Fantastic experience: Delivery super quick, beautiful flowers.

Negative experience: I walked in and was greeted with, “How can I help you?” I mentioned that I was just browsing, but from that moment on, I felt like I was being closely watched. While I won’t make assumptions about the reason, it was clear that I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. The experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I’ve made purchases online in the past, but after this visit, I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Useless. Costco flowers with a completely useless florist.

Negative experience: I ordered a beautiful and expensive bouquet of flowers for my daughter for Mother's Day via 1-800-Flowers, and when it was received by my daughter the flowers stems were rotten and molded and of course, there was no one answering the phone! This is shameful for a business person, especially for Mother's Day!

Negative experience: A few flowers were dry and there are holes in the leaves.

Negative experience: Do not use this florist if you’re counting on a delivery that is to arrive in a timely manner. Especially for a funeral. I ordered flowers through Telefloral On a Saturday to be delivered before 2 PM on Monday to the funeral home. This florist continuously lied to Teleflora That the flowers were on their way and they couldn’t get a hold of their driver for over three hours. When they finally told them three hours later that they got a hold Of the driver and he was on his way back that the arrangement had been delivered. They lied. The arrangement was still not at the funeral home. Finally got a call from the funeral home that the arrangement was delivered at 6 PM at night. No one nor their family should ever have to go through something like this. Telefloral Needs to discontinue their contract with this florist and again PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST THE FLOWERS WERE NOT EVEN WHAT WE ORDERED!

Negative experience: Paid for a full size arrangement and received the smallest 4 inch bouquet!! Looks NOTHING like the picture and I paid for the large size. This is so embarrassing as this was sent as a birthday gift. I cannot believe this. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: The flowers, with the exception of the roses, were wilting and looked old,including the greenery.The vase was only half filled with water, and the water was filthy. The vase was also overcrowded and I could not add water. I ended up throwing half of the flowers away, cleaning the vase, adding fresh water, and rearranging the remaining flowers. Not cool.

Heba was so sweet and happily agreed to make a beautiful arrangement for me. If she had not helped me out, I would not have had any flowers to place on my brother's grave for his birthday. Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from DBG, ordered through 1800flowers, but it's DBG giving the awful service. I ordered flowers on July 6 for delivery on July 23. On the delivery day, I received a text that the flowers were on the way and would be left at the specified location. However, they never arrived. Attempts to reach the shop by phone went unanswered. Conveniently they texted that delivery was on the way right before closing time for the day so of course no one would answer. The next day, I called at 11 am and was told the delivery was on the road, and a manager would contact me--no one did. I called again around 3 pm and was told the same thing, but no one knew what happened to the original delivery. There was no attempt to rectify the situation. The flowers finally arrived on July 24, a day late. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I will not be using DBG again. I expected much better communication and customer service for a pre-scheduled order.
