Experiencia negativa: I’ve been a customer for a while and have always been happy with my orders, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This time, the quality of the flowers was very poor. The hydrangeas and peonies were already wilting, and by the next day they were completely dead. The arrangement didn’t even last two days in my home — the only flowers that survived were the dried ones. I understand that Valentine’s Day is a busy time, but the quality did not match the price that was paid. For what I spent, I expected much better freshness and longevity. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control during peak seasons, as this experience did not reflect the standards I was used to. Photo posted was after 6 days.

We want to note that we did not receive any direct communication from you regarding this order. In a separate Yelp review, it was mentioned that you reached out — however, that detail was not disclosed here on Google. For clarity, could you please let us know which review accurately reflects your communication effort and how you contacted us? We carefully monitor our calls, texts, emails, and messages, and we have no record of a concern being brought to our attention.
If the flowers had truly declined within two days, we absolutely would have wanted the opportunity to address it right away and do everything possible to service you properly. That is always our priority.
We also want to clarify that the photo shared was taken six days after delivery. Flowers are perishable products, much like fresh fruits and vegetables. Expecting any fresh arrangement — especially hydrangeas and peonies, which are naturally delicate blooms — to look perfect after six days in a home environment at room temperature is unfortunately unrealistic. While we always strive to provide the highest quality and freshest stems available, no fresh flowers are designed to remain in peak condition nearly a week after delivery.
That said, had we been notified within the first 24–48 hours, we would have gladly evaluated the situation and worked toward a resolution.
We take quality seriously, even during peak holidays, and we stand behind our work. We simply ask for the opportunity to address concerns directly when they arise.
Experiencia positiva: The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was beautiful also . The most important thing is that My wife was very pleased on the look on her face Made the price worth it! However, I was very disappointed in the size of the arrangement for the $300 price tag that I paid. Maybe it’s me but I think it could’ve been a little bit larger.
