Experiencia negativa: I called 2 days ago inquiring about sunflowers. They were for my grandparents whom have all passed away and it has been years since I have visit their graves as I live and work overseas. (This is to give context because I mentioned this to the florist in hopes of getting helped.) I was told that flowers weren't in season ( which is understandable) but they also didnt have any substitutes or recommendations. To whomever I spoke with that day I find you repulsive and unprofessional. You shouldn't work in a flower shop if you don't like selling flowers. I ended up getting way better service from Sightler's on Meeting St. The florist there has a great personality and helped me with my order by phone and in person. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes.

My family turned around so I took the initiative to actually come in the store then he went ghost until I acknowledge myself. When he came out he brushes me off quickly.
