Fantastic experience: Beautiful work! I purchased the Florist choice bouquet today for delivery to a friend of mine. She absolutely loved it. I've ordered a few other bouquets from here as well in the past and they were all exceptional.

Negative experience: Limited Selection and Lack of Customization Options I visited this floral shop anticipating a wide array of individual flowers, bouquets, and both ready-made and custom arrangements. However, I was disappointed to find a limited selection consisting of only five pre-made arrangements in a cooler and various potted plants in the lobby. The absence of a diverse range of fresh flowers and the inability to customize my own bouquet or view available color options left me wanting more. Without visible listings of flowers and their respective color selections, I found it difficult to envision potential arrangements. Overall, my experience at this floral shop was underwhelming due to the limited selection and lack of customization possibilities.

Fantastic experience: I received 6 bouquets of flowers yesterday for my birthday. Each one was from a different florist. The bouquet from Vivid Flowers left me breathless! Fresh cut high quality long stem creme white roses with sprinklings of babies and perfectly placed rich ever greens in a tulip style clear vase. It reeks of elegance!!! My eyes are so pleased to look at this natural beauty. It is art! The other five bouquets were ok, but Vivid Flowers bouquet was outstanding. I sent pictures to my friend who sent them to me and she called Vivid to express her pleasure with their service. So this review is my expression of how pleased I am with the flowers. I have made orders from far outside the Grand Prairie area and both the website interface and delivery reliability are above expectations. I often call the location to double-check the arrival time of an order, and every time I call, I am always greeted with a welcoming voice and someone who is genuinely interested in answering my questions. I also appreciate the level of customizability in flower sets. Choosing a desired theme, bouquet, or price range allows me to personalize and adjust based on the specific occasion. Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience ordering the “Pretty in Pink” floral arrangement for my grandmother. I’ve never been to this place in person. Because I live in Houston, I relied on reviews online. I called before placing my order online to ensure I was ordering what I saw on the reviews. I received great customer service! I finally found a florist that did not disappoint. My expectations have been exceeded!! The flowers were beautiful and the pride in their work radiated from the product. My grandmother loved them and felt like the Queen she deserves to feel like. I’m so thankful for their beautiful work!

Fantastic experience: This place makes beautiful arrangements. I have used them a few times and the people who received them loved them. They also get them out the same day as promised.

Positive experience: The service was underwhelming and not as I remember last year. As they were serving me, it looked as if they were ready to move on to the next task. I had to literally ask if there is a bag or something where I can put the flowers. The answer was an indifferent no. Summary: treated with indifference as a customer.

Fantastic experience: The arrangements are beautiful, delivered very timely, they are more reasonably priced than other florists in the area, and the customer service is beyond outstanding. Those points noted, three times in this last year I have received flowers from a friend (milestone dates after my husband passed away). The first delivery was from another Grand Prairie florist. The flowers were wilted by the end of the day, and the sentiment was typed on a torn piece of paper. Seriously. A coworker had sent a gorgeous arrangement to my husband's 'celebration' last year, and he ordered the bouquet from Vivid. My friend had seen the sympathy arrangement, and after learning about the disastrous bouquet from the other florist, my friend ordered with Vivid the next time. The bouquet arrived shortly after she ordered it, the flowers didn't fully wilt for almost a week, and the sentiment was handwritten on a beautiful card. I sent her pictures. This weekend would have been my husband's and my 46th anniversary. My friend sent flowers, again from Vivid. If possible, they are even more incredible than the last bouquet she sent (from Vivid). I will never use any other florist, and I am encouraging everyone I work with and know to use Vivid for arrangements for any occasion.

Fantastic experience: Receive a 60th birthday arrangement today. It was absolutely beautiful!!! I would totally recommend this florist for any arrangements or gifts for your loved ones. The delivery driver was well dressed and cleaned cut. He was also very professional. The staff is excellent and kind too.

We initially planned to purchase sprays for our funeral at From You Flowers but happen to find all their bad reviews right before we bought anything so we were desperately trying to find a replacement last minute. We found this place via Google and decided on it due to its numerous good reviews, close location, and reasonable prices. Not only were they very kind and patient with all of our questions, the sprays we purchased were beautiful! We bought a spray for the casket and a standing one and both looks exactly like the pictures! Our ceremony was early in the morning so the sprays were delivered the day before and still looked very fresh when we got there. We also purchased a banner for the standing spray over the phone. We were a bit nervous about it as it's in a different language but it came out great without any mistakes! Planning and organizing a funeral can be very stressful and hard for the family and this business took such a big load off our shoulders! I cannot recommend them enough! TL;DR: good prices, on time/fast delivery, kind, flowers looks just as advertised.

Fantastic experience: I’m not from the area and I was trying to get flowers for my BFF birthday living in the area. I called and a lovely lady took my order. She was so nice and professional. Asked me what I wanted, and I let her know I trusted them to make it happen. She worked with my budget and boy was I pleased with the results! My friend absolutely LOVED the flowers, she said even the vase was beautiful and elegant and the whole thing was just absolutely beautiful. I called Monday at 4:30 and the flowers were delivered before Noon Tuesday. I would recommend this shop, even from afar my experience was great! I have now started a tradition and will most definitely use them in the future for her life events.

There was such a huge selection of arrangements to choose . Everything was beautiful! Finally, the nice lady helped me decide on a colorful bouquet that my mother fell in love with. I will be returning soon and I recommend stopping by this shop for a flower selection that is beautiful and reasonably priced. It was also their 8th anniversary of being in business.

Negative experience: Email stated “hand delivered” they didn’t knock or check to see if anyone was home. The flowers were just dropped off on the porch I had to call my father in law to make sure he received them. I don’t think I’ll be using their service again. Disappointed.

They delivered the same day then texted me a video of the flower arrangement OMG I was speechless! I sent it to my brother-in-law for his wife’s funeral service he was beyond touched at the beauty of the flowers!!!! Wish this flower shop was in my city in Colorado!

It is very risky to call 800flowers because you never know what you are going to get and we haven't had the best experience. Found this florist and made an online order. The order looked exactly like the picture and the customer service was impeccable. If we have future orders in Texas, Vivid will definitely be our florist of choice. We highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: They created a beautiful spray and urn arrangement for my mother's memorial service. They were easy to work with. The flowers were perfect. They arrived on time. And they charged less that a competitor whose website said they could urn arrangements even though they could not.

Negative experience: Though my mother loved the flowers, I am incredibly disappointed after paying ~$80 for a bundle of flowers in a small vase. I understand that with flower shortages some exclusions had to be made, but regardless what I received was not anywhere near how it looked online nor worth the price. I ordered the Small Sunshine and Smiles and was delivered a handful of mostly purple/blue flowers. The original picture on the website is abundant and bright. I received the near exact opposite. The only reason I am not rating this any lower is because at least the deliver person was very kind and arrived on time.

Fantastic experience: We went in last minute for my wife’s grandmother’s funeral and they went above and beyond for us! Not only did they accommodate us with a beautiful arrangement with no prior notice but they made my wife’s day because she didn’t have any flowers for her grandmother. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s birthday cost 101.95 and it had 6 stems. Tiny vase. The whole bouquet had 4.00 worth of product. Run from these people. It was the worst bouquet I ever ordered. Disgusting how they are greedy and fake they are
