Negative experience: Whoever is driving for this company drives awful. The driver tails people on the highway. It’s very dangerous!!! Please do better especially when driving a companies vehicle. (Yes!! it was that bad I had to make a review.)

Fantastic experience: Usually businesses are just that, businesses. But I have to say the staff here went above and beyond for me. I ordered flowers from here and did not realize they closed early on the weekends. The staff stayed 20 minutes past their closing time so that I could arrive and pick up my order. This gesture said a lot. Thank you! And the flowers were gorgeous!!!!

The response from the shop and helping keep it a secret while we went back and fourth on details was greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience: I received flowers for mothers they were so beautiful but Saturday they started looking lifeless and by Monday the were dead. I asked Maureen through email if this sometimes happens she apologized and sent me another dozen roses I was so happy. I will be using Maureen for all my flowers from this day forward. Negative experience: *DO NOT RECOMMEND* I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Maureen's Buffalo Wholesale Flower Market. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a funeral, ensuring it was done a day prior to allow ample time. The lady I initially spoke with assured me I'd receive a receipt confirming the order. However, no receipt ever came through, which was unsettling given the importance of the occasion. When I called back to check on the order, I was met with a very rude woman who was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, she abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. Due to this level of service, I asked to speak with a manager, who then agreed to issue a refund. This is not the level of professionalism one should encounter, especially in such sensitive circumstances. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking reliable and respectful service.

Fantastic experience: Maureen’s vision is unparalleled! Just 2 reference pictures and general conversation about colors and aesthetic and she was able to take my vision to reality! Also, the amount of work her team puts in day of is above and beyond. You CAN NOT get better in the Buffalo Area.

If your mom's birthday was sooooooo important, you wouldn't have ordered flowers for her at 4pm the day of, you should have placed that order the week before. That's on you

Negative experience: Contacted Maureen after placing an order on her online system. She said she was closing in one hour and is unable to deliver just 5 blocks away from her flower shop for my mother's 80th birthday. I tried to plead with her but she said she's closing. I think if you're closing in over an hour and you have the online system set to place orders, you should not deny the option for the customer especially for such an important occasion. This is a type of place that would not care about your concerns even on your most joyous days, like a wedding. Avoid.

Maureen was amazing to work with as she is an expert in the wedding industry, she knew exactly what our venue needed as she’s done so many weddings there. The flower arrangement for our ceremony was huge and responsibly priced compared to others in the area. Sally was also extremely helpful and so kind. Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I hired Maureen’s for my wedding day florals. They seriously worked some magic to make the floral design one of the highlights of my day, and at such a reasonable price. As an out-of-town bride conducting most of my consultations over the phone, I sometimes felt like I was rambling aimlessly, pointing out things I liked and disliked about various inspiration photos, and was really unsure if anything that I was saying was going to work at all. Somehow, in my incoherent ramblings, the artists at Maureen’s knew exactly what I wanted and delivered beautiful designs beyond what I could have expected. The creativity and quality was so incredible and I could not have been more delighted at how the floral design elevated the decor.

Fantastic experience: My Sister decided to elope and therefore we planned a wedding with 24 hours notice. I called Maureen’s and asked if they could accommodate “emergency” wedding flowers with very little notice. They were not only able to accommodate but they went above and beyond to make the most beautiful flowers! All I asked for was something colorful and they could not have been prettier had we picked them out ourselves. The day was so special and would not have been complete without them. Thank you !!!!

Negative experience: Had my bridal bouquet made here at the beginning everything was smooth they told me to sent a pic inspo of my bridal bouquet on Wednesday and by Friday they will have ot ready they told me the pricing right away very simple bouquet just white roses and baby's breath the guys quoted me $50 for 12 rosesI came on Friday and my bouquet had 4 roses and I had to tell them to add the 7 missing they gave me the worst attitude specially the guy who is up front, they had to unwrap all my bouquet damaging the roses which were already looking old and dehydrated to finally give me 11 roses when I counted them again I saw I was missing 1 more told them and they just tucked the missing rose on the bouquet ... this experience was very stressful and annoying just don't go there if you want a smooth process wich you need on your wedding day just please avoid this people

Fantastic experience: Maureen’s did an incredible job with my wedding flowers! Everything was already waiting at the venue when we arrived, and they even arranged 34 little bud vases on the tables. The bouquets looked better than the reference photos, and everything was easily repurposed from the ceremony to the reception. Not to mention pricing is transparent and fantastic for such high quality! I’m so happy I went with Maureen’s and I wish the flowers could last forever.

