Julia did such a great job making it beautiful! Their flowers always arrive on time ! And they even use local chocolates (Knokes in hudson ) to adorn their bouquets! 8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I very seldom send flowers, and this time I wanted to do three at once. And it can be intimidating doing this online. I made a mistake on one address, sent an email correcting it, and it was taken care of first thing the next day. I ordered the night before and everything was delivered on time. All of the recipients were happy and sent photos. All 3 of the arrangements were very beautiful. I would definitely use Schaaf again.

The first picture is the day it arrives, the second is 4 days later…I had to pull the lilies as I’m allergic to them. 9 months ago Experiencia negativa: very nice people but they only delivered part of my order and it did not include the card. Seriously, that's the most important part. I hate to be negative but this was a big deal. They refunded for the part of the order that wasn't delivered but that's literally the least that they could do. Failing to include the card did massive harm. I can't say I could ever trust them again with something as important as this meaningful gesture.

The reviews for Schaaf were encouraging and their length of time in business suggests they are doing something right. The website is pretty with so much to choose from and I couldn’t believe how reasonable they were. The flowers were for a relative’s birthday and she couldn’t have been more pleased. 1 year ago Experiencia negativa: This is probably the second negative review I have ever posted in my life--I am usually not the type of person to do this but I have been so frustrated with my experience with Shaaf Floral and would not recommend others to purchase from this company. I tried ordering flowers for my mom's birthday, but unfortunately they had a number of specific policies I was unaware of that led to me being left losing $70+ with no flowers getting delivered. First, they said they tried delivering twice with no answer to the door, and they would not leave the flowers on the doorstep. With my communication with them through email, they were being rude with trying to explain to me their "no-refund policy" with using food deliveries as an example and it felt like I was being talked down to. I would've appreciated knowing about these specific policies before placing an order, but I had no idea. I do not appreciate my experience with this company, and would not recommend.

They took the time to call me and discuss options to remediate the issue and they arrange another delivery for the same day. Customer service was great. The flowers arrangement was perfect and my girlfriend really enjoyed them. They went out of the way to ensure the delivery was provided to my girlfriend and it was still a surprise… even with the issues. I will order all my arrangements from Schaaf in the future.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Schaaf absolutely came through for me, even after plans changed. The day they were supposed to be delivered, the recipient wasn’t home and it was so cold the driver held onto them. This person was going in for surgery the next day, so Schaaf agreed to send them to a different address so the person could still receive them. So appreciative of their flexibility! Plus the flowers looked fantastic!

1 year ago Experiencia positiva: I sent flowers to a family member and wanted to use a local florist. I'm out of state now, but I lived in the twin cities for all my working life so I found a local florist rather than using teleflorists. Schaaf was expensive for what I received (the relative sent several photos) and the red roses were already well opened on the day she got the arrangement. The delivery was fast and accurate, but I'm disappointed in the quality of the flowers for what I paid.

On the day of delivery, I found out that my friend was out of town for 2 more days & I called to see if I could have the flowers delivered 2 days later. They were able to call their delivery person who was able to bring the flowers back to the shop and deliver them 2 days later...PHEW! I received a photo of the delivered flowers and they were exceptional. Thank you so much for accommodating my last minute scrambling to send my friend flowers...much appreciated! It was seamless start to finish. The site was easy to use and I felt comfortable as a customer. My grandma called a few hours later (maybe 3 hours in total) and she had already received them! Talk about prompt AND courteous. We may not be local but so glad we were able to find a local trustworthy florist to ensure our request was fulfilled in a timely manner and delivered safely. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I’ve ordered twice from the shop. The first time I ordered were a dozen of yellow roses. The arrangement was gorgeous. I recently ordered a boquete. Something that’s not very common happened, but I reached out to customer service and was helped. The flower shop provided me with good customer service. The owner was kind and respectful. Overall, Schaaf Floral has very nice flower arrangements other stores don’t have, and I also think they have one of the best structured websites. They have a reward point system. If you’re in city and want to pick up a boquete from a local shop, I recommend checking out Schaaf.
