Experiencia fantástica: I always found Stamford florist to be excellent, especially their 24 hour outside flower station. This year, I ordered a deluxe arrangement for my wife for our anniversary. OMG!! It is the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen! My wife was just awe struck at them. 24 amaxing red roses, lily's and other white flowers(hydrangeas).And I added six of the hand made chocolate truffles, another amazing choice. Delicious! I will never go back to any other florist!!ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

I placed my order on Wednesday evening around 8:00 PM and my friend received this beautiful bouquet around 10:30 AM the next morning. The bouquet looks just like the online photo. Bravo, Stamford Florists!!!

And the delivery man called when nobody answered the door to make sure the flowers were out somewhere where I would find them. Will order from them every chance I get!

Experiencia negativa: Made a request with Stamford florists for my wedding. When we received the flowers there were numerous errors in the types of flowers that we requested. Upon speaking with the flower people about it, there was no accountability in their errors and were even told that the flowers we requested were “really deep in the bouquet.” Hence why we didn't see them. After checking the inside of the bouquet, they were not there. Even if they were, why would you put the requested flowers deep in the bouquet? Overall horrible experience with these “florists.” I would not recommend them for anything, let alone a major event like a wedding. My wife still thinks about how much trust she put in these florists and their expertise only to be disappointed on our special day.

If I were to write it, my left hand would be smugging all the ink! If you are looking for a cute place, with plenty of flower options and super friendly staff, Stamford Florist is the place to go! Will definitely visit again! ☺️

Experiencia negativa: I order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for my friends b-day, the flowers look 'fresh', however i paid $70 for 7 flowers, I was disappointed at the bouquet, it didn't look like a $70 bouquet, will not order again from this place not worth it. (total i paid $98)

They seem to work with any need or budget, which is appreciated when you can’t spent $200 on flowers! Very fresh flowers and very professionally run.

Experiencia negativa: I would love to share my experience getting my wedding bouquet from here in case it helps anyone else. My wedding was in May, I came in end of February in person to the shop to order my bouquet. I met with the manager, Jasmine, and we had a great and helpful discussion about what I would like. I told her my wedding colors were pink, white, blue, and purple, and showed her a photo of the flower arch that would be there that I would like to match. We picked some flowers out of the fridge together, and she asked me if I liked peach colored flowers, to which I replied that I strongly do not like peach (I mentioned this 3 times). We agreed on a white, pink, blue, and purple bouquet, with peonies, hydrangeas, roses, Gerber daisies, orchids, and some creative freedom on filler flowers. I left the store excited and confident. The morning of my wedding I am given the bouquet from my maid of honor and am incredibly disappointed. There are several peach flowers, not a single hydrangea, and not a single orchid. After the wedding I reached back out to the store sharing my disappointment. I received a kind response from one of the employees (I think Anna) which I greatly appreciated. She told me to speak with the manager Jasmine, which I did. Unfortunately I was met back with a defensive response saying the hydrangeas were in the bouquet just too deep to see them (trust me there was not even 1), and that the manager Jasmine cannot remember our conversation from February when we agreed upon NO PEACH, and orchids. I do believe it is their responsibility to remember and understand my requests for the bouquet, and not tell me that they just don’t remember because it was 3 months ago. It is also their responsibility that if I request hydrangeas, that they’re actually visible in the bouquet. Overall the $60 refund given to me does not make up for the lack of responsibility and defensiveness I received from the manager. The best thing that could have been done to solve this was empathy and kindness on how this mistake has cost me loving the most important flowers I will ever receive in my life.

Experiencia negativa: Ordered flowers for my Mom’s birthday. Same day delivery. I am so disappointed. The order was $175 ($200 with tax and tip). The flowers look haphazardly arranged with no concern for symmetry or height. I feel terrible every time I walk by them. I would have done much better buying flowers from Whole Foods or citarella but I was out of town so had to send via a florist. This is the first time I’ve used Stamford Florist so I didn’t know what to expect. Maybe I’ll cut them and rearrange them myself.

Experiencia negativa: Flowers were beautiful, but way overpriced and the service was terrible. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day TWO WEEKS ahead on their website. I live halfway across the country, so I chose a pick-up time that would work for my father to pick them up after work. They decided to wait until 1:40 pm on Mother's Day to call me and tell me that they decided to close early at 2:00 pm. Not only did this force my mother to pick up her own flowers on Mother's Day, but the man also "left them outside in their gazebo."

Experiencia positiva: I ordered a beautiful and expensive bouquet of flowers for someone special for Valentine's Day. They hadn't arrived, and I was about to call and ask why when a driver appeared and said they had tried to deliver and had called but no one was home or answered. We had no missed calls or voicemails or text messages and except for one hour someone had been home all day. We were happy she eventually got the flowers, but by this time several had been crushed after being in the truck all day and there was no water left in the vase. I waited to post this to see if they would offer a discount or apology, but nothing happened, so I wanted to post this review. I've always liked this florist in the past, but this was a disappointing experience.

I asked for a wintery icy blue look for my daughter’s baby shower and it could not have been more perfect. They are so knowledgeable and expertly assembled the most gorgeous arrangements including a large fireplace mantle arrangement that was so beautiful and unique. They set up everything including candles for the fireplace. So professional and so fun to work with.

Experiencia negativa: Worst Flowers. My boyfriend went to get me flowers for my 35th birthday today and apparently I got a funeral arrangement by the looks of it. He asked for less greenery and she kept saying no it need it. Well you can see how much I pulled out when I got home and it looks so much better (although still not birthday worthy!!) BIGGEST waste of $$ and will NOT be going back. Worst of all I could buy all of these flowers at the local grocery store and put them all together and this would cost me $40. And some are dying. I am just astonished someone would let this go out the door. Avoid at all costs.
