By luck, I was assisted by a friendly, ultra patient, very professional young Lady. The grieving family promptly received the gorgeous all white floral arrangement to be displayed at the Rosary memorial. The family mentioned those particular flowers as a beautiful commemorative to their loving Mother Josephina. I will continue any future business with Angie’s Flowers.

Experiencia negativa: My husband sends me flowers for sure Eve Valentines and birthday he has out his trust in Angie’s flowers every time. Not quite sure what happened this year my roses were dead and dry like in 3 days. I changed the water on them to see if I can revive them but the roses were full of white mold. I even went back to see the difference in my pictures of my roses last year and this year and it’s like totally different not sure if they changed something but it was bad and sad to see them die so quick.

I ordered this arrangement because of the big, beautiful lillies pictured online but there were none in the delivered arrangement. I wish this would have been communicated to me before confirming/accepting the order. I probably would have changed my order. This was very disappointing. We paid a pretty good amount of money only to be disappointed by the product.

Norma put my flowers in a safe location until my daughter could secure it properly,. My wife also said that she loved her flowers and they had a beautiful aroma.

Experiencia negativa: Talk with Jenny on the phone ask her if I could have flowers Choclate Covered Strawberries and Bear plus paid the extra delivery fee. I ask if it could be delivered between 1pm and 3pm she said yes so to make sure it was the right time I also put her on 3 way the person receiving the gifts. Instead they delivered at 11:30am put everything in boxes at the door. I will never order feom them again.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed by presentation, Angies flowers has always been a top notch 5star flower shop but i believe that they dropped the ball on this one, roses were beautiful but the lillys were all closed. I was told they would open up on in a couple of days but I explained the anniversary was today (Thursday) not in a day or two. They just didn't get it and offered a voucher. Here we are on Saturday an they haven't opened up yet.

Experiencia negativa: We ordered flowers to be delivered to Ft Bliss cemetery for a 9:30am ceremony to lay our uncle to rest. As the ceremony began, flowers were not there. The delivery driver showed up half way thru ceremony as the color guard was folding the flag and taps had just finished. There was a major ball dropped, and we are very disappointed by this. We were told that they would arive at least 30 minutes before ceremony started. The flowers were very nice but the delivery was not a good reflection of business.

They offer a few options to ensure delivery for a certain time. One for 3pm and another before 5pm. I went the 5pm route, the cheaper option. Flowers arrived at 2pm. Which was awesome. The arrangements arrived with no damages, delivery driver was professional and courteous to my family. My wife and daughter absolutely loved the flowers. They were super fresh and smelled amazing from what they described. Angie's flowers has been my main go to for Flowers in El Paso. I always recommend them to anyone who asks. Fair prices and service is always top notch.

Experiencia positiva: The experience was nice, although I had a hiccup when it came to the order. The experience could’ve been better as this was a gift for my mother’s birthday. I accidently had the wrong recipients phone number. The representative who called me about the order was a bit rude when I asked to change the recipients phone number. I felt rushed and she was definitely not having it. I tried to be calm and we finally came to an agreement. The only other thing was the actual water from the flower arrangement which was a bit green and definitely not clean water.

She outdid herself by being able to hang florals from the ceiling of the venue as well as add florals to each table and the church pews. My bridal bouquet was BEAUTIFUL. She made an arrangement that hung down to the floor. Overall, Angie's Flowers had great communication and delivered and outstanding service.
