Hi Mya, I am so sorry to hear your order was not delivered b/w 5-7pm . The store closes at 6pm so in order to get the order delivered in between a certain time we would have to hire a courier for an additional fee. Since your order was placed on the website the request was not noted on processing therefore you never received the call regarding the extra fee. Our website indicates that we can not promise timed delivery but we will do our best with standard delivery fee. I am so sorry for the inconveniences but we greatly appreciate you letting us know of the problem so we can improve our service.
