How can you know if they deserve a tip before they even get the order? So you’re pressured to tip big so they don’t half-ass your order. Isn’t that extortion? Anyway, ordering was easy. They delivered at a good time of day so all the other ladies in the office could “oooh!” & “aaahhh!” at my wife’s flowers. I’m out of town so I haven’t seen them in person yet, but the pic my wife sent looks great. Bottom Line: she’s happy, so I’m happy.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, the arrangement we received didn't look anything like the image online. Some of the green foliage appeared to be damaged and chewed. The amount of flowers were much sparser than the image online. I don't think the arrangement we received was worth $160.

They also worked with me to find just the right bouquet that was within my budget. Finally, there was a slight snafu with the delivery address and their outstanding delivery lady figured it out and delivered the flowers to the correct address.
