I live in Delaware and needed to send my little 5 year old granddaughter in Wilmington a birthday basket of flowers since I couldn’t be there on her special day! Another local florist had taken my order on a previous day only to cancel my order the day of delivery due to “supply issues”.! I was very upset until I reached out to Julia’s with only 3 hours to closing. They were very accommodating!!!! They made a beautiful basket arrangement including a teddy bear and birthday balloon with her favorite colors and the flowers I asked for. It arrived within 2 hours!!!!! Amazing !!!! Experiencia negativa: 0 out of 10 would never do that again. I ordered a 40 white rose arrangement for my wife's 40th birthday. 2 weeks ahead. I was told they would make it special, add different ornamental plants to the arrangement. What I got was 40 roses shoved unceremoniously in a Walmart vase for almost $300.00. I have gotten better for $30.00 from a Lowes Food. I would never recommend trusting this place. My wife only gets one 40th birthday and the spit right on it with what we were given.

When the recepients of the plant weren't available they checked neighbors and kept me informed. When they couldn't find anyone to hold the plant I was called & inforned since it was too hot to leave it outside they would redeliver it. I received notification when it was redelivered and the recepiants sent me a picture & it is beautiful! I'd highly recommend this company.
