Experiencia negativa: I bought flowers for Valentine’s Day and picked them up that day. When I took them out of the bag as I get home, I noticed right away that the flowers were already dying. After just two days, some of the flowers are starting to fully wilt. I was hoping that flowers *on* Valentine’s Day would be fresh due to the high demand, but I was wrong. For the price I paid for this bouquet ($100), I was expecting to get something better than what I could get from a grocery store, but I’ll make sure to just get flowers from Trader Joe’s or Jewel next time.

To be fair gave 2 stars because they probably would have tried to fix it but I didn’t have more time for me to wait for them to fix it. Florist was extremely unhelpful in modifying a design. Front desk staff was rude. Either get something from the website exactly as is, or go elsewhere for a more curated, friendly experience.

It was for one of my really good clients her son and daughter in law just had a baby so I wanted to get them something nice , I stumbled upon this place online and browse their website , I found this picture of welcome baby boy flower arrangement. I called and asked them if I could order that flower arrangement that’s online and they said yes and that it will be 2 hours , I asked her if they could call me if their done earlier since I had to run to the hospital because my uncle is extremely sick, they said NO it’s extremely busy so I figured they must do an impeccable job and they want to do the flower arrangement beautiful because I told them it was for a good client of mine . Well when I went to pick it up it was nothing like the picture basically they stuff the vase full of half dead greens 3 white roses, 2 blue flowers and 3 yellow flowers not even the blue ribbons in it.They handed it to me and went straight into the back so I waited for someone to come back up and told them that’s nothing like the pictures and they stated it was an old one etc … they said they will remake it , so I had to wait another 30 min and I m thinking their coming out with a beautiful one , it was sooooo bad ! At that point I had to leave so I just grabbed it ! I went to the grocery store and got some roses that they had and try to stuff it with it because I was so embarrassed to handed like that to my client, a toddler could have done a better job at it . I also stated to my client that I was sorry and showed her the picture how it was supposed to be . My team her family and I where laughing for how horrible it was and that grocery stores do way much better of a job as well as the new born ! I ll insert the pictures of what I ordered vs what I got and how i modified it ! If I could I would give them 0 stars ! Take your money elsewhere to another small reputable business !!!

Experiencia positiva: I went to this flower shop earlier today (April 25, 2025) around 9:45am and had quite possibly the worst experience ever. I’ve been here several times in the past and have always had a wonderful experience but today was very different. I walked in and the florist was extremely unpleasant. I asked her for help to make an arrangement and she was very standoffish at first. She made me an arrangement and I asked her to modify it and she said I can do “cheap” flowers. She was talking down to me and took over a half of an hour to make an arrangement (I was the only one there) that I didn’t even end up getting because she could not help me with what I asked for. I ended up getting a premade arrangement and she remarked that it’s okay I just like the cheaper flowers better. If I go back here, and she is working, I will likely not purchase anything from her.

There is a good selection of seasonal flowers and they have all been fresh. I live in another state but used La Salle to send flowers to my mom and sister on their birthdays. The help I received over the phone has been amazing and they are able to execute custom requests well. I’m very picky about floral design and one of the employees stopped my delivery to fix a bouquet I ordered before sending it back out. Each time, they've had a beautiful selection, both in the chosen flowers, color and design, and their customer service is wonderful. Last week I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers from them for my daughter-in-law, who wasn't feeling well. But Just after purchase, she was rushed to the hospital for (successful) surgery. The lady who answered the Lasalle Flowers phone immediately said that I could place the order on hold, no problem. Experiencia negativa: Mixed feelings. The flowers were beautiful for 2 or 3 days. However, they significantly deteriorated in ~3 days which seems crazy for a $100+ product from a florist. I filled the water, changed the water, and used the flower food they provided … but they did not last an appropriate length of time in my opinion. Additionally, delivery communication was poor. They arrived, but my significant other really had to hunt to find them which was unfortunate because they were a surprise.

They had the option of including the vase for an extra charge. Will be back for future special occasions! We had originally heard from others that we would be able to have a bouquet made fresh for us at this shop, which is probably true sometimes but today they must have been busy because they did not have a lot of loose flowers to choose from. Regardless, we were still thrilled with the premade bouquet they had available!

Experiencia negativa: Well so much for a surprise anniversary gift from my fiance. We celebrated 10 years yesterday, and i feel awful for her. She apparently called twice now, the first time stating she needed non-toxic flowers for cats. The bouquet arrived and smelled and looked alright, but it contained several toxic flowers. She called and explained the situation and was served with a rather rude customer support person. They tried putting the blame on her. They told her to just give the flowers back to them tomorrow in the morning and they will fix the arrangement which, though late, is better than nothing. Fast forward to now, we received another bouquet with flowers such as persian buttercups that are toxic to cats. We have cats who are fairly interested in flowers and various plants alike, and we cannot risk their well being over a bouquet. Half the flowers and fillers (the toxic ones) are now in our trash and my fiance feels awful. Thanks La Salle flowers for a memorable 10 year anniversary..... I don't mind if you can't fulfill our request and simply say its not something you do. But don't lie for business. Pet owners beware.