Fantastic experience: These flowers are the freshest, most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever received in many years. There are at least 10-12 different varieties and multiple flowers of each variety. They were ordered by my brother and sister in law in AZ based on reviews. I previously received a Thanksgiving arrangement, which was just as delightful.

We ordered wholesale stems of roses and bunches of eucalyptus and hydrangea to arrange our own centerpieces. They then created our bouquet, corsages and boutonnières for us. Very friendly and responsive, and pretty inexpensive as wedding flowers go! We really enjoyed their service!

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would…. Went to inquire about ordering some flowers for a special occasion. Never have I been so rudely treated in my life. Staff were all miserable and Maureen herself commented that “they were too busy”! Prices I was quoted were ridiculous! Wholesale? Absolutely not. Clearly she doesn’t need nor deserve your business. Wedding planners at large venues in the area agree…. Her flowers are cheap and very poor quality. Save your time and money!

Negative experience: I went here with my fiance for a consult for my wedding recently. I am not one to post negative comments on businesses but this interaction upset me greatly. As someone who works in customer service myself, I believe in giving a client my full attention. Maureen made me feel small and unimportant. I had emailed ideas in detail before, as well as brought them in with me to the appointment. She completely ignored them and tossed them aside only finally to look at them when we stood up to leave. She did not listen to my ideas at all. Had she done her homework and reviewed everything I sent and brought in maybe she would have had a better idea for our style or who is allergic to what instead of trying to incorporate it in or insinuating the allergy is fake. She also was rude about where our reception was located saying it was too far and they don't go there when I know she was more than eager to deliver to a place similar in distance for another individual. First off, she knew the location when we spoke on phone and secondly, if I am willing to pay you should never say no flat out especially if I am willing to pay. Kindness sells and she wasn't selling it.

Fantastic experience: During a blizzard, Maureen’s somehow managed to make the delivery of my flower arrangement to my very sick friend in the hospital. My friend texted me saying “You have touched my heart, brightened my day and brought tears to my eyes with the surprise delivery of your lovely flowers. They are pink and yellow roses with baby’s breath. Thank you so very, very much!” Needless to say, I will return to Maureen’s in the future. Whatever the cost, it’s well worth it! I’m so sorry to report that my dear friend passed away on Wednesday, April 17. I know that my dear, sweet friend knew that I cared deeply and loved her. Maureen’s flowers were a beautiful symbol of my love and gave comfort when I could not be there.

Fantastic experience: Such a great abundance of fresh smelling flowers.. The employees here are very friendly, helpful, and attentive to what you like. The employees have so many great ideas for you, that you may end up liking something totally different. You can even schedule a consultation for an event, or any other special occasion with one of the specialist.

Fantastic experience: My flowers were one of my favorite details of my wedding. They turned out BEAUTIFUL! Our bouquets were everything I imagined. I am still so in love with the way they came out. There was a minor hiccup the day of the wedding in terms of the greenery for the head table but it was taken care of immediately with no questions asked. We called and they took care of it and we’re so apologetic. They were amazing to work with and I plan to use them for any time I need flowers in general. I recommend using them for not only your events but your average flower needs!

Positive experience: Maureen’s does beautiful work and has provided service for our family funerals and for my church for years. I’ve always been pleased with the quality. My issue came when I was looking for a florist for my wedding. They were going to charge me $500 more for the same flowers than another reliable florist. I was disappointed in that, but I don’t mind paying for quality so I let it go. I was mostly annoyed that they couldn’t be bothered to get my name right even after I corrected them multiple times and didn’t even apologize. For a quote that high, I would at least love to know that you are aware of who the customer is you’re serving and can admit when you’ve made a mistake.
