Experiencia negativa: Came in the clifton location on 1/3/26 to place an order for 1/15 for my girlfriends birthday. They called me to confirm the pickup location on 1/14. I get to the to the shop today and it's not ready for pickup. Was told it was sent to the other location. Waited for it to be done. Will not return.

Experiencia positiva: The flowers were pretty, Maybe not as big of an arrangement as I expected, but they were pretty. The giraffe was much smaller than it appeared to be in the picture. The only issue I had was that the flowers were left at the lobby, and they sat there for hours without being delivered to the room. I had to call the hospital to find out where they were because I asked My son and daughter-in-law if they had received them and they said no.

Also, the shop, when they got my order and could tell by my card message, that I was a week early for Mother's Day, called to confirm then correct my order. Back in the day, 1-800-Flowers and ProFlowers were great before they started sending utter garbage. So now, I only deal with local shops for who I am sending to. Adrian Durbin is that shop for the Cincinnati area.

Experiencia negativa: I tried placing an order over the phone and when Linda (i think her name was?) said I was muffled, I let her know that I’d be moving locations, and she hung up on me after saying “hello” twice within maybe 5 seconds, not giving me a chance to get to a better spot. I tried calling back after I got to a better spot to give her the benefit of the doubt, and she sent me to voicemail. I cannot recommend based on customer service alone.

After all the fees it was over $90 delivered, which I already thought was high… but, this bouquet is the skimpiest/cheapest little thing I have ever seen. Do not waste your money. Go to Fort Thomas Florist for a much better experience.

I think sometimes florists assume you'll never see it when ordering from out of state. I ordered a cake, a bear and balloons from the florist and the cake pictured showed a white cake, with description the DECORATION may vary. I called the store once the delivery was received because the recipient told me the cake was chocolate frosting. The response I received from the store was “there was an option to make note on what kind of cake and there’s nothing we ca do about it”. On the website there was no option. I asked how can this be rectified, she stated, “she can give it to her friends, unfortunately we can’t take it back and give it to someone else.” She was rude and inconsiderate. I reported this issue to the BBB.

Experiencia negativa: My husband purchased jewelry from Genesis Diamonds for our wedding anniversary (2/12) and Valentine’s Day. Genesis had a deal with this floral shop for 6 free roses with a diamond purchase. My husband showed up to pick up the roses and asked that they add them to a bouquet that he was obviously willing to pay for. The staff was beyond rude and they literally just shoved random scraps from the day in a vase, didn’t trim or design/place anything in any sort of pretty fashion and shoved them at him. The roses were 6 inches taller than anything else, the other stems were too short for the tall vase they chose, and the whole vase was full of broken leaves. He could’ve purchased a prettier bouquet at Kroger. Never again.
