Fantastic experience: If I could add more stars, I would! My husband and I were in Cleveland for the NCAA D1 Wrestling Championships last week. I saw a florist - loveflowers - so I stopped in! During this by-chance visit, I was greeted (in my professional opinion as a retired floral designer) by two of the friendliest and highly skilled AND talented (need both) florists. They were obviously busy, yet they took time to visit with me and share their appreciation of beautiful floral designs and flowers with me. The fabulous open roses that I got there at lunchtime, carried all Friday afternoon during our walk around downtown Cleveland, shoved in a bag on the floor at the arena for the tournament, carried on the bus back to our hotel, stuck in a cup holder for the 7 hour car ride home, and finally placed in a vase in my home Sunday night, have been gorgeous and giving me such joy ALL week! Amazingly high quality roses! I wanted you to know this! Thank you for contributing to my great experience in your city! Myra

Fantastic experience: Met the team at a pop up shop and very quickly it became a apparent that I discovered a new local gem. I bought a polishing bath scrub that is wonderful. The entire bathroom smelled like Apple & Sage before I even used it. Before you go spend your money at a commercial chain, consider this flower shop.

I called and spoke with Scott, and he immediately offered for me to come back so he could make it right — and he totally did! Scott and Sarah were so helpful and genuinely attentive. I even got to meet their adorable dog, Nacho, during my visit. While I was there, I grabbed another little arrangement for my best friend and even picked up a little toy for his dog. They really have everything you could need; it’s truly a one-stop shop. I left feeling so happy and seen, thanks to how well they took care of me. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for thoughtful service and beautiful flower arrangements/ gifts.

Fantastic experience: I called from out of state on a Friday afternoon for a delivery to a an AirBnB on E 100th. The very helpful gentleman I spoke with called in his delivery driver to pick up my order so it could be delivered that day. He emailed me a photo of the arrangement and the receipt in record time...and then a confirmation of the delivery. I was so happy the flowers could be delivered that day to the family of a Cleveland Clinic heart patient who had not yet been assigned a private room. Waiting for a Monday delivery was just not going to work. Two thumbs way up for 12th Street Florist!

The minimum price was $75 and that was OK but I was expecting a little bit more than what was delivered. I suspect the price of flowers in that area has gone up. Like everything else. But my point of the review is that my wife always loves their arrangements. And I’ve been successful at keeping them looking great for even weeks at a time. Very high quality, and that comes down to the team’s dedication for niche and in vogue items. I always grab a bag of the hard candies, and usually a potted plant or two every time I go in. Fantastic experience: I know I'm late with this, but I wanted to thank Sarah for all of her assistance with my flower and vase selection just before Labor Day. My friend was about to undergo a partial leg amputation, so I wanted to brighten their spirits with some flowers (and later some chocolate). I decided to wait until I knew my friend was in their hospital room for the evening before I took the flowers there. As soon as I walked in the room, they saw the flowers, and fell in love with them (as well as everyone else who later visited, and the nurses and doctors). Maybe because I added a few drops of lemon lime soda each time I visited, the flowers lasted a long time; at the hospital, and most of their stay at a rehab facility. I will definitely be back.

I called (honestly pretty close to closing) in need of some sympathy flowers for a funeral THE NEXT DAY - rather than rushing me off the phone, the man who answered stayed on the phone with me, answered questions, looked into their schedule and was prepared to do everything he could to help me. When they weren't able to, he went as far as looking up the funeral home and church and recommending a florist that would be close to them that was still open and able to take my call. Sometimes it's about going a step beyond and they did. Hopefully, I won't need sympathy flowers anytime soon again, but I would recommend them for any flower needs in the area.
