Experiencia fantástica: This 5 star review is for a free bonus bouquet that the owner made for me after a mishap with an order on Valentine's Day. The owner has an incredible eye for beauty and I was very impressed by the bouquet she made. It's been over a week since I got my free bouquet and the flowers are still very perky. My partner had ordered me a bouquet from Aunt Tilly's to be delivered on Valentine's Day and was sent a confirmation email. When my flowers never arrived I called the following Monday when they were open and found out that payment didn't go through and that's why they were not delivered. My partner had no way of knowing that the payment didn't go through since the confirmation email made it seem like everything was in order. My partner was ordering from another country and sometimes banks will stop payments for international purchases because they look like fraud. This is my guess as to what happened. It was very generous of the owner to make me a bouquet for free to make up for the mishap. And for anyone who this is relevant for....when I arrived at Aunt Tilly's flower barn I saw a wooden cross on one of the sheds and when the owner walked out I saw she was wearing a necklace with a cross on it.

So, when I needed three bouquets, I decided to give Aunt Tilly’s a try. I was contacted to verify that I meant to order three of the same bouquet. There was no hesitation when I stated that the order for three was accurate. I went to pick up the order, all of the many white flowers were immaculate…not a bruised bloom among them. I mean, I always hope that is the case, but far too often, I’ve been disappointed. Even though the order was relatively short notice, Aunt Tilly’s was able to come through with three absolutely stunning arrangements. I will definitely be using Aunt Tilly’s for all of my future floral needs. Update 10/2025: I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a friend and, one again, Aunt Tilly’s Flower Barn was amazing. This business has been an amazing find.

The day of delivery I learned my partner was only going to be there for 1/2 the day with like an hour left in her day. I called up Aunt Tilly’s and she literally dropped what she was doing to deliver the flowers right away. They arrived before my partner left and the flowers were beautiful and new blooms were blooming a week after receipt. I was impressed by the quality of flowers, attention to detail on the bouquet and going above and beyond without hesitation. Definitely will continue to use them and highly recommend Aunt Tilly’s!

Experiencia negativa: For many years I have used Aunt Tillys. As I live out of state, I was so pleased how fresh and beautiful all the arrangements sent to my Mother-In-Law were. We always send flowers for her birthday and Mother’s Day. The arrangement for her birthday last fall was terrible. Not fresh and just very disorganized. My Mother-In-Law was told by the delivery driver that “He was sorry, that they had been in the van too long”. We both thought after all these years it was just a bad day. The flowers for Mother’s Day were so wilted. I placed the order more than a week before so the florist would know how many to order. This was an arrangement from the website. The only thing that looked like the photograph was the vase. The roses, which were pink, were wilted and brown tipped. They looked like week old roses. I purchased the price range in the middle tier this time due to the arrangement last fall. Still this arrangement was approximately $77.00. I received a text to review the order. I didn’t post to Google at that time, so I sent a reply directly to the florist. As of this writing, I have received no response. I’m starting to wonder if the shop has been sold. I’m not asking for a refund, however, it would have been nice if someone at least responded by email. I’m very sad. I know it seems silly, but I loved knowing if we could not be there, she would receive beautiful flowers. My Father-In-Law always sent flowers to her. My husband just wanted his Mom to still receive flowers. I know this is long. Please try, at one time the flowers were really incredible. I unfortunately will have to try to find a new florist in Salem.

The online confirmation shows the correct order and delivery date, and my credit card was charged for the order. The flowers never arrived. I emailed your organization twice, first to inquire about the status of the late delivery, then to request a refund for the delivery that never came — I received no response. Instead, I received an automated email asking me to leave a google review with my experience. Well, here it is. I was very disappointed with your lack of timeliness and lack of customer service. I’ll be using other florists in the future.

I called the flower shop and asked her if I could send my daughter in and if she could put it in something so I didn’t see it so it was still a surprise for my husband keep in mind. This was ordered last minute, and I gave my daughter my credit card so she could pay for it, but the lady gave it to us for free cause she thought it was just so sweet how everybody was trying to get this surprise organized for me.
