Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience with Gary’s Floral Gallery. I called and requested a spray for my brother’s funeral. I walked in and the arrangement was just beautiful! Just what I was hoping for. It brought tears to my eyes just seeing them. It was such a beautiful addition to other flowers. I would recommend Gary’s to anyone in need of floral service. The staff (Kim especially) was a joy to work with. Thank you all for making a hard time easier.

Fantastic experience: I had received a valentines delivery from my husband and when it arrived, he was really upset because he had paid extra for more blooms and it clearly didn’t have them. I contacted Gary’s and they immediately made it right, delivering me a new and absolutely stunning arrangement. They definitely know how to make things right. We had used them for years and never had an issue prior so I was glad to see their response.

Positive experience: I placed an order out of state on Monday morning and asked for same day delivery and received an email regarding my order being sent two days later on Wednesday. The recipient's birthday was Monday, so I am unclear as to when this floral arrangement was delivered. I would have appreciated a personal email from Gary's Floral Gallery letting me know if and when my order was processed and delivered. Was it the same day? I will be calling to follow up.

Fantastic experience: I was overseas for work during Valentines and sent flowers to my wife. But, an unfortunate situation came up suddenly and my wife unexpectedly had to leave town. I call Gary's and asked if they could hold onto the flowers and deliver them when my wife returned instead of letting them sit outside our house and likely wilt before my wife got them. They did one better! The lady immediately called their truck (it was already out) and instead of delivering the flowers later in the day, delivered them immediately. My wife got the flowers before leaving. Excellent service!! 5 stars+

But I should’ve have used a different number than her’s because they kept calling my daughter to make sure she was home to deliver the flowers, instead of just saying “a delivery” they did tell her it was flowers and ruined the surprise. They delivered her bouquet and did a beautiful job on it. I ordered it at 3am and they had it ready and delivered by 10am. She sent pictures of the bouquet to us and it was absolutely beautiful.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience here. Will never use them again. The owner was horrible to deal with. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, billed me $500 for flowers when I asked for a $100 arrangement and said the only way they will reimburse me for the order is to take back the flowers. I even had someone with me when I made the order, and there is NO WAY I asked for a $500 arrangement. Extremely disappointed in their customer service and would encourage others not to make the same mistake I did in using them.
