Anyway we talked I said specific to what my mom loves and she said she will get it done!! Delivery was important to me because I reside in Seattle!! She asked for the address and that would be clear across the other side of the island! She made a delivery the next day and I was on the phone with my mother and asked my dad got the package from her and I made sure he was in on it to tip the driver!! My mom was very surprised and happy!! She loved it and so did my siblings because we all (4) got it done!! I recommend her with any flower delivery for that special occasion!! Thank you again!!

Fantastic experience: I went to the Waikiki Lei Stand and they only had 1 white plumaria lei. On the stand they had instructions that you can order anything from their website. I was able to place an order by their 3pm cutoff for same day delivery. The team at Honolulu Flower Lady was very responsive in confirming my order and arranged delivery to my hotel. Now my wife and I can celebrate our anniversary in style! The flowers are so beautiful and fragrant. Thank you so much!

I did a little research and found the Honolulu Flower Lady website and was pleasantly surprised to discover that almost any lei I would consider purchasing could be made (FRESH) "to order" and I had the choice to have them delivered to me at my hotel or I could pick up the order (between 8am & 9pm) from a refrigerated locker within the food court of the International Marketplace on Kuhio Ave. (An easy walk from any hotel in Waikiki). I found the responsiveness, quality and ease of pick up and payment to be EXCEPTIONAL! I will most DEFINITELY be calling on The Honolulu Flower Lady for all my future island lei and flower orders!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about the Flower Lady. My daughter got engaged last Thursday and we wanted to do something special. The Flower Lady delivered a fabulous arrangement and 2 beautiful orchid lei's. They texted me every step of the way, including pictures of the delivered flowers. The flowers stayed fresh the entire week! The picture on the balcony is the day they were delivered. The other is a week later when my daughter and fiance were leaving. She texted "heading for the airport, so sad leaving the flowers". There is virtually no difference after a week. Thank you Flower Lady for helping us celebrate this important occassion from so far away.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday since she loves flowers. I didn’t want to go with traditional roses and since we were in Hawaii wanted something different. I searched Yelp for local flower shops on the island and Honolulu Flower Lady is who I went with due to the style of image options on website, ordering convenience and option to write a message to recipient. I went with the Classic Island Breeze Tropical Arrangement and ordered Leis and it didn’t disappoint. I needed it special delivered to Roy’s Waikiki where my dinner was set at 8pm. I was able to communicate these special instructions via text which made it simple for me as I was out and about on the beach all day. They kept me updated and assured me they got the instructions and they delivered the flowers by 5pm and sent me a text letting me know it was complete and restaurant will store it for when we arrive. Overall it was a simple process, I’d recommend Honolulu Flower Lady and would order again. Thanks for the beautiful flowers. - Mark P

Negative experience: My husband ordered me a bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day, specifically the “Heavenly Lily Rose Arrangement.” He ordered this specifically because Lilies are my favorite flowers. When the arrangement arrived, there wasn’t a single lily at all, Simply red and purple roses. When we called to inquire we were given the excuse that their original lilies were delayed and the new ones didn’t open in time. We were told that they have a substitution policy regarding their arrangements, which I understand, but to substitute the flower that the entire arrangement is named after makes no sense to me. She said, “well, we gave you more roses.” If we wanted more roses, we would have just ordered a bouquet of roses. This was all after they already hiked the price of their flowers because of the holiday. Fine, I get that too. Most florists do (see pictures of what we ordered and the cost of the same bouquet for a date in May). However, they also came back and asked for more money AFTER we had ordered the bouquet. You have to put your address in and it calculates a delivery fee based on your location. It charged us $50 to deliver to Schofield. A few days later, they emailed my husband and said they wanted an additional $20 to deliver to Schofield. My husband said fine. Their resolution to this flower disaster is that they refund us $20, you mean the $20 you already tacked on that you shouldn’t have? We wanted to support a small, local florist, but we won’t be making that mistake again. Obscenely disappointed.
