Big hearty shout out to Michael who was just incredibly kind and helpful. Sometimes when buying flowers, it's for a sad or difficult situation. Michael was really sensitive to that, thoughtful as well as professional.

Positive experience: I have to say first I am a recurrent customer, the flowers and the bouquets decoration is great, but I am noticing every time I order the size becoming smaller, probably with a reduction of flowers and foliage which is low for 80 buck bouquets. What is happening ? Please do not reduce the size. Thanks

Positive experience: I love this place but unfortunately the one and only plant I bought from them I paid $25+ and brought it home only for it to turn brown and start dying right away. I returned with it asking for tips or possibly to swap the plant out and the lady seemed unsure as to how to help me. She said, since there was “new growth happening” that wasn’t brown, I still had a chance to save it so with hopes I brought it back home just for it to go down hill significantly. All the leaves turned brown then fell off. I was so sad, it was a beautiful plant.

Negative experience: Up charging 100% for red roses on valentines day is such greedy behavior. I immediately went to your competition and bought twice as many roses from them instead. I still ended up saving about $80. I can't believe a florist would do such a greedy thing on a day devoted to love.

Fantastic experience: We can’t recommend University Flower Shop enough! We utilized them for our wedding in Ann Arbor and they built beautiful center pieces and custom flower arrangements. They were very flexible with our needs and situation! Unfortunately, we had rain and the flowers we had planned to use during the out door ceremony were quickly moved inside and redone with the help of the wonderful University Flower Shop staff. They really did make everything look beautiful and went above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I needed last minute flowers delivered to someone in Ann Arbor on a Saturday. I am about 2 hours away and I’m not familiar with the florists in the area. Luckily I picked University Flower Shop! I placed the order online which was very easy. However, I forgot to include a note on the card, so I had to call. Since I had them on the phone, I gave a little more info as to the type of bouquet I wanted. They were very friendly and helpful. The flowers were delivered on time. I received notification and photos of the delivery. Very pleased with this service! The arrangement was lovely, and exactly the colors and style I’d requested. I would highly recommend this florist!

Negative experience: I ordered a Designer’s Vased Arrangement in size medium for $90. What was delivered was an arrangement that is smaller than the small size as shown on their website for $65. I am extremely disappointed in the size given the cost of the arrangement. I’m embarrassed by the size of this bouquet of flowers.

Fantastic experience: The bouquets and boutonnieres that Dani and the UFS team put together were one of the biggest highlights of the day! I gave them my general vision for my bouquet, but gave them free rein for creativity. I couldn't believe it when she delivered it! I was able to walk down the aisle with one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen. People still comment on how incredibly beautiful my bouquet was. If flowers are a priority for you, don't hesitate with these people. They are in a league of their own!

She not only accommodated my price and design requests, but also guaranteed delivery on a Sunday. The flowers were lovely and delivered on-time.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time ordering from them and now I don’t see myself using anyone else! They do such an amazing job with very reasonable price points for what you get. They accidentally forgot to include the chocolates with the first flower shipment. When I called to let them know- they were so diligent on wanting to make it right, that they went back to the recipient with the chocolates AND an additional bouquet. On top of amazing arrangements, the team/customer service goes above and beyond for their clientele. I love them so much!

Long story short, the flowers were not able to be accepted at the hospital because of the location of the patient. They left our note though, which the patient was able to receive. They called me to try to reschedule, and worked with me to try to complete the order. Michael was great. I will order with them again. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my friend in the hospital. After I placed the order, she underwent emergency surgery. Long story short.. A few days went by and I was informed she never received the flowers. I was quite frustrated and called the flower shop. After doing some digging, they found that the flowers were dropped off with the hospital but no one (supposed to be the recipient) came down to get the flowers. I listed the hospital’s number as the recipient, as I wanted to surprise my friend. I assumed they would have called me if there were any complications. The flower shop apologized sincerely for the incident and sent my friend fresh flowers free of charge! I then received updates from the delivery service as the flowers were successfully delivered to my friend that same day I called. They were so beautiful! The shop and delivery service were so kind, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. Being out of the state, you only have online reviews to make decisions, so I was very happy with how it all worked out. Thank you to the team that helped me!

They managed to do a bridal bouquet, 7 bridesmaids' bouquets, boutonnieres for the groom & 7 groomsmen, AND flower crowns for two flower girls, all within my modest budget. The flowers were absolutely perfect and I've been gushing about them since. UFS was also easy to work with and had everything ready well within time; they communicated with me throughout the entire process. They were wonderful to work with for my wedding!

Dani and her team were wonderful to work with, our bouquets were stunning and the statement arrangements were gorgeous. We had so many compliments from our wedding guests. The delivery team took a lot of time and care in placing the arrangements and making sure everything was taken care of before leaving. It is greatly appreciated! As a bride planning her wedding, I found the look book that is available online to be a huge help that no other florist on the area provided. This made me confident in my color and style choices!
