I ordered the deluxe version, but the bouquet delivered (left photo) appears comparable to—or even less full than—the standard size shown on the website (right photo). The standard display seems to include noticeably more roses, which was surprising given that the deluxe option is advertised as an enhanced bouquet. I understand that photos are approximations and that arrangements can vary, but I would expect the upgraded version to be at least fuller than the standard display. Overall a good experience, but this aspect fell short of expectations.

I appreciate her responsiveness and customer care, especially during the busy holiday season I have used The Tuscan Rose several times over the years to send flowers to my mom for her birthday or Mother's Day. I usually LOVE their creations and always wish I lived in the San Antonio area so I could enjoy them myself. However, this order was rather disappointing. There were no seasonal greens (evergreen or fir) like shown online. I know inventory can vary, but surely some other fillers were available to vary up the red & white colors. The bow was hastily tied and carnations felt like a cheap choice of flower for a deluxe, upgraded arrangement. As for positives...the delivery experience was good. The driver kept me informed on his arrival time. And I liked the vase, too. I hope to use TR again in the future, but I will probably shop around more before I do.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed in the failure of this florist to deliver a floral arrangement to a funeral we were attending at the time we specified in the on-line order. We asked that the flowers be delivered by 10:00am and they arrived at 10:49am. The funeral service started at 11:00am, but friends and family of the deceased arrived early to view the photos and memorabilia of the deceased laid out on tables which were supposed to be decorated with flowers. We asked for an adjustment on the price we paid and suggested at the very least, they reimburse us for the $60 delivery charge. They declined. Their response is below.

My 93 year old stepmother has a birthday this week and so I chose The Tuscan Rose Florist from the many positive reviews and trust me...they did not disappoint. The arrangement is actually even better than the photo, and seemingly larger. It is so artfully arranged...each flower expertly placed and so fresh...like they were just picked from the garden. On top of the gorgeous arrangement, the delivery driver was a real delight......wishing my stepmother a happy birthday as he presented her with the flowers. She really was swept off her feet. I know I'm raving, but this experience...from ordering online, to the delivery was exceptional in every way.......highly, highly recommend The Tuscan Rose.

I discovered this florist several years ago, and I have used them ever since. The service is top notch, I wish every business was operated in this manner. Recently they called to clarify an order when something didn't quite add up just to make sure. when I explained the ordering mistake I made on their website, they gladly corrected and issued a refund. The floral designs are spectacular and you get a lot of style for your money. They don't use cheap junky filler flowers i.e. alstroemeria or worse, those blue straw statice flowers (my biggest pet peeve) The "bloom shot" feature is brilliant and gives piece of mind to a sender who lives out of state. The delivery updates are also just another example of the level of service this florist provides. This florist is simply the best.

Pricing is very reasonable, and super happy to shop locally in San Antonio. They are my go-to from now on - tired of the large online retailer experience with ordering flowers. Order was delivered in the time slot I chose (it's a little extra fee, but I needed to hit a window). I even received a picture of the arrangement from the shop when it was done and before it was to leave for delivery. That's a super nice touch. Would highly recommend. The attached pic is the roses 3 days after delivery, have fully opened and still looking and smelling beautiful.

With winter weather bearing down on San Antonio later that day, I put an order in on Monday (1/20) afternoon for an arrangement to be delivered to my hospitalized neighbor. I fully and reasonably expected it to be delivered Weds or Thursday after the roads were passable again (hey- we're San Antonio, not Chicago). But no- I got my emailed receipt at 2:32pm, another email at 3:35 that it was out for delivery (:-0) and the last at 3:57 that it had been delivered! They had every excuse for sending it 2 or 3 days later and I would have understood, but instead they provided extraordinary service to both myself and the recipient. Tuscan Rose has permanently earned my business. Many thanks!!!

Everything was beautiful and custom-made. The delivery was timely and the flowers were fresh. Yvette was gracious and very pleasant to work with.

My only complaint was the arrangement was very small for the extreme cost, especially comparable to other florists in this price range. Delivery fees were 1/2 the price of the arrangement.

They sent me emails when the bouquet was shipped, delivered, and even a picture of it before they sent it out. I am so pleased with their customer service and product that I would come again. Their flowers are very pricey for the market, but the designs are so unique that I had to get one.
