The arrangement was delivered right on time Monday, less than one business day later, and arrived in perfect condition despite Milwaukee’s chaotic February weather. The flowers themselves were gorgeous—intentional, comforting, and clearly made with heart. I couldn’t be there in person, but this made me feel like I could still offer some solace in the moment. It’s clear this small business understands how meaningful these gestures are and treats them with real integrity. Needless to say, I will definitely order from Welke’s again!

Experiencia negativa: The flowers I ordered were not in a green plastic I ordered the flowers for on the casket that had many roses very pretty spread and I got the ugliest flowers you know how chitty those flowers looked on the casketin a plastic green cheap pit holder shame on you..I guess since they knew I was in Arizona they can deliver what they wanted. I recommend people to ask for a photo of what they order I wish I would have . My sister casket looked like chit with that green pot holder on top. AGAIN REQUEST A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU ORDERED. By the way they ask me for the order number and she found the order so I dont know what happened.

The company was very communicative to let me know when the plant was prepared to go out, when the plant was delivered, and what other planter I wanted when the original was possibly out of stock. After the call I sat and thought about how I felt with the tone and seemingly excuses to not make this happen. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Welkes on North Avenue to purchase flowers for my mother’s funeral. They were very professional and were able to accommodate some personal changes. They took extra care to make sure the flowers were fresh and beautiful. There was a blizzard the day of my mom’s funeral and we had to reschedule it due to closures and safety. They called me and reassured me that, we would have fresh arrangements and a fresh gardenia for her lapel (which had to be ordered). It was nice that they called me and this was one thing i didn’t have to worry about. I will forever be thankful for their kindness and the extra care they showed my family. At 11:41 am my friend texted me thanking me for the beautiful flowers. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous, but it was delivered in an hour, which is wild. I ordered the designer's choice and requested that they include larkspur, as it has special meaning for me/my friend. I almost always go with designer's choice when ordering flowers, and this is the largest, fullest arrangement I've ever seen for $60.
