(Even when they had to substitute with a few more expensive flowers bc of their inventory). One really unique feature of ordering from this A Country Rose that really impressed me specifically is they sent me a picture of the finished arrangement the night before it was to be delivered. I got to see the final product along with any substitutions they had to make, without having to ask my best friend as she deals with her mother's death & funeral if the flowers looked ok or got there. (I also received a real-time delivery confirmation on the day of!) I ordered online through their website from 350 miles away, and within 5 minutes they were calling me to confirm details, asking me if it's ok to substitute if necessary. The woman I spoke with was so kind, so knowledgeable, and truly understood why getting this right was so important to me! I'd give A Country Rose 10 stars if I could!
