had so many flowers but bad lady forreals
Negative experience: The owner Sadie Cordova definitely took advantage of her old manager and lead designer Bambi. They had Bambi working the shop by herself. Taking floral orders , making the arrangements, and delivered them all well running the art gallery inside the shop at the same time . Sadie never came to the shop .Yet Bambi still managed to do it all with great service and speed . The only issue is that when Bambi is not there , dead molded flowers have went out . They delivered flowers for a wedding two days late . So the wedding never received their arrangements or bouquet's . The owner Sadie Cordova wouldn't do anything but offer a discount on their next event. May I mind you this was over $1,200 that had been paid in full and was never received.

Negative experience: My lovely neighbor was getting flowers delivered for her birthday today. She called to ask me if I could pick them up from her porch since she wasn't home and didn't want them to get ruined in the wind. They were delivered two houses down to another neighbor who delivered the flowers to the correct address after some confusion. I picked the flowers up *like my neighbor requested*. The delivery driver banged on my door and accused me of stealing the flowers and demanded I give them back so he could deliver to the correct address. After talking over me and being incredibly rude, and accusing me of stealing, I finally was able to explain (after I asked him to please quit interrupting me so I could explain the situation) that my neighbor had called me directly and specifically asked me to hold them for her until she got home. The delivery driver was INCREDIBLY rude and was also rude on the phone to my neighbor as well. "Well you should have explained that as the beginning," he said. I said "I was trying to, but you didn't want to listen to me and if you didn't keep interrupting me you would've heard what I was trying to say." Absolutely terrible customer service and would not recommend if you want flowers delivered to the correct house and if you don't want to be accused of stealing!!! Didn't offer apologies or anything, just got my signature for the flowers and stormed off.

Negative experience: If you’re ordering online please be careful. I ordered these for my moms birthday and I’m completely disappointed. Not worth the money spent and definitely not a professional job. The flowers are just scattered in the vase and they look a mess. The picture with the happy birthday is what I ordered, this was a fail plain and simple.

Negative experience: I rarely submit a review but feel I need to make other customers aware. Unfortunately, not only once but twice was my family disappointed with River Walk Florist. River Walk Florist fulfills the orders for The Sympathy Store, an online funeral arrangement gift store. My aunt's funeral bouquet was nothing that we ordered. It was a horrible arrangement of a few flowers. My cousin's bouquet never arrived at the church. We still do not know what happened to the bouquet. Think twice before ordering from River Walk Florist and do not allow the Covid situation be an excuse for not being able to fulfill an order.
Fantastic experience: Yesterday I got a call from the lovely owner of River Walk florist telling me they had tried to deliver a bouquet to my house (25 miles south of Pueblo) but no one was home so they didn't want to leave it. She was so kind, and concerned about getting this to me. I stopped by their shop after work and picked up this lovely arrangement sent by Chewy. Today I will be a forever customer, and will recommend River Walk florist to everyone I know! Great customer care does still exist!!! I would also recommend to all animal owners that they use Chewy...after receiving several emails and this lovely arrangement I am convinced they really understand the grieving process that accompanies the loss of a fur baby!

I called River walk florist they answered my call immediately they catered to all of my questions and needs. Very friendly, very helpful, and even helped me out with a special request! Awesome people will do business with them again for sure!
Negative experience: Difficult to place an order from out of state for delivery. She was driving and couldn't take the order and said she would throw in so ethi g extra if I called back and ordered. I called back and ordered and they were delivered the next day and guess what.... nothing g extra just a very basic arrangement for almost $100. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Hi Steve this is Sadie whom you spoke to, yes I was driving home when you called after hrs. I pulled over and returned your call and left you a message on your cell. You called me back at 7 pm Pueblo time. I took your order and delivered your order when you wanted the delivery. You arrangement was not very basic it was a beautiful arrangement with the value you paid for. If you were unhappy all you had to do was call me. We would have fixed any concerns that you had. But you did NOT even give me a chance. So next time, give the business a call to fix any problem. If they don't fix the problem they go ahead and BASH them on google. We work very hard to keep our customers happy. All you have to do is read all the good reviews we have from very HAPPY customers. I am very sorry your Sister was not happy with her flowers.

Negative experience: I’m not usually one to write reviews, especially negative ones. This florist shop however, really dropped the ball! I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my soon to be Mother in law to for delivery on May 8, 2021 (the day before Mother’s Day) to ovoid the day of Mother’s Day rush. They were NOT delivered. When I called on May 9th to ask why they hadn’t been delivered.. they told me there was “overflow” and the flowers would be delivered later that day. They were NOT delivered. I called on Thursday May 13th to ask for a refund for the $75 I spent on a bouquet of flowers that were never made or delivered. The person I spoke to was apologetic and said they would send the flowers the next day (Friday May 14th). Finally, flowers were delivered the night of May 14th, But guess what? They were NOT the flowers that I had originally ordered!!!! (Not even close) Yikes! Unbelievable ♀️ You could get a better looking bouquet of flowers at Safeway or King Soopers.. and for $75 you could probably get 2 better looking big bouquets. Needless to say, I’ll never order from this place again.
Negative experience: I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was very disappointed with the service and flowers. I ordered late (just the day before Mother's Day) but I would've appreciated some kind of warning of possibly running out of flowers to prepare the arrangement and late delivery. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered because it was so carelessly (and desperately) thrown together. So disappointing.
Fantastic experience: Welcome to the neighborhood! My Grandma and Mom-in-law needed a pick-me-up so I ordered two bouquets. Sadie made them up quickly, and they were bursting with brilliant color and fragrance. I was very pleased. I'll be back soon, and will definitely recommend River Walk Florist to my friends.
Negative experience: BEWARE!!!!!!! Extremely upset with the service of this company! I ordered an expensive bouquet with chocolates and balloons for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. I got an email saying they were delivered but when I talked to my mother in law she had not received anything. After making many phone calls, emails and chats to complain someone finally called my mother in law 1.5 hours later stating they could not find her address. The address is clearly marked and correct on the confirmation. Why did my email state they were delivered, when they really weren’t. They claim they will deliver the flowers tomorrow. I will never, ever use this company again. They got caught in a lie and are now trying to cover it. BEWARE! I am also being told there bouquet are extremely smaller than pictured. I will post a review on that and let you know!
