Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely a fabulous find when looking to send flowers in the Worcester area. I live in California and had a need to send flowers to a cousin in a rehab facility in Worcester. Did not know a local florist but after reviewing their website decided to utilize Perro's. I could not have made a better choice. From efficient answering of my call, to help in making a selection right through the development of a fabulous arrangement and delivery within my timeline, Perro's was the best. Great customer service, friendly and efficient staff, reasonably priced and beautiful execution....what else could you ask for? Thank you Perro's!!!!!

Had a service needed to send flowers for, called early monday(service is Tuesday afternoon) they said they were busy but would call back. needless to say no call back and when I called they acted like it was may fault and couldn't help. get your flowers from a business that can actually operate and knows a little about customer service!

While the funeral flowers were not quite the same as the picture for "Green, Lavender, White Funeral Urn", which were supposed to be lavender, white, and soft green, the purple & pinks we got were still very beautiful. And they were delivered just when I requested.

Experiencia positiva: Their staff would be better utilized for online orders only, where no human contact or social skills are required. The young man taking orders was not very engaged and displayed a less than cordgel attitude. His 30 minute estimated arrangement creation time turned into 1 hour and twenty minutes. If you want sunflowers in the mix, it'll add an additional $15 to your $109 order. Fortunately, the $126 flower arrangement was very pretty. I will probably choose a different florist next time.

It was supposed to be a diagnol ribbon from upper left hand corner to the lower right hand corner. I thought you forgot to attach it, but the staff at Mercadante funeral home found a six inch clear ribbon hanging on the left side. No one new the arrangement said brother. I have the ribbon to show you. Otherwise, the flowers were perfect. Thank you

Experiencia negativa: Mother’s Day flowers arrived wilted and dead!! - The photo was taken 7 hours after delivery yesterday. I was completely embarrassed that this is how my mother’s arrangement was delivered.

Experiencia negativa: I picked up a $50 corsage for my daughter’s prom. It was supposed to have a purple or pink orchid and white roses. They originally gave me the order with no orchids, which they had to glue in after the fact. Also the “white” roses were wilted and brown around the edge. I was repeatedly told that what I was seeing was wrong, that was the natural color of the roses. An older woman working the counter who continued to fight with me was beyond rude. Ultimately the owner said just take it, we’ll refund your money, you’re trash and that’s what you wanted anyway. I just wanted beautiful healthy flowers that matched what I ordered. I usually go to Danielsons in Shrewsbury. They have better quality everything. I will never go to or refer anyone to Perros ever again.

They were patient and kind with me after calling so many times, trying to see what they could do to meet her request. The funeral planning was in a 5 day span over the 4th of July, so they were very busy and I was frantic. When I dropped off the ribbon, the owner met my daughter and offered for her to pick out a teddy bear as comfort. She slept with that all weekend. The flowers were beautiful, the most unfortunate thing about the funeral is that we went back to pick up the flowers the next day and someone had destroyed them. What a sad life someone must have to do such an evil act of desecrating a gravesite. I know who did it in my heart of hearts because of the turmoil that was caused at the funeral but they will answer to God!
